Went to the one in vero beach fl...Started off kinda bad, lady that sold us our tickets had a bad attitude. Then during the movie a kid(about 3 or 4)who was in front of us climbed off of parents lap and began to talk very loudly as well as walk/crawl on the steps and floor ... He had light up shoes which flashed light everywhere disrupting the movie. Had to walk out and tell management and all they did was come in for a minute or two.. not long enough to even see or hear... Never once did they themselves walk up the stairs to see what was going on.. until I got up again and came back and one employee had said something to the parents but youd think it would have ended there.. nope. The kid began again, then my family and I left to get our money back . Also this movie was a pg13 one.. so youd assume that little 3 to 6 yr olds wouldnt be there... We were told that they couldnt tell the parents how to deal with their children as well as this was a childs movie, correct me if Im wrong but when the movie talks about jerking off a cow and that they had to use both hands to milk it.. its rated pg13 . This is by no means a childs movie... Also was Told by male manager whom was short and chubby with a goatee that cartoons are for children all cartoons, I guess that heavy metal porno cartoon is for kids, as will as south park is for kids as well. And lets not forget to mention since dead pool was a comic book movie it was for kids as well I would assume. In this companies code of conduct it states that if someone is being disruptive they would be asked to leave. .. Im paraphraseing this. So I would have thought this would have been an option but apparently you dont follow your own code of conduct. My family and I will not be back.

Love the cushy seats! People are friendly and very accommodating. Place is kept clean. My only two slight complaints are 1) the food prices. Seems like because its such a small theatre and they only have so many customers that they may have to charge even higher than other theatres - just a theory. All I know is Im not paying $5+ for one single hotdog. But the remedy is simply: eat before you go; and 2) because it is a small theatre, the choices of movies and times are a lot more limited. But other than these two things the place is pretty neat! And I do love how the theatres is a bit smaller to others in comparison. Since everyone else is at the larger theatres, Ive found most times (excluding opening nights and snowbird season) that I get the theatre mostly to myself with a few sprinkles of people. Even outside of actual movie watching, I was fortunate enough to take my child on a homeschool field trip here. The tour guide was very helpful and, again, accommodating. He showed us everything he could about the place: all the theatres, the upstairs rooms, the prop rooms, the film center; we learned all about the films and movie equipment, all about the old and new technology, and the timeline and history of movies and theatres. Id say this place is pretty rad. Definitely recommend it.

I used to enjoy coming here, but I dont anymore sticking with AMC 24 now. I was just recently there, its $6 a person for matinee AMC is $4 when you buy the large popcorn or soda they are free refill at AMC Majestic charges $1 for a refill when you pay $7 off the top. I asked if I could just get an empty large bag so I can put my medium popcorn so I can shake it up so it wouldnt spill all of the floor trying to put extra butter since I paid $6 for that I am not trying to throw money on the ground well if i wanted the empty bag she said i have to charge you for it.. are you freaking kidding me i paid $12 for a large coke and a medium popcorn and I couldnt even get a empty bag. Forget it I will never come here again. Only reason I came here cause i had free tickets. If i could leave no stars i would. People goto amc seats are better and you get more for your money and tickets are cheaper at AMC. $2 cheaper .

I havent been this excited to go to a theater and have a enjoyable experience. The beautiful lobby is shocking to see in our area, and for the price of a ticket and food this is a place to travel too. I have taken my twin autistic girls for two movies. It is clean and I feel safe to be here. The seats are comfortable and screens are clear. New movies are released in a big big theater and I cant wait to come back. I bought tickets for my wife and 2 kids and spent 20 dollars. Every other theater in our area alone cost my wife and I 23 dollars. Its affordable and the have specials thru out the week like 2 dollar Tuesdays lol. Its amazing and you will love it as much as my family does.

A recent 3d movie was horrific quality. Dozens of patrons left and gave notice to staff out front why. They waited and went into the 2d version or just stormed out. Manager claimed zero knowledge. He was not being honest. The staff informed him of the huge exados. He offered to refund, only when someone complained. No notice of headaches blurred vision to new patrins. Large crowds of rowdy guests disturbed entire 2d vetsion..and again..management could care less. Avoiding confrontation with disruptive guests, destroying experience for 95% of the rest. Ill never step foot in that hole again till they fire the entire staff.

I always look forward to movies at the Majestic in Vero. The prices are lower and the quality of the service and consessions is better than other chain movie theaters. Popcorn is Orville Redenbacher and you season and butter your own which speeds the line. Theater seating and comforatable seats makes movies an event. Another reveiwer gave it one star because Google listed the address as 14th Lane instead of 14th Place - the reviews are supposed to reflect the consumer experience, not the accuracy of the address.

Its such a shame... My wife and I loved the small town vibe of this cool little quaint movie theater. However, there seems to be a trend of the sound equipment failing/shorting-out during movie showings. Its happened twice now, and the manager on duty refused to give us a refund! Sure, they offered free movie passes for a future movie, but after the terrible sound situations, we dont want to risk our date nights on it! Looks like well be going to the AMC theaters in the mall next time.

I love this theater. The staff is always friendly and courteous. And the fact that they fit so many screens in such a small building always impresses me. The seats and feet are always clean, and the selection for snacks is great. I also like the fact that they offer special areas for kids parties and corporate functions. Check out their website for major promotion/discounts.

Very nice theater. I prefer it over the mall. Its less hectic. Good for couples and older people. The seats are big and its usually very clean. Prices are good. Nice selection of food, combos and candy. Unlimited refills on large soda. My only complaint would be its either too hot or too cold in the theater, so bring a sweater and dress in layers, so you can be comfortable.
