Movie experience was dampened by a few things. First, no kiosk to print tickets if you bought them online, so you still have to wait in line for tickets. Second, they only had two people working the ticket counter and one of those had to stop helping people to make a phone call. Third, the mostly help yourself snack bar was inadequate. The candy is a help yourself affair, which is a plus, but the soda fountain was also help yourself and the two new-style coke machines (devils creation) were each half out of commission. One had no ice and the other was missing significant portions of the selections. The last damper is the the Imax theater was so very loud. I like loud stuff, but this was beyond loud. It was actually to the point of clipping during some of the previews. The movie itself in 3D was good. Projection, 3D, and brightness were all fine. Audio was punishing for an over two hour movie. Seats are okay if you havent become accustomed to the new plush reclining types. It was generally clean also. Not a horrible experience, but also not good enough to go back. Their prices are just as high as other theaters and the environment was a step or two below. Spend your dollars at a place that has it more together.

Tried to watch Mad Max 3D. The image was cut off at the bottom and the sides during the trailers and then also during the movie, which is unacceptable. The title had the word "MAX" almost one third cut off at the bottom. I came out, talked to an employee, he said "weve had issues before, will try to fix that". Came back to the theater, nothing was fixed. Waited 15 minutes and came out again, I talked to a supervisor of sorts who said that she thought the movie was OK. I explained how the title was cut off and that I could tell how shots were cut off, and she basically said that I was wrong and the showing was perfect, no apologies, rude and uncooperative. She then said that I could have a refund. If I get a refund is because I am right... Right? Anyway, I told her how the other employee said that they have had issues before and she looked at him and completely denied having had issues. Now I didnt know what to think and I didnt think I was being helped. I took the refund and finished the movie somewhere else. Not coming back.

Its not a bad theater, prices for admission are fair enough, could be a tiny bit cleaner but over all not bad, staff is decent enough. Its a movie theater after all, dunno why some people have such high expectations Only thing i really dont like is the amount of previews they show, usually about an hours worth, if your movie is scheduled to start at 3:30----you can pretty much count on it starting closer to 4:30. Last time i was there, after an hour of previews past the scheduled start time, i had to call them from my seat and ask when it was going start, they apologized and the movie started immediately

There were technical issues with the movie we saw the other night. The projector had quit working properly and was displaying only yellow images on the left half of the screen. Upon telling the manager, the fixed it within 10 minutes and provided the audience with free vouchers. I would give more stars, but there were several other problems as well. The volume was too low, the bathrooms were dirty, and several of the seats in the auditorium were broken. Not sure whats going on with this theater.

I used to go to this theater at least 2 times a week, but when AMC took over I stopped going. They do not offer any senior citizens rates, compared to the other theaters in Omaha. Also the crowd is unruly on occasions and you have to pay so much more for a ticket at AMC Theatres that it is really recommended to go to any of the other theater before AMC. There reward program is such a joke on so many levels compared to the competition.

The movie tickets here are more expensive same with the popcorn and pop. And they have a "curfew", no one that is 17 years or younger can go to a movie at 7pm or later without an adult that is 21 and seeing the same movie as them. And no I am talking about rated R movies. This is with all movies. Will not be going back. Also I am 25 so the rule doesnt apply to me but I just think there are worse thing kids could be doing.

A fantastic theater!! Fantastic staff, excellent sound, and an amazing screen!!! The seats are leather and incredibly comfortable, the seats may not be able recline right now, like Marcus Majestic Cinema Of Omaha does, but its my second favorite theater with Marcus Majestic Cinema Of Omaha now being my favorite go-to nearby theater, but I would love to visit AMC Westroads again soon!!

I have recently gone back to the Westroads AMC. I walk to the mall all the time..so convenient. I must say I usually have gone recently to Aksarben ..one because weekday they have a.m. showings..and they were under $5… But now their price has gone up..and I am hoping with summer that your theater will soon have week day morning shows available...

I paid more for a diet coke than I did my movie ticket. There was no place to lock my bike. The IMAX doesnt show movies after 7 on weekdays. Asked for mozzarella sticks and was told the fryer was off. No other food for vegetarians (or even modestly health conscious people)

Regular stadium seating but is nice because you dont have to worry about not getting a seat & its a lot cleaner than other theatres. New self serve Coke machines & butter. Tuesday special pricing also. Discounts with Stubs card.

Its not like amazing or anything just average in all aspects. They have a stupid rule about how you must be older than 18 to go in after 9:00. Which is so stupid.

AMC Westroads used to be Rave Theatres. Still a great theatre. We saw Safe Haven and I loved it. Great stadium seating, good staff, excellent theatre in every way!

Terrible customer service. Long waits on a slow night. Broken butter machines. Went to a 7:30 showing and as of 7:48 they finally started the screen.

Good standard theater. Good seats. Same price as anywhere else. You can use your AMC stub rewards card to skip ahead in line. Thats pretty awesome
