The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a cinema. The machine we bought our tickets at broke mid process and wouldnt print our tickets even though it had charged my card. After some prying a manager came out and scoffed at me for using the machine instead of getting in line and then reluctantly let me through the gate and walked away very rudely. I then got in line to buy snacks and the attendant had given me the wrong amount of change. When the movie started, there was a glare on the screen from an open door for the first 10 minutes of the film. After purchasing a popcorn and pop for over 13 dollars, I attempted to get a refill on said beverage and was informed that the cinema no longer gave refills on our 7 dollar and 50 cent beverage. This is our LOCAL cinema. This is not located at a tourist attraction or theme park. It cost me over 25 dollars for a ticket, a pop that was mostly ice, and a large popcorn. I honestly dont know why any reasonable person puts up with this literal price gouging. This place should be avoided like the plague for any other cinema in driving distance. Icing on the cake? Their website doesnt even work as their server is usually down.

Nothing special, this is my local theater and the only one I really go to often. Their Strawberry Cheesecake milkshakes are to die for! The pretzel bites & pizza are pretty good but the pizza is overpriced. The employees dont seem enthusiastic anytime I go, kinda like they are just going through the motions. Ive never had a rude encounter with an employee though. $5 Tuesdays are ridiculous, filled with ghetto loud inconsiderate people that talk to their friends during the movie, get on their phones, laugh or scream obnoxiously for an unnecessary amount of time, etc. Its rare that I see someone come in to check out the theaters & shush people.. oh, & seating(s) could be better. Ive been going here for a long time though, so Ill give them 3 stars for the awesome milkshakes!

Nothing really special. Its not run down, but just standard seats. Was kinda hoping theyd jump in on the reclining seat fad especially because the theaters are mostly empty if its not a premier night. Normal sticky floors and nastiness under the seats. I like the big screen in the XD theater, but again Id like at least softer seats, especially for the price. The crowd here used to be really rowdy. Have had more than one movie interrupted by excessively disruptive patrons. The new age restrictions have helped, but it can still get rough. The bathrooms here are always disgusting in the evening. I like their Tuesday specials. Nothing really draws me to this theater besides proximity to my house. The Rave in Levis Commons or Fallen Timbers are kept up better.

Took our son to see Star Wars. As we entered the theater, the women in front of us had a backpack. The ticket agent called over the manager, Mr. Godfry, over to check the bag. We watched Mr. Godfry proceeded to only check the front pocket of the bag. When my husband confronted him asking him that was the best he was going to do to check the bag, his response was "yes, you have a problem with it?". You would think with everything that has happen in our country there would be better procedures in place. And when questioned about something as important as safety a manager wouldnt give attitude.

Absolutely awful experience, was denied entry to an R rated movie because my 21 year old friend left their ID at home. Then we were treated very rudely by the workers and then THE MANAGER. They refused to give us a refund even though they didnt let us in. So I lost $30. Any other time I have seen a movie there are people on their phones with no repercussions, and people yelling at the screen. Never returning to this theater, the extra drive time to go to the Fallen Timbers theater is well worth it.

Not very busy on a late Sunday afternoon. I suggest using the ticket kiosk right when you enter. They are quick and easy to use. The concession counter always has long and slow lines. Employees were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms by theater 7 was semi clean. My only complaint is the 20 minutes of previews before the main feature. So if youre still stuck at the concession counter getting popcorn dont worry you still have an extra 20 minutes before you need to be in your seats.

This place is an absolute joke. The only reason they got one star from me is because I cant go any lower. I am a young woman who was a teenage mother. My daughter is now 13 and we went to watch a rated R movie. Seeing as we are young parents they refused to let us in unless we showed "documents" that I was her mother. Are you kidding me? Do you carry around your childs birth certificate? It was sickening. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. I am disgusted.

The lines to purchase tickets and to get concessions are RIDICULOUS!!! I waited over a half hour to get movie tickets and then another 25 minutes in line for popcorn!!! I did not want to watch 1/2 movie I paid full price for because the lines move like a sloth! Its beyond annoying and we wont be back! I even spoke to the manager and he gave me excuses instead of an apology. We prefer going to the Phoenix Theaters in Monroe where customer service is excellent!

Went to see Get On UP. The movie was okay but so many people were on their cell phones (texting or checking or sending e-mails) at all times during the movie. Very distracting. It made it hard to enjoy the movie. Not once did an usher come into the theater during the show. I will stick to renting DVDs from now on, cheaper to rent and cheaper refreshments... No distractions or rude people yelling at the screen.

Well originally I had gone to see the new Mummy movie and it was a bad experience. People kept talking and there was little respect for the others there. Im giving 5 stars becuase after the movie was over the manager, Mr.Revard, was standing outside and apologized for the poor experience and invited me back to a free movie. Thats customer service.

Good venue located inside the mall. Very popular and always busy. Staff are nice but sometimes understaffed. The seats are middle of the road. Theres not as plush as some newer theatres but not hard either. The seats do recline somewhat which is good. Overall, I do enjoy watching a movie here;great screens and sound system.

Overpriced is an understatement. The price of a small coke and a small popcorn was more than the price of the ticket.... literally. The bar was closed. The staff was more interested in playing on their phones, than they were on taking care of their customers. Glad I have Netflix.

Heard a rumor that pricing is higher here because it is a popular location. Discounted tickets for certain weekdays and age groups. Diverse and expensive food menu. I think I recall a vitamin water being in the $3-4 range. Comfortable seats in theater. Friendly staff.

The movie was supposed to start, the lights came on and it never played. Been waiting an hour for it to get fixed and still no movie . The only night that me and my wife can get together because she works nights and I work days, kind of ruined the evening.
