On Saturday March 25th, 2017 my group of friends who totaled 7 people (including me) arrived at Brunswick at around 8:00pm. First three of us went up to the counter (and it took a while to get noticed) in order to grab the lane for the group and when we asked to pay, Christopher responded that we need not pay, but that we would instead open up a tab and pay later. We explained to him that all of us would be paying separate and to that he said that we would just split the bill at the end of our time bowling. Everything was great. Little did we know that during our time there we had made a grave mistake that would cost us our valuable time later. In order to play extended games and save us effort we decided to add an extra person per player on the screens. We bowled like this for a while. That was our mistake for the night. We had a great time bowling, and then we went to go split up the tab totaling $243.13. When we went to go do so Christopher noted that "we were making him work harder than usual" as if he hadnt told us that splitting the tab could be done before hand. We managed to pay all the same and called it a night. His attitude left much to be desired. After a long night no one in the group questioned the total, but this morning when looking back at the receipt we noticed that Christopher had overcharged us by charging for 14 shoe rentals when we only rented out 7 for the people in the group. It was an overcharge of about $30 and for college students that is not an amount we can afford to throw away for no reason at all. In order to take care of this one of my friends and I decided to go and talk to them about the discrepancy. Note only 17 hours passed between the time we were charged and when we went to ask them to fix the issue. We were greeted by a young lady and we explained the situation to her. She called Traci Henderson the General Manager of the Brunswick over and explained to her the situation. To that Traci responded that, "There was nothing that could be done because [we] didnt notice the discrepancy immediately after getting charged". We were flabbergasted at this response and when she saw our displeasure she then added that, "since there was 14 people in the computer then we were going to be charged for 14 shoe rentals." We explained the situation again and emphasized that we had only received 7 pairs of shoes. All the while Christopher was in the back staying quiet not adding any input even though he was the one that had helped us the night before. We asked Traci if there was really nothing that could be done. Traci responded, "We could go through all the footage but honestly I would rather not waste mine and your time by doing that." Basically after getting nowhere we decided that we were not going to get the help that we deserved and left. We looked up the corporate number for customer service but unfortunately they were closed. We will call again tomorrow. We hope the issue gets resolved sooner rather than later. For now this is all we could do. If this gets resolved then we might consider raising the rating for the establishment. If I could have given this place zero stars I would have.

First we walk to the counter and the girl completely ignored us for a good couple of minutes.. Obviously its busy and i understand we have to wait. So my boyfriend and i decide to go to the bar for a couple of drinks while we wait. We ended up waiting forever sitting at the bar because the line of people for walk up was getting longer the longer we had sat waiting to be served.. As a bartender and waitress myself Id appreciate a better experience especially after we had asked for our drinks sitting on the counter and she yells.. "Wow isnt this the night from hell!!" ... All i wanted was a nice night out with my boyfriend and so far in the first 20 min im definitely not impressed with this location.

We had a horrible experience at this bowling alley. The worker decided that there were too many people at our lane and without bothering to check receipts they turned the lane off. When we went to ask what was happening they would not turn the lane back on and decided to involve the local Aurora police officer(because of race??). It was the worse experience Ive ever had.. we spent over $200 to bring out families together and paid for everyone.I will never bring my family there again. The bad thing is.. We paid for 2 games and didnt get past the 6th frame of our second game.

NASTY MARGARITAS, NASTY CLEANING METHODS, MANAGEMENT DOESNT LISTEN!!! ===- Catch the management on duty WIPED A TABLE WITH SAME BROOM SHE WAS SWEPT THE FLOOR W/ AFTER A PARTY. ++ Told the manager 3 times to charge my drink separate from my bffs party bill and her parents drinks. She told my card and still tried to charge me for all of them. (they fixed it, but I will be calling my bank) >>>>> Margaritas were salty and not even sweet. nobody didnt finish their drink. ++++++ GREAT ATMOSPHERE, BUT WISH MY BFF HAD HER SONS PARTY SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

This was a great bowling alley. Its really affordable, got a good atmosphere, and really friendly staff. If you drink and bowl, get the pitchers - its a better deal per ounce than the towers. The bartender, Jed, was awesome and helped to make our birthday event so much better. If youre planning a party, they do bottomless pizza and wings, as well. The lanes are great, with laser lights and a wide variety of bowling ball weights. Overall, this is a great place. Would definitely go again.

We go to the Brunswick every weekend and have no problem but I got a bowling ball for Christmas and needed wholes drilled in it. So we went to their pro shop and Mike was horrible and drilled my ball wrong. His customer service was really bad and we ill not be doing any more business at the pro shop. We do not recommend anyone go to Mike in the pro shop at the Brunswick. If you go only go there to bowl.

The staff is horrible and not accommodating. A large group arrived as we did and allowed us to go in front b/c of their size but the person behind the counter got upset and made us wait behind the group to get started. Tried requesting a lane change due to crowds and was told that was impossible. Very unwelcoming experience. I suggest you go elsewhere.

We walked in and went to the counter where a man and woman were working the front counter. My husband and I were completely ignored. Not one word to us so we walked out. This place lost our business. We will never try this bowling alley. We will be going to the bowling alley on Mississippi instead. Horrible way to run your business.

I love this place. Its like a second home to me and I will never stop going. The staff is awesome and always takes care of me. Its like cheers but with less alcohol and more ball fondling. Welcome to the aurora bowling central where the competition is stiff but the drinks are stiffer. Drugs are bad, roll rocks... dont smoke em.
