The price is resonable and a looks like theyre are few new things in the works which is excited. So a few weeks ago I go here with my son and his 2 friends ( two are 7 and the youngest six) went here. They had a pretty good time with the exception of the foam pit. They all wanted to go in but couldnt because 1) I did not have wristband. 2) Supposedly they needed an adult for each child. This is what was told to me. So even if I would have wristband only one child xould go in at a time while the others were left unsupervised. That is ridiculous! The boys were so disappointed and so was I. This establishment needs to rethink that rule. I get that the children 8 and younger needed an adult to supervise; even though they have a person supervising. I dont get that. A person to supervise the supervision? I guess to maintain the amount of people in the foam pit. Anyway, what do you do when when you have a single parent or one adult or an adult that is physically unable to jump like I am or finacially unable? Definitely a money pit! Pun intended!!!! Please do not reply with youre disappointed that I and/or the boys were dissapointed. That rule makes no sense! I had thethe girl repeat it two time I made sure I heard her right. She repeated the same thing twice. Obviously there are many people who are not happy about this but instead of giving a solution you give a sappy response. Fix the issue!

I was disappointed today after going and expecting to purchase the usual 4 kids for 40$ instead i paid 45$ for basically 45 mins! While paying with my cc i was asking why it went up in price the young girl wasnt very clear about the fact i was only paying for 45mins and not 2 hours! But she did end up explaining they have a new General manager who doesnt want them offering any discounts once i complained when my 45 mins was up! and that i didnt ask for the 4 for 40 when my card was swiped! I literally could have went on groupon and paid 38 for 4 kids for 2 hours! I didnt get a receipt and than when i asked for one on my way out they dont even say the amount of time you are paying for! I also showed there website with the offer! But they obviously wont honor there own website! I have came for years and the new managment must be causing issues! I have already had to expect the fact i have to start to pay for myself to just sit next to the foam pit so my kid and play in that which is just ridiculous! After talking to the manager about my problem she did say she would talk to the girl but didnt ask for any of my info to possibly offer me some sort of discount! They are super money hungry i was planning on doing a birthday here in December but i will definitely have to reconsider as the prices have probably doubled without my knowledge!

First time ever going to Jumpoline, I decided to throw a party there as well. I got there 15 minutes earlier and of course I had no where to go for my party so I filled out the wavers while we were in line. Get to the counter and told I needed to go to the party selection so walked around and looked for my sons name. The front could have told me to hold onto my waivers and provided more information on where I needed to go. Our party host was amazing and explained everything. I feel bad that people get upset over the extra charges. Reminded me of when I go to Chipotle and they tell me guac is extra. I dont care! I noticed alot of the building needs some love and care. As busy as the birthday parties were Id maybe bump up the party packages prices and use the leverage to either repaire or replace things around the building. My last complaint was there needs to be a better way to pay for things individually for a birthday party. One of my guests wanted to pay for a pitcher of soda and he got a whole copy of my receipt which is kinda tacky. I will definitely be back. Update- went back and still looks exactly the same. Seriously half the building is abandon and can easily be made into a rock climbing wall section/arcade/toddler area. All which Im sure people would pay more in ticket prices to have.

I had a terrible experience and I will not return to this establishment. I took my daughter and niece to this establishment on 5/13/2017. Everything was fine for the first 30 minutes or so. I began to jump around in the ball pit with my daughter and niece. Then a staff member advised me to purchase a wristband. I complied and purchased a wristband at the front desk. Upon my return to the ball pit my sister was furious and advised me an employee named Kyle called us "black bitches". She told me he was ranting on about black women and his disgust for them. We made our way to the front desk to speak with the lead staff member named Justin. We expressed our concerns about Kyle and all they did was hide Kyle in the back office and Justin proceeded to refund my money. I explained to him that shouldnt be the only thing done and that Kyle should have some form of punishment for his actions. After we left I tried to contact the corporate office (which I was told they dont have) but in order to do so I had to contact the jumpoline location. The employees began to play games on the phone and tell me they could not release any information which I thought was odd. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They hire racist teenagers to monitor ball pits full of children. No thank you

Super concept with poor execution....I was on the fence about visiting this place based on so many negative reviews. We went on a slower evening so the kids had plenty of room to "do their thing". They DID have a blast ! I was surprised with the condition of some of the equipment. The balls had big chunks bitten out of them (not a day or week old but considerably longer) and I nearly melted down when I saw my two year old putting one near her mouth. (Business Management 101) (budget for and replace equipment to successfully operate a business.) I was totally disappointed reading so many of the managers responses to most of the complaints.... "Im surprised to hear about this" and " I will check into this matter" are the generic responses by the manager (how can you be surprised the 5th time a different person cites the same issue?) YET nothing proactive in creating a solution to rectify the issues. Do you never "walk your business" on a daily basis for a business that you are in charge of ? We would go back for an hour or two but I would NEVER book any big $$ event here.

Sandra, I appreciate you reaching out and trying to make things right for unsatisfied customers. You are a hard person to get ahold of. Ive tried calling you on three separate occasions. I was told youre out of town and that they dont know when youll be back. How can we get this issue resolved with my daughter Danika getting overcharged? Is there another way to contact you? This is something were going to keep pursuing. I know $15 isnt that big a deal but its still her hard earned money and the way it was handled that doesnt sit well with me. I spoke with your manager Paul (I think was his name) and we got nowhere. Danika briefly explained it to you. Im upset because it seems as if someones trying to make some extra cash by overcharging people. If your customers dont ask for the $12.99 deal that your website promotes as well as the paper on the wall $12.99 for Tuesdays and Thursdays youre going to charge them the regular rate. Are you serious!!! Thats just wrong!! Enough said please let me know when we can discuss.
