Tequila Hoppers is a cross between dive bar, sports bar & mini night club depending on which night you go & crowd! On any given night it can be either of those three vibes/atmospheres. If youre ok with that youll have a good time, every time. Otherwise may need to drop in & decide whether to stay or try another night. The drink deals are surprisingly reasonable but obviously only on cheaper quality drinks. Pool tables, full bar, DJ, dance floor, plenty of TVs, darts, large patio area with several tables & chairs, kitchen, sometimes food venders, etc. Good sized place, and friendly staff. Always security which is nice. Depending what youre looking for, and which night you go, Tequila Hoppers might be your spot!

Went here with my girlfriend for her co-workers birthday party. When we arrived, the place was pretty empty but the bouncer and greeter insisted that there was a cover charge of 5$ for guys. We paid it and went in. When we met up with her friend, NONE of the other guys were forced to pay the cover charge despite showing up 5 minutes before me. Again, the place was near empty and I had to pay 5$ to give them business, despite nobody else paying. This was around 10:25pm on 7/27/13, so I know that time had nothing to do with it. This bar is nothing special and its absolutely ridiculous that they think their below average bar entitles a cover charge. Bartenders were ok, I have nothing against them.

My experience was all around unsatisfying. Asked if I could use a coupon, they said yes as long as its before 2pm, which it was. When it came time to paying the check and using the coupon, the uninformed staff and unnecessarily defensive manager told me it needs to be a "paper coupon." Well, I had to drive to Staples to print it out, just to pay $10 for a sodium overloaded and greasy meal. Wouldnt even recommend if it was free. Youre better off eating at McDonalds or Burger King. And if you go there to drink, stay at home because the atmosphere was dungeon-like and depressing.

Service....SUCKED! Rude waitress. She didnt know anything that was on the menu, and very snotty...BITCHY attitude. She went on break when two gay people walked in and she even refused to serve them and the host actually had to take theyre order. Even on a slow night, it takes about 45-minutes to get a glass of water. When food came, it was WRONG order, than she acted as if it were my fault that she gave me someone elses food. When check came, it was the WRONG check. If ur gonna work with the public, stay off the drugs.

Cheap drinks and friendly people. Went on a Friday night for a girls night, and I had a great time. The DJ played a lot of old school rap and some cumbia--a great mix! Around 11:30 lots of people (mostly other women) started dancing, and it was a super positive, fun environment. A lot of the other groups were ladies nights and couples, but the guys I talked to were really friendly and respectful. I was just visiting a friend in town, but Id be a weekend regular if I lived nearby.

I really did try to give this place a chance but if youre going to watch football you better A) Be a Raider fan... and B) Keep your mouth shut and not ever try to talk to the manager. The manager / owner is a complete B&^CH who could care less about the customers. The crowd and the service is OK but if you like another team other than the Raiders youll get the short end on audio and a decent TV to watch the game on. The food was awful too...

I had a simple request, whiskey and coke with a twist. They looked at me as if I was speaking Russian. Maybe theyll see this post... Definitions and usage. A negroni cocktail served on the rocks. ... "With a twist" signals the bartender to add a "twist" of lemon or lime (bar choice, if unspecified) to the cocktail. Often, the bartender will hang the rind of the citrus on the glass as a garnish (see martini photo above).

We came here for happy hour//dinner for the first time, we were attended by someone who wasnt our server, and said, ""Brittany" our server would come shortly... She kindly took our drink order, but brought them 15 min later. "Brittany" never came to our table, nor did we get a menu to order. We finished our beer and left. We were unsatisfied with the service, and they were not even busy!

Packed on Tuesday Nights. They pat you down at the door now, so its that serious. So many fights its ridiculous inside and after the doors close and they kick out everyone round 1:30. Service is slower than a snail in a fish bowl and if you dont know to order two drinks at a time you may end up waiting an hour for service. No idea how this place is still open.

I been to lots of sports bars and all ways was surprise when I got my tab. Couldnt believe I drank 60-80 dollars that day. Here at Tequila Hoppers with there daily happy hour I spend bout 20-30 instead. Great service and music all day n nite. This is a great place to meet new people and just get away from ur daily drama. If your seeking a great time this is your spot. It is a local dive bar a bit ghetto as all hell but so much fun. The drinks are great, the food not the best. I dont think Ive ever paid full price for a meal. This is a very laid back atmosphere. People come for bar food, the cheap drinks and to dance. i always have a great time here

The place has good deals but the service sucks. They constantly over charge, double charge and just plain screw it up. Pay attention especially when happy hour is over or there is multiple tabs going at once. Servers not to bright and the costumer is always wrong. Dont bother asking for the manager she is even worse.

Weve been going here for years. Whoever took over about three years ago has steadily destroyed this place. Worn out, very negative vibe now. The last straw is their happy hour food prices are only 25 percent off. No wonder its always empty. Time to move on like the rest of the regulars already have.

Pretty good place... really good at happy hour, and might sound freaking random but one of the best looking and cleanest restroom Ive seen... at least when I went lol... a lot of beers to choose from, and and the manager is chill AF!

Varies wildly depending on what night you go, but the food is surprisingly bomb and the drink specials are really good. Trivia, karaoke, dancing, sports, whatever your twist is they probably got it. Also huge plus for a patio area!

Been here plenty of times. Food is great..prices at happy hour ...u cant beat. I love this place. A little tough to get seats during football season but if you can get one is 2nd best only to being at the game. Highly recommend
