Mines Chick

A group of four of us went here the other day because I had received a coupon in the mail for six $1.50 games. Since we wanted to each play two games, one of us paid normally for hers. It was Tuesday night, and they had a special going that meant it was cheaper for her to pay for unlimited bowling with the nightly special than for her to pay normally for two games. They said that this is what we would have to do, and asked us to wait around for about half an hour until 9pm when the special started. We did, then went back to the counter to pay for our games. It turns out that since three of us had paid for "games" and since the one girl paid for "time" they wouldnt work with us to let her play in the same lane as the rest of us were on. The girl said she only wanted to play two games and would be fine being limited to two games with us, even though she had payed to play unlimited games for three hours. They said she would have to pay $4 more to be on the same lane as the rest of us. The staff was rude, inflexible, unreasonable, and unwilling to even try to help us out. One would imagine that it would be in their best interest to have an extra lane open, limit the wear and tear on their equipment, and actually make their customers happy, but it was obvious that they were just interested in getting us away from their desk. I was highly disappointed with the quality of service and the motivation of the staff.

We usually come Fridays and the employees are super friendly and we never ever have anything to complain about and come back almost once a week but tonight made me think we should find somewhere else to bowl. Sundays are supposed to be $2.50 after 6pm. Got here five minutes early and started bowling two minutes early. We bowled four games thinking theyd all be $2.50, but we got to the front counter and the total was almost $60. We asked why that was and Heather stated that since we started bowling two minutes prior to the promotion time all the games were $5.29. I would have been fine with paying for the first game for the regular price but she made us pay for all of the games full price and frankly was very rude. She also made exchanging shoes for different sizes more than difficult. Heather was the rudest employee weve dealt with at this brunswick and we know now not to come back on days she works.

The food is overpriced and not even that good. Everything they have back there comes frozen. Nothing they have to eat is fresh except for some of the vegetables. The place is always a mess. It seems like they only have one janitor or something, because ive gone in to bowl with some friends and the place will have trash everywhere, and nobody is picking it up. The staff is nice enough, though. However, there are better and less expensive places to go bowling and get decent food at. Avoid this place, because you will leave feeling trashy because its a trashy place.

I have been a league bowler here for six years. The manager JJ Jerns is a liar, doesnt care about any league bowlers, and if anything negative happens he give a "well your lucky Im even talking to you". Unfortunately this seems to be the direction this alley is going. Disrespectful, incompetent and unwilling to help any customers. Clearly customer satisfaction is not high on his list of priorities. So long as he is here I wouldnt waste my time bowling league here.

Originally we had an "ok" experience... then Frank came up to service our lane and he was great.. he was very attentive and we ended up taking care of him because he was so sweet and took his job serious. Great first impression..We asked numerous times to frank and Joseph the (GM) to please put the sweet 16 on for us and GM said he was to busy and had better things to do?? Hmmmmm ok... wont be back! Will go back to Round One!!!! Much better!! Love frank tho!!

The service was horrible. I wanted to punch the bald Guy that we got our shoes from. The food was so gross we didnt even eat it. The lanes on the right tilt to the right. The arcade was a rip off. Most of the games just ate the tokens & what exactly are the tickets for? Lousy establishment & poor service. We walked out after the first game. Dont waste your money here.

Walked in on a Friday night and prompt greeted by a manager saying he wished he had better news for us but they didnt have any open lanes all weekend because of a tournament. Had they answered their phones prior to my group driving over here, we wouldnt have wasted our time. If youre going to come here, outside of a league, cross your fingers they have open bowling.

If youre into a crappy, run down bowling alley with RIDICULOUS beer nazis, youve found heavon. If youre on the north side of 40, your driver license expired a couple days ago but you have a valid US passport, and still have a hard getting served, then this is your place. I hate the place as it today and Ive bowled there since it opened in the mid-80s. No more

I bowl league here on Thursday nights Mens. Our waitress has a lot to be desired. Suzie used to hustle the drinks out for the guys and she always made bank. The ones we have had since could careless if you get your drinks our not Management has alot to be desired at this location. I could do it a hell of a lot better

So disappointing. I tried to book a party here. Waited a week and a half for a response only for the coordinator to tell me that there was a bowling league going in that day. I informed her i was disappointed and she made it seem like it was my fault. Hmm... Very classy. & professional...... Such a shame.

Ive been here a few times and always had a a lot of fun. We signed up for the email club and got a great deal on 2 hours of bowling, shoes for my whole family, and a it even came with a free pizza! The place is clean, well lit, and the employees are friendly.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Rude, laziest manager I have ever met. I have been here for several different events and it is always the same rude, lazy behavior. Staff never shows up on time. Food service is ridiculously long. Bar service is a joke.

We bowl a league there and they take care of us well! The pro shop is great, we have known those guys for years and there good at what they do!!! The food is good and the people that run the place are nice and seem to care about the customers!!

There was bad service, the employees were rude and non helpful. As well as the brunette female manager was a pain. And very not not helpful. The whole experience was a bad one, and I will NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!

The equipment is quite archaic and dates about 1995-96. Between very slow service, kids, and nacho eating hood rats; Id say this is quite a dump. Ive seen more etiquette from homeless people.
