I went to this bowling alley once in December with my large family and once again at the end of January with my boyfriend. Both times I went, we dealt with the older man who seems to run the show and let me tell you... he is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered! He proceeded to mumble the F word under his breath when we asked for bumpers for a 3 year old, he grunted and curse when we got a ball stuck, and I saw him yell at a young child for trying to help a younger sibling bowl. Any time I thanked him he completely ignored me and didnt even look in my direction. When he asked my boyfriend which shoe size he was my bf said "11 and 1/2 or 12, whichever you have!" And the guy grunted and said "I got both which is it?" In an extremely rude and condescending tone. The first time, when he was rude in December, I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but after the second time there is just no way in hell I would go back. Its really a shame because besides the awful service, the bowling alley was pretty nice and could have been fun.

If I can give it a flat 0 star I would!. It was the worst experience I have ever had. The man in charge for the day was so rude. I went with my bf to celebrate our anniversary and from the moment we walked in he was extremely nasty. he got angry with us because our bowling ball kept getting stuck in the lane, we kept calling him for help and he kept saving us for last so me and my boyfriend decided lets play a quick game of pool while we wait for him to fix our lane. he walks over to us and starts yelling and slamming things in front of every one. it was not only embarrassing but it enraged me. I will never go back to that dump. not only did he yell at us but rather than fixing our lane he shut it down and didnt let us play anymore. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Im starting off this review saying, I would give them no stars if possible. My group and I had just came in and the owner approached us yelling at the fact we had coffee and said "Didnt you read the two big signs about no outside food and drinks?" In a disrespectful manner. I, myself have a gluten allergy and cant eat their food, and only a couple of us had coffee. We turned right around and left, they missed out on a minimum 150$ profit from us. Never again!!

worst bowling alley I have ever been to. rude employees, malfunctioning equipment. maybe moving us to another lane after the 10th time we had problems would have been a solution. or offering a refund of some of the $70.00 I had just spent. good customer service is something this place needs to figure out, it brings people back to spend there hard earned money.

The worst bowling alley Ive ever been too. Old system that never got our scores right. It either didnt give points, or gave points for a gutter ball. Our lane kept breaking down. The lanes were dryer than an eight year old hooker. A pro bowler couldnt bowl on these lanes, he tried. Strongly recommend going somewhere else.

There is a jerk that works there, He gets real nasty when you ask him the simple things like if you want to get a size bigger in shoes! He has grey hair and hes a total ass! Dont come here if you want to have a good time where you get yelled at for nothing!

Well, it was one of the most interesting bowling alleys Ive been to. The bowling lanes were dark, the balls were covered with divets, very oily and the ladies room was freezing! The manager was very pleasant, but I doubt Ill ever go back.

Good bowling experience. Friendly staff. Machines and lanes are a bit dated and malfunction sometimes but we made light of it. Decent little arcade and food/drinks are better than average. Great place to take the kids.

Very clean, the food is great for a bowling alley and the staff is amazing...except for the older man. He was very rude and seemed to hate his job. Makes us not really want to come here anymore and its a shame.

Really great people, wonderful experience. I brought a summer camp here once a week for five weeks and all the feedback we had was positive. Family atmosphere and understanding employees made it a good time.

Its pretty clean, for a bowling place, bathrooms needs some tlc, and the balls some needs replacing. But its a very friendly atmosphere, many lanes and large parking lots. No complaints about the shoes.

Pretty nice bowling alley, had a good shoes and game special running which was nice. Relatively old school and our lane did have a couple issues, each of which was resolved in a matter of minutes.
