Nearly everything about this theater is satisfactory. The movie going experience is amazing. Walking down the theater hall and looking at all the new posters for upcoming movies and then anxiously arriving at your theater door is what its all about. All of the theaters are very comfortable with reclining seats. Most, if not all, of the digital theaters have 140 seats, and then the XD theater has 300 if I remember correctly. There are always new posters on the walls and new displays for upcoming movies. The employees are all very knowledgable about upcoming movies. The managers are very considerate. One of the managers gave me a "rainy day pass" because I mentioned that there were people talking in the theater I was in. I am a movie reviewer. I dont get paid or anything, its just something I like to do. I post all my reviews on Instagram, alexxcookemovies, so I am there quite often. Sometimes two or three times a week and every time I have not had one negative experience dealing with the theater or staff. I have had a few projectors break as Im about to watch a movie so I was unable to see it and had to come back another day, this only happened twice, although they gave me a free pass to come back and see whatever movie I wanted whenever I wanted. That means that those free passes are valid for the really expensive movies, despite how much you paid originally. Also, every Tuesday they have $5 movies, any movie, for only $5! Theres even a bonus if you go early in the morning. The popcorn is the best Ive ever had. I dont even like popcorn but once in awhile Ill get a large because its so good so I really recommend the popcorn even if you hate popcorn because it is phenomenal! Im very pleased with everything except for the high food prices, but that happens in every theater. The only negativity that comes from that theater is the audience. Theres ALWAYS at least someone talking. Very often do people talk to their friends in full voice. Its not even a whisper. Then people will talk on the phone throughout the movie, they will just sit there and talk to their girlfriend or whatever. Its the most annoying thing Ive ever seen but the staff is usually very good at stopping that. If you alert one of the ushers, they will periodically step in and deal with the situation. Disrespectful moviegoers is something that every theater faces, although this theater has really good adds before the movie that basically tell you to not go on your phone which are pretty effective although not as effective as I wish they were! Everybody there is very kind and very well trained. I highly recommend you checking a movie out there because its one of the best theaters Ive been too. Its pretty small because its in a mall, only ten or twelve theaters, although its the best one in the area. wowwwww came to this BS theater in Stroud Mall called Cinemark and the ticket sales Rachel was so horrible.First when we get there its 9:05 so we ask to see Alice through the looking Glass mind you we werent expecting her to sale us the tickets from the 8:45 movie so I asked her did it start she said No! ok when we get like 25 feet away from her the guy taking the tickets in entrance says movie started 10 minutes ago ok.Back to Rachel she comes out of left field and says next time tell me the movie time woww mind you I dont work there she does its her job to let the customer know the movie started already which we werent there to see that 8:45 movie anyway it was the 10:10 movie smh shes the one that sold us the 8:45 tickets knowing movie had started already terrible Rachel if you work somewhere that you dont like get another job because a movie theater needs knowledgeable ppl and respectful ppl this job aint for you!!!! Mind you were from New Jersey out hear in the Poconos for a little get away and drove 21 miles to this movie theater to have this horrible experience I preferred not to see the movie and went back to the Poconos will see it when we get back to New Jersey!!!!

What I cant understand is having to buy a ticket for a one year old. Wanted to take my older daughter to the movies, didnt have a babysitter, and to bring my one year old baby, I had to buy a full price childs ticket. She doesnt even watch Sesame Street, sat on my lap the whole time, so she didnt even take up a seat, and fell asleep. I payed full price for what then? From now on, Ill either wait till the movie comes out, or take the kids to the drive in where my baby is free! And the woman who insisted that I had to pay for her was extremely rude about it. If its a rule just tell me, but you dont need to give me attitude!

This is the only theater Ive ever been to where its constantly dirty and theres always a bunch of rude, loud, and obnoxious people in a theatre room and NOBODY is there to supervise and make the experience more comfortable. After revamp, you can hear movies in other theatre rooms, so its impossible to tune out audience noise + hallway noise. Ive tried matinee, day showtimes, and night showtimes-- its the same poor experience. Im done trying to give this place a shot. Sadly I wont be coming back. Id rather pay $10+ at Pocono Cinema where its always been pleasant. Pocono Cinema has always been community friendly.

I really wouldnt even give them a one star! First off the person who sold us the tickets was not pleasant at all!! Then after paying $50 to see the ninja turtles and $35 for snacks and drinks!!! We were only in the movie 15 minutes before a fight broke out!!!! And we had to wait an additional 20 minutes before they started the movie again because the police wanted to ask questions! And after the movie they gave us free movie passes that I cant use because they are they only close cinemark to my house! And I refuse to go back!!!

Omg , Steve, Brandon, and elliot thank guys so much for letting us go and watch dont breathe even though we payed the wrong the cinemark and we showed up late. And ontop of that you guys played the movie from the start and ask if we wanted to not see commercial. You guys really made me and my friend felt like queens. Ya guys are so sweet,caring, and generous. We felt so loved . You guys are beyond awesome! Highly recommend this movie theater!! Its the besst!!

I was very impressed with the theater. There were no lines to purchase tickets or refreshments. I loved the total look and decor of the theater inside and out. Large curved screen and awesome sound system. However, does anyone clean in between movie showings? The floor was disgusting and popcorn was every where. We had to change seats several times to avoid sitting in mess from the previous movie goer.

Very clean, great service, comfortable seating, my oldest son loves their popcorn, he stated that it is amazing popcorn, and the youngest loves their frozen drinks. As for me, I have to say the confession stand is a little on the pricey side for parents on a tight budget like myself. This why I enjoy heading down on Tuesday during their $5.00 movie day.
