My son and I was at the premiere for The Hitmans Bodyguard tonight. It was so hot in the theater before the movie we were sweating along with everyone around us. I called the main number 2 times both times I was told the ac wouldnt be turned on until after the movie started. I even asked for a manager. Several people around us went to the lobby and requested the ac be turned on they started just saying they were working on it. We sat in that theater for 45 minutes sweating because if we got up we would lose our seats. If this is how you treat guests of your business I prefer to wait for the dvd to come out. If all the other people in the theater were surveyed they would probably say the same thing.

Nothing like using the rest room to look over and see youre being video taped by 2 teenage girls. When the manager was contacted, she and the employees seemed annoyed that I was upset. When the girls finally came out of hiding in the bathroom after a warning from me that I would beat their asses if they tried to leave, they told the manager they were filming the girls shoes. Obviously the manager bought their story and seemed bothered by me complaining. Not hard to figure out when someone sneaks over to the last stall, gently places phone towards you on the floor and laughs, what theyre doing.

We go the movies very frequently at this theater and often find ourselves very annoyed with the service at the concession stand and the cleanliness of the theater. From popcorn all over the floors , to the sticky seats, to the outside windows. after visiting nicer theaters in other cities its sad to see the theater run down and way overpriced! If you are going to charge that much at least do an update. We dont mind paying the price if its a pleasant experience and a nice theater. Which by the way way nicer theaters in other areas are way less expensive.

I went to see The Visit with my mom, and two friends. I was ready to see a movie I had wanted to see for weeks now, but the entire time, girls from my school took up the entire row and wouldnt shut up the entire time. Everyone in the entire theater, including me, were telling them to shut up. A lady went and complained to the manager but they didnt do anything. When the usher walked by, they didnt do anything either. The movie wouldve been better if they werent talking the entire time or screaming at every little thing. Worst movie experience ever.

Theater is generally okay. Almost every time that my wife and i have gone to this theater there are multiple people talking throughout the entirety of the movie. Weve gotten up on several occasions and told the staff, and nothing was done on any of those occasions. In one theater i sat next to a speaker that was out and kept making the raspy noise that car speakers make when your wires get frayed. The concession lines are ridiculously long on most occasions as well. Other than that, for a Louisiana movie theater i can give it a reasonable 3 stars.

I visit this theatre often with my family and I will give it 3 stars only because the comfortability level is very low in the theatre rooms. The seats only sit up, they feel like youre sitting on a palet with no cushion, and its very tight spaced. Its what I expect at the movies but Ive been to nicer ones and this is a nice theatre its just they could definitely order newer seats. Other than that the lines for tickets and snacks is what I expect at every theatre, its something you grow accustom to. Decent service and friendly staff.

The theater is technically of the highest quality in the area...However Ive never seen all the toilets working with one almost always over flowing .... And lets be honest the prices are really high, but auditoriums are always clean, and the staff is friendly. The most annoying thing however is the a/c being turned off when a movie isnt playing. In July Ive sat drenched in sweat waiting for the a/c to catch up. Overall however instill find a need to go 2-4 times a month.

The staff is friendly and helpful, a lot of people have nit picked with stupid excuses if your looking for lazyboy recliners to sit in wait for the movie on DVD and watch it at home. The temperature has always been comfortable not ice box cold and the concession stand lines have moved at a good pace every time my wife and I have visited Their not the best in the world but they definitely strive to be the best in Shreveport Bossier area

Most popular theater in Bossier City. Often very packed on the weekends. Clean for the most part, sometimes not so on the weekends due to the influx of people. Shows up-to-date movies. Military and senior discount available except during special events and matinees. Popcorn is standard and delicious. Candy and hot food concessions available.

The seating was very comfortable and the temperature was perfect, not too cold, but cool enough. The prices on concessions were too high, as with most theaters. There were plenty of movie times throughout the day for us to choose from, very convenient. Friendly staff workers, clean environment including bathrooms. Great surround sound too.

This theater always has the latest and greatest movies at a reasonable price. Although I cant say the same for the concessions. If you want to have good seats when you come here, i would suggest coming 30 mins to an hour early since this is the only theater close in the area and almost every local in the city comes here.

I went to a 10:15pm movie, but they showed 45 minutes of previews before the movie started. The seats were horribly uncomfortable with hard steep backs. These issues considered, along with the late night, we left 20 minutes into the movie. I wouldve loved to get a refund because the tickets were way overpriced.

Nice clean theater. Comfortable seating. Friendly staff. My only critisicim is that the concessions service is very slow. Expect to spend at least 10 minutes for anything. I would suggest you get ypur flood and drink before your movie and dont go back for refills. The food is good though.

The popcorn always seems to be a bit stale every time I come. I hate the hotdogs, but thats because I dont like pork hotdogs. The chicken sandwich is good. The concession lines look Judgement Day lines. With that being said, the seats are comfortable and the bathroom is always clean.

Just like most movie theaters nowadays, very expensive, this is no exception. If you enjoy the mystic of being huddled up 2 inches from a stranger who likes chatting and laughing at stuff thats not funny after spending a weeks pay on popcorn, then knock yourself out. Ill pass

The cinema is just about always clean and the service is friendly. Be warned though, they have a habit of running out of their hot "cooked to order" snacks like mini corn dogs and dont seem to keep the staff to deal with concession lines when they get 8 people deep each.

Nice movie theatre but long lines for food and refreshments. I took my 13 year old daughter. 2 nieces , and nephew to see transformers the last knight and was disappointed. They only have one Imax and spider man coming home replaced transformers. Not very happy
