I have been coming here for the past 6-7 months . Im pregnant on my 37th week , as i am here waiting to see the doctor i was told that i needed to fix the status of my insurance if i wanted to be seen by the doctor next week, my insurance has been pending ever since i applied for it . I ask the guard if he could take me see the lady thats in charge of handling insurance, she in one of the offices in the building . He told me no, i couldnt until i was done with my appointment, i asked why ? His answer was thats how the work here !! I told him that it always takes 1 to 2 hrs to be seen , that in that time i would like to talk to her. " HE SAID THAT IM NOT OBLIGATED TO COME HERE IF I DONT LIKE IT , THAT I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I DONT LIKE IT . THATS HOW THINGS WORK HERE. " he asked me if im from bergen county , i replied yes and he had nothing to say . I wonder what was coming next. Hes loud and rude and always exposing others patients bussines . Asking them in front of everyone if they have insurance or go pay to be seen . Honestly i dont need to know other peoples bussines or struggles. And he should keep his opinions to himself.

Mafia Espanola!!!!!!! 90 percent of the people there are Spanish talking, the racism stench is in the air againdt anybody who is a gringo, even if you dont speak Spanish they talk Spanish in front of you, laugh and barely are talking with you. Non organized, the delays are huge there, you make an appointment there at 9:30 and you are being seen at 10:30. This is where the first appintment is at 8:45. And... while you are waiting, you see other patients welcomed and invited in while speaking the same language they are speaking there. Try to speak up and you will be exposed to a variety of rudeness and attitude. If you do have insurance dont punish yourself by going to this cursed place Yours truly. E (and the reason I am not posting my name is from fear for my life. Go figure).

They are the worst I spent two hours there for nothing. Before making my appointment I ask them twice if they have the mmr shot there they said yes. When I went there they ask me millions of questions for 2hrs. Then they told me they dont carry the mmr shot there I was so pissed. I was almost late for work. Those people dont know nothing. Now I spend my whole check for a shot. They are suppose to help with low income people yea right.

They are always so confused in the OB department!! I had a thyroid problem so they told me Im not high risk and sent me to Internal Medicine. The director of Internal Medicine told me the OB is supposed to send me to an Endocrinologist and the High Risk OB department to take my case! Im at a loss with these people and at this point I fear for my life if they have to handle my Cesarean Section!

Its not organized at all we had an appointment at 1:15pm and still waiting for service at 4pm because the staff was putting my wife in the wrong room and have to wait more and finally thanks god 5pm shes been help.My recommendation for next appointment for example 12pm we should come around 3pm so thats perfect

I went there my entire pregnancy and never felt more comfortable! The nurses are super sweet and friendly! Also theyre very gentle with the hands had all my blood work done there and didnt feel a pinch

Horrible . Put you on hold 17 callers ahead of you as soon as you get your turn the people ask you what u need put you on hold again and hangs up . I hate this place .

This place is slow as ever, very disorganized, and they are extremely rude. If I were you, Id go find a different place. I am saving you time.
