This was our second time at this park...the first time we were very green at RVing as it was only our 2nd or 3rd time. Since then, we have had some experience and have even upgraded to a fifth wheel. Unfortunately, this is not a good place for weekenders wanting to get away and have fun. It is where many people live and they make you feel like you are walking in their yard...there is very little to do as well. Well, ok...we were making noise but it is an RV park....not a monastery. The RV next to us complained because we were laughing and enjoying family. Someone (presumably the owner) came by and told us that we had to be quiet and remove our outdoor carpet from the grass or we would ruin it...come on man! After further review, this place could be awesome but the layout of the slots is horrible. When you walk out of your door and try and sit under your awning the slots are so cramped together that you get to sit right next to your neighbors sewer setup. You cannot help but be heard by your neighbor because you are actually right on top of each other... The other thing we did not like either time was the way they check in and out...you never see a soul. When you call you get voicemail...and maybe someone will call you back in a reasonable amount of time. to actually make a reservation. This last time, I had to dispute the charges because we made a reservation for 2-nights and they claimed we stayed 3-nights. The way they do the reservations leaves you with no documentation of the transaction until it shows up on your credit card. What is even worse, they attempt to leave you a map to your slot at the front entrance. The location is unmanned so you cannot ask any questions. Even worse, when you arrive they ask you to write down your credit card information and leave it in a drop box. Who knows who sees your information or whether they destroy the paper you write your information on. In the end, this place could be awesome but it just seems so impersonal...you never see a soul from the property. Maybe some folks enjoy the freedom of customer service, but I am not one of them. Buyer beware...

The website is deceiving. This little RV Park in my opinion is not worth the hassle it took to get here. We have found more nails and broken glass and garbage on site 50 and worried because we just put $8000 worth of new tires on our Bus. The entire time we were here, we lost power a number of times during 100 degree heat. We werent even running 2 a/cs , washing, drying or cooking. Our power was lost again after running one A/C and it is 94 degrees at 11:00 am. We paid for 50 amp but apparently something is wrong at the site. There are No bathroom facilities, no one on site to manage the park so when things go wrong theres no one to call except a voicemail. There is one dumpster you must walk a pretty good trek to take trash out and absolutely no trees for shade. If you have a handicap that is pretty tough to walk because this entire site is very dusty, rocky roads and lots of holes. My husband twisted his ankle at the site when he walked into a hole covered by high grass. To get into this facility which they say big rigs get into, one must traverse a very narrow bridge with low over hanging trees and one lane of traffic as the road is winding and one cannot see whats coming ahead. This RV park is off our list as we will never return.

Do not stay in this park!! I did not eve get a chance to see the park because the lady was so rude. It is not a place for families with children. I had been on the waiting list for 2 months and told a friend to call and get on the list as well. She called and then a couple weeks later she got a spot before us. So I called to see what the deal was. I explained to the lady on the phone how I was wondering if they had any spots available because a friend I had that was on the list after me got a spot and I did not. She asked me if I had kids and I said yes a 16 month old son. She said oh well sorry but we just decided two weeks ago we are not taking anymore people with kids. So I said well a phone call would have been nice because I have been waiting for 2 months to get a spot there and all she said was sorry its done and hung up on me. I was so furious. Even if it was a mistake and she had a spot for me I would have refused to give that lady my money! She was very rude and hateful and has no remorse for not giving me one simple phone call.

This is a rv park in a upscale neighborhood. Owner is a older lady that does not stay around, much at the office. Owners daughter is hard to get ahold of also. All gravel drives. Small tight lots between rv. Owner will not let you have lawn furnishings or even place a tie down on your awning. Her Internet is Comanche at night to go into a security mode. My computer could not even conection my VPN for office work at night. 50 to 60 lots they charge almost 400 per konth, for. You would think with her making close to clearing 16 thousand per month they coukd, get the trash out of the pond, or fix the, doors on the laundry room. For being in upscale you would think they could pave the roads and make you think upscale. In my opinion if you can not maintain your park like you advertise then you should sell out or quit.

Called to inquire about the park. I travel all over the USA working, I stay in resorts that have all amenities. I mentioned I was going to head out to buy a RV today did they have a spot? She said oh honey dont go get one and dont get one over ten years (she didnt know my back ground, proceeded to tell me what to do in life). Then This woman said to come by and fill out an application to be on a waiting list. I said application, I have never filled out a application for a RV park. She huffed up and said WE DONT TAKE TRASH. I proudly proclaimed I have never been trash. I wouldnt stay in this park if the laundry was free !!!! :)

I have a 43 ft class A Motorhome and I found the sites to be large enough to park my RV. There are no powerlines over the sites, the cell towers on the far east side of the park are actually great because I have great reception. The fishing pond has some large fish I saw other people catching, just not me! The park is very clean and quiet not on a railroad or highway like most parks I stay at. I cant stress how great a location this park is. I timed myself going to work from Plantation Place to my job in Downtown Dallas and it took me 18 minutes. Overall great park if your looking for putt putt this is probably not the park for you.
