My seventeen year old daughter went to watch a rated R movie. She forgot her ID so the clerk told her she would need a parent to enter. She phoned me and asked if I could run over there so she could watch the movie which I did because I work just around the corner. When I got there to provide permission and/or verify her age, the clerk said that I had to go watch the movie with her or she couldnt go. Obviously, I was working so I could not attend and they lost two customers today. I understand the that you must be 17 to attend; however, I was her parent and drove over there to provide consent and confirmation that she was 17. She was snippy and smug and didnt bother to offer assistance or call for a manager for assistance. I told her that I wished she would have explained that to my daughter so I didnt have to take time out of work to drive over and she barked "I did tell her that!" at me. Wow... I know its hard to get decent help these days but someone should really check up on their staff over there. I recommended my daughter wait for it to come out on Redbox. Its less money and less hassle.

Gene, there weekend nightman, VIA Central Security, mistakes his plastic badge for a real one. Last Saturday 3/23 I believe, under the guise of being HPD, detained my wife in the pouring rain while he viewed her handicap placard. While he was in raingear with a full umbrella, did not even offer to escort her to the door. I have other adult friends who have had issues with this guy too, namely insisted on searching the bag of a 55 year old woman. (NOTE: this guy is not theater employee, but subbed out) I am friendly with the managers there, Cory and his staff ALWAYS treat us with courtesy and respect, but following this problem with Gene.......Regal you gotta do something, this guys a serious liability.

This theaters ok I guess but they seem kinda clueless. We bought tickets ahead of time online through fandango. Went to enter the theater and the girl there said she wasnt sure how to redeem them and we had to go back and stand on line with everybody else buying tickets for the first time. My husband stood in line for 15 mins. When he finally got to the front of the line, the ticket seller said, "You know, you can just go in if you bought tickets online. You didnt have to stand in line." Yeah, that was the point of us buying tickets online in the first place. Ok theater, comfortable seats. But come on, get your act together.

I just have no reason to give this cinema anything less than 4 stars. Since I was a toddler this was a cinema that my parents would take us to. Good employees, fair prices, and the theatres are always clean. The problem is that there arent many options for obscure movies, or there isnt as many showings of popular movies that you would get at another, larger, cinema. You cant blame them, that is hardly their fault, but a fault of population and demand. Overall, this is a very good cinema that is great for taking a family to, or even going with a date.

The tickets are pricey, the managers are unbearable, but the staff is very well-mannered. The atmosphere seems to me to be a little rushed and insensitive and I feel as if the concessions prices could be cheaper. 5.25 for a 1-liter water? Come on now. FYI you can bring in your own water bottle as long as its un-opened. I found that out on my last visit. Seriously, just come on a weekday when its not busy. Go to a matinee show, sneak in some candy, bring some water, and just enjoy the place as much as possible...

Each time I go into Regal Cinema it is clean and very comfortable, however it would be nice for them to cut down on there prices for drinks and popcorn.I have been to several cinemas out of state and they actually offer you to buy a bucket of popcorn and if you bring it back on next visit its half price. For a smal family of 4 it usually will cost you with movie tickets and popcorn for each person $80 to$100 bucks .Sad when you cant do a family outing because it cost so much

Went on Sunday afternoon for 3:40 movie...no matinee like most theaters, one person at ticket line with about 20 people in line, woman comes out of the back and just stood around and should have opened another register, theaters not marked with movie titles only had the theater number. Not anything like the theaters I normally go to at all in Winchester. We only went to this one because couldnt find the movie we wanted at other theaters. Will not frequent this one again.

Ill be as uninsightful as the other reviews: "Dar...This theater shows movies and serves popcorn". Blew you away, right? Really: Having been to dozens of theaters up and down the East Coast, Id say Regal 14 is above average. Its generally very clean, very few issues with showings, seating is comfortable. Its a very nice theater in a very small city.

Go to the Winchester Alamo please. $45+ for 2 tickets with 2 popcorns and 2 sodas. Im stratching my head thinking of why this place is in existance. Way over priced and the staff was not to kind as well. I dont criticize many things that I come across but this is a bad one for me. Sorry Regal but someone has to say something. 1 star...

Old and outdated. The theater was pretty dirty. As soon as we walked in we could see popcorn thrown all over the steps and in between the seats. Did not seem like they cleaned it in between showings. Seats were old and in pretty bad shape with rips in the cushions. Once the movie started, the screen was good. I wouldnt visit again.

The audio and video quality is the okayest around. Everything looks alright in that quaint, dated theater way, too. However, Ill close with this next bit, which is what drove down my stars most of all. Sigh, be prepared to breathe musty, butt-smell, old theater air throughout your feature presentation...

Its ok given the size of the area. small screens, sometimes scratchy audio, and one of the theatres has a screen that jitters non stop. its barely noticeable but once you see it you cant unsee it. Really distracting. with the 10 bucks you charge for drinks youd think some of it would go to upgrades

I was in town on business. I always try and find a Regal Cinema when Im traveling. The service is always better then AMC or other theaters. As always, they didnt let me down. Im a Diamond Crown Club member and appreciate their rewards program and its benefits. Thank you!

I love the staff and how helpful they are and they are really great when it comes to working with kids that have special needs. Theyre really patient and I would recommend this theater to anyone who is looking for a relaxing time out and for just some fun
