Everything felt dated from parking lot to the building to the vending machine. Nothing the really stuck out good or bad, just an older bowling alley. Had a Groupon deal to go here and that made the price match the experience but without that probably would not go here.

They have rude people working here. There is an older lady she is the of the rudeness. The place is a dump. The lanes are out dated the bathrooms are nasty. They are way too expensive. We bowled on a leage here and will never go back ever again. Beware dont go here.

Terrible customer service,the hours posted on the door is incorrect. Tell me that two people cant finish 3 games in an hour when I have worked in the bowling industry for over 10 years.I would not recommended this bowling alley for anyone.

Great, cheap place to bowl. Ive had good experiences with all the people at the counter besides one guy at the bar. If youre looking for a place to just bowl without any of the frills, this is the place in Elgin.
