Me and my family will not ever go to this theatre again. Very disappointed with the customers they have that go to their theaters. The people behind us were constantly kicking the back of our seats. My wife has a bad back. She told them assertively while the movie is playing to stop kicking her seat after they had done it three or more times. They kept doing it and we all had to move down quite a few seats. I told them you guys keep kicking our seats this is getting ridiculous. They kept doing it still. My dad gave them a look also because now they were doing it to him. We told management and they did nothing. Its extremely aggravating. This never happens at colonial 18 or Ovation (as bad as they are) or movie grill or north point amc. Ridiculous.

Hate this place. Will never comeback. Mall basically closed due to winter cold storm. They wouldnt let me into restaurant/bar area in the theatre 30 minutes prior to movie. There were maybe 20 people in the entire theatre! I would have gone and ate somewhere else in mall, but closed (7:00 pm) due to storm. Manager said it was their policy to not let anybody in. I said, "nothing else is open and Im going to sit right there and wait." Manager again reiterated "their policy." Stupid, stupid, stupid. Rather than me going in and spending money in their bar...I asked for my money back and left. Going to the village theater 10 minutes away.

Purchased movie tickets from coke rewards. Amc didnt have it on the info page that it excludes Disney movies. When we went in and found out it was a bit stressful. When we went back the next day to watch another movie that isnt Disney our tickets codes are all the sudden invalid. To say it nicely amc has lost my business for the rest of my life. Ive been going to their theaters for years to see all kinds of movies we have never had an issue until now not even when we use coke rewards to buy the tickets. This particular visit was the final straw the manager wasnt even aware of how the coke points tickets work.

Well, I wanted to see a good movie with my wife a Sunday evening, when we were about to buy our tickets we decided to let some ladies behind us to go first since we were undecided,when we proceeded the window the lady said that we werent in line and that we needed to talk to the manager. To make the story short even when I complained to the manager She said "Ill talk o her... what else can I do for you at this point". Bad service, worst management !!!

My only complaint is the pretzel and drink I had yesterday. This was my first visit so Im not sure if I just had a bad moment or if anyone else has experienced this. My pretzel was doughy so I just threw it out. Also the ice at the self serve Coca Cola machine kept giving me ice with little black specks in it so I pitched it too. Other than that, the location is nice. Ill just stay away from the pretzels and buy a bottled beverage next time.

The movie theater staff were really accomadating. Like all movie theaters, the food was overpriced. The seats werent the greatest, but considering how old this theater is, its pretty excellent. Everyone who lives near the area, goes to this movie theater, as it is the most convenient one. The movie I saw was excellent. I have been going to this theater for years, and Im bound to continue doing so for years to come.

I dont go to movies a lot when I go I expect a certain type of service I had a friend coming to town a very important person to me and he decided to take me to the movies it was a very very horrible experience people were talking loud that was no staff to come in quiet them down people were coming and watch the movie from other theaters it was horrible

Ghetto mall, ghetto theater. Got attitude from popcorn barista for standing in the wrong spot waiting for them to notice we needed to order refreshments. If you want to feel like youre in a Dave Chappelle skit interrupting Felicia at the counter by walking in and trying to spend $50+ on a movie and a snack this is your spot. Never again.

Staff was nice, screens looked great. My wife and I asked for the captioning devices so we could watch the movie, but after the film started it was clear they did nothing to set the devices to work with our movie. We did get our money back and free passes to another show, but they are of little value if the captions do not work.

This is the cleanest theater in this area. I love it but refuse to eat here. The food is gross and overpriced. I am however pleased that they added a bar. Its always cold so bring a small blanket or large jacket. Its location in the mall is great because you can grab a bite to eat before your movie.

This is a nice theater. It has many screens, its clean, it has a drink bar for alcoholic drinks and a concession stand. The seats are very comfortable and the sound system pretty food. Nice clean restrooms. The downfalls are ticket and concession prices. You can go broke buying drinks and popcorn.

My husband and I only go to this theater now. It has senior discounts, has daytime showings, and is clean. It has great sound and screen systems. All the employees are polite and courteous. Im glad there is handicap parking so close to the theater entrance and exit.

My husband and I have gone to early matinee movies on Mondays for sometime now. All of a sudden there are almost no matinees at this theater any more. That raises the price considerably. Thank goodness other theaters still have them.

After a few snafus with concessions causing us to miss our movie, the manager on duty graciously switched our tickets to the next showtime and gave us two free tickets for the inconvenience. Thank you, Anthony! I have no complaints!

Always enjoy going to this theater. Auditoriums and restrooms are kept clean. Popcorn is usually always fresh, even in the early afternoon showtimes. Also if you need to kill time you can walk around the mall.

I absolutely love this place. The theater is perfect. They have Dave and Busters, which is perfect. They have a big food court, which is perfect. This is, hands-down, my favorite mall in Georgia so far.

When I lived in the Norcross area, this was my go to theater all day long for Saturday matinees. With the comfortable seats and the huge screens, I could truly enjoy myself there every weekend.

Just a straight forward movie theater. Love that they have Asian films here but their showing of Fantastic Beasts with Korean subtitles had cut off the subtitles so that they were unreadable.

If you are stuck in Sugarloaf Mills for whatever reason and need to see a movie right then, then why not. However if you have time and are not stuck here, then there are better options nearby.
