Peak bowl is the best bowling center Colorado Springs has to offer. Ive tried Bear Creek and Brunswick and three years later I keep coming back to Peak Bowl for my Sunday night fix. As a Colorado College student, the "dollar per game" special keeps the cost down, and the "red-light" bar specials and "red-pin header" free game special add an exciting twist for novice and professional players alike. Its no wonder such a large percentage of the local league bowlers choose Peak Bowl to hone their skills, and sharpen their competitive edge. Robert and his staff keep the fun rolling all night long, with a enthusiastic and educational approach to the game. Hands down, Peak Bowl is the bowling capitol of Colorado Springs.

As bowling alleys go, this is a hole in the wall. Picture the typical 80s alley with the 1st generation computer scoring system. They say they have the best kitchen in Colorado, but they dont mention that it takes 1 hour to get a hamburger. The bowling was decent considering the age of the place. Definitely do NOT plan on eating unless you order your food when you walk in the door. As far as having the best kitchen in CO...maybe the owner has never eaten anywhere else. I ordered an angus burger that looked and tasted like a frozen Grade D patty, I cant say anything good about the fries or rings. Overall, I would give this experience a D simply because I was with a fun group...despite the venue.

This place resembles that nostalgic "Kingpin" movie kind of thing. I wonder if a "Dive Bowling Alley" is the correct terminology for this place. Its dingy, has a dive bar, and surly looking employees that could show you a thing or two about hucking balls. I love it. Sunday through Thursday night after 9pm is $1 shoes/games. You cannot beat that. Saving all that money means more cheap pitchers from the bar. Oh yeah.... If you enjoy cheap bar fare, this place kicks out some mean food. I like it fried..... EVERYTHING. wings? Fried! cheese? Fried! Fries? FRIED! To summarize what I just typed. Go there with low expectation, and have them blown out of the water. This place is an A+.

The last time I was at Peak Bowl, it wasnt even for bowling. I met a friend for lunch and had the Black & Blue Burger (again) because its so good. Need to get these guys on the ballots for Best of Colorado Springs in the burger category, not even kidding. I also like the fact that they use Callicrate Beef from Ranch Foods Direct...works out well because theyre so close to one another so I can knock out shopping and bowling in the same trip. Okay, so I havent done that and this isnt a Ranch Foods Direct review, but the burger was awesome and you get my point. Definitely check it out.

A group of friends and I had been looking for a good place to go bowling over the weekend. We tried a couple other places and ended up at Peak Bowl. We ended up going back a lot and everyone, especially Robert, really took care of us. From now on, whenever I go bowling I compare it to Peak Bowl, and almost all other bowling alleys pale in comparison. Everyone is just so nice! Plus the food is good! Who knew? In fact the only thing I have to complain about is that Robert would cheer me on, thus encouraging my claw-machine addiction. But thats not really much of a complaint now is it?

Oldest Family owned Bowling Center in the Springs. Awesome customer service and affordable drinks at the bar. They make you feel at home. This is not a place with a "snack bar"... its a full menu restaurant with some amazing home made recipes. Karaoke is on Monday nights and its definitely the place to be on Monday nights! The place is very nostalgic but sparking clean and very well run. Not what you would expect from looking at the place from the outside. This has to be one of the beat kept secrets in the area. You have to try it out. Amazing

Not for families with young children. Came here on a Wednesday night with my husband and 2 small children. My children were bowling and having a blast. While bowling, we were told several times that our children were disturbing the league bowlers that were three lanes away. The alley was loud already, with dozens of people cheering on their teammates. Still not sure why we were the only people getting singled out. We were pretty much bullied off the lane by the alley worker and the people bowling in the league. We will not be going here again!

I am so pissed. I recorded the whole conversation. I was berated by two men who snapped at me because i took a drink of my boyfriends drink that i thought was soda. I am 25 and didnt bring in my id. Aftet i asked to be refunded because i dont appreciate being yelled at and i only played one game they said they couldnt change the special aftet it was paid and then changed their answer and said i broke the law. I recorded the whole convo and will contact the owner over this. Im so tired of people acting like assholes for no reason.

I visited Peak Bowl on a Wednesday afternoon over Spring Break with my kids and their friends, all between the ages of 10 and 13. We had a wonderful time! The facility was clean and bright, the staff was friendly, the music was great, and the family-friendly, relaxed, classic-bowling-alley environment impressed us. I learned that Peak Bowling is a Colorado-Springs icon, open since 1957; we were honored to be at this locally-owned, centrally located bowling alley.

Im pretty sure they are racist on the website it said that Sunday bowling is $1 we got there and they charged us $10 to bowl one game because it was a holiday but all the white people only got charged a dollar and were offered a chance to win prizes and they didnt give us a chance at all we finished our game and they didnt even say goodnight come again but they said it to their white customers this is a horrible place never giving them my money again!

We usually bowl in leagues here and it was a great place until they start acting like they could care less. If you value your bowling equipment, go somewhere else. My husband and I have had to fill out numerous ball damage reports with them and any time we have gotten the equipment back, the work looks like it was half assed. On top of that, the pro shop is only open 4 times a week for maybe three hours at a time. Highly recommend to go elsewhere.

In a pretty weird location, back off the road in more of an industrial/warehouse part of town. The food is ok, as far as bowling alley food goes. The people working the front desk seemed very confused. The bowling alley on a whole looked to need a big update to bring it in line with more current standards. I left with a very meh its alright experience

This place is a dump. The bathrooms cant make up for a lack of attention on the lanes. The staff member who "helped" us stacked us next to large groups on either side when there were a dozen lanes open. Food was ok bit took forever. Prices were ok but not worth the service. I will never go back due to service and condition of lanes.
