Went bowling this evening for their Halloween costume and trivia bowling. Was $40/lane for up to 6 people for 2 hours. We tried to reserve a lane and were told we had to prepay for it to reserve. So we prepaid. Two of our group cancelled and we were going to go elsewhere but they refused to refund the money, so we went. We got there and had issues setting up the lane and a guy came over and helped us. I started timer on my phone once lane turned on and began as they didnt have timer showing on the display like other alleys do After 30 mins of bowling I went up and asked when Halloween music and trivia would begin. Was told it would start when manager arrived. This was supposed to begin at 6pm and it was now 7:30. They put on Halloween music for 10 mins and finally a trivia question and then costume contest. Then Halloween music shut off and it was like a bowling alley on a Tuesday afternoon instead of a Halloween event. There was 10 open lanes all in a row. They were putting people in every other lane (as it should be). Then before trivia began they gave some people the lane next to us. They had no bowling etiquette- they walked in our lane, they kept taking our balls and just being really rude. I went up and requestd some ice water and was told I could not get any ice water after 8, "theres a water fountain over there". I asked if I could get some ice at least and was told "No, because the college kids sneak in beer". I am not a college kid. I am a paying adult who wants ice for her water. I understand when places charge you for a cup, I get inventory. However, this was completely different. I went up and spoke to manager who told me to go back and theyd give me ice. Got ice and went and asked if theyd move us. I dont mind bowling next to people. However, when I cant bowl because they keep using my ball or I have to stop in the middle of a throw because the people next to me walk in my lane, it becomes very annoying. I was told we couldnt move lanes because they didnt have any available. As I mentioned earlier, several lanes were open including the two lanes to the other side of us where people had left. While I was up there, the manager rang up several guys and they got "unlimited bowling and shoes for $5, its regularly $7." Wow, what a great deal, considering we paid so much more for so much less. Whatever. So we continue to bowl. We eventually had to get extra balls as when we bowled our ball took too long to come back. I bowled my two balls and the first ball didnt return until the next bowler was on her second ball. We bowled 3 games and were on second frame of 4th when the lane turned off. According to my timer we had 7.5 minutes left of our 2 hours. I went up to tell them our lane shut off early and was told they had "even added extra time to your lane". This is interesting since I had a timer going, we started at 7 and it wasnt even 9. All in all a very bad experience. This alley is the closest to my house, but Id rather make the drive to Miracle Mile or River to go to those bowlig alleys then to ever go back here. Oh, the $7 bowling isnt supposed to start til 9 but obviously for certain people they give that price at 8. Bad experience, false advertising, poor management, slow ball return and expensive. Miracle mile alley has bowling all day Sunday for 99 cents a game and 99 cents for shoes. We could have had a much better experience for 1/2 the money by driving 10 minutes down the road.

The worst. I booked my daughters birthday party there and was told everything was good, to just make a deposit. Which I did, sent out invites to the kids. Two days before the party I get a call saying that theyd given my booked lanes to a bowling tournament and I need to either change the day or time of the party. AFTER Id sent out invites. When I complained I received a "Sorry theres nothing I can do." Ive told everyone I know what terrible business they have and will continue to encourage my friends with kids to have parties anywhere else. Luckily I re-booked my party at Skate Country who actually helped me out with new invites and made the party special for everyone inconvenienced by the sudden change. This place doesnt even deserve one star.

My family of six came to bowl tonight and spent over a hundred dollars at this facility to sit around and wait for our balls to return to us for more than half of the time we have been here. We have requested maintenance 6 times and the problem just continues. Then after they "fixed the problem" for the seventh time they forgot to clear the screen to allow us to bowl again and we had to continue waiting until they cleared it again. We will not recommend any of our family and friends to return here. The manager continues to brush us off like he does not care that this is continuing to happen. DO NOT EXPECT ANY FUN OR EVEN AN ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THERE PROBLEMS HERE ITS BEEN A HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!

This place has great prices to fit all your needs. They have everything from individual games per bowler, to group bowls, to special parties and more. A great place to hang out and grab a bite to eat and play a bit. They even have alcohol. If not everyone in your party is in the mood to bowl, theres also pool and other games to occupy their time. The food here was absolutely delicious and the staff were amazing. The gentleman in the front was extremely kind and courteous. He made sure we got the cheapest option as well. The gentleman at the food counter had me laughing with his great jokes and fun soda facts. Made my wait for my food enjoyable. Thank you guys for good service and great fun.

Recently came here for their late night Cyberbowling with some friends and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and it wasnt too crowded (Friday night during the summer). The bartender was great as well and gave us a sample of their Dragoon Brewing tap, the Stronghold Session, which we ended up going with. Our lane (and the lane next to us) continued to have issues with the sensors picking up pins that we didnt hit and they werent able to fix the problem before we left. For $11 each its a great deal, especially if you have a coupon, as it includes shoe rental and three hours of bowling.

Went here for my nephews party and everything they told us they lied about. They told us originally that for the party we get 4 lanes but then wouldnt turn them all on unless we had 20 bowlers. After fighting with them for 45 mins they finally turned the others on but by then we only could bowl two games. Not only that but we were told we had two hours of bowling but they shut the lanes off after one and a half hours. I would never have one of my own kids parties here or attend another party here.
