This is an absolutely horrible place to bowl. They do have a decent arcade, pool tables and so forth, but for bowling, it was terrible. My experience started off with me at the front desk setting up the lanes (we had 10 people and 2 lanes). I asked them to set it up as league play (such that the lane you bowl on alternates back and forth), but they said they can’t do that during open bowl. FYI they hold leagues there, so clearly there’s not a technical reason for that, which begs the question, why not? During the 1st frame my ball got stuck and didn’t come back. I went up to the front desk to have them correct it. When I finally got my ball back there was a ring of gummy material around it right down the middle! I took it up to the front desk and showed them. They said there wasn’t anything they could do about it and they said they are not liable for any damages! This is NOT the standard when it comes to bowling alleys. I’ve had minimal damage done to my ball before and the bowling alley has corrected it for free. Unfortunately underneath the gummy material were scratches that do not come off! To make it worse, this ring also made it onto another person’s ball in our group. They said they would refund the $1.99 for the game and that’s all. One of the features of Bedroxx that made us choose it originally was the fact that it measures ball speed and we were all curious to check it out. However, that was a disappointment as well. My father-in-law found out from the front desk that if you throw the ball faster than the limit (which is about 20 MPH), the entire system shuts down. It doesn’t just come back on its own during the next ball; you have to go up to the front desk and have them reset it! Also, they seem to prefer to have 6 people per lane, yet they only provide 4 chairs per lane! Also, the digital scoreboard only shows 4 people’s scores at a time! I guess you just need to stand around and memorize your score. My wife experienced extremely poor service at their snack bar too. She said it took her 10 minutes to get an employee to take the pizza order. FYI the pizza was good though. Thanks, Greg

Bedroxx and staff hosted an amazing birthday for my daughter, she said it was the best party she’s ever had!! We called to book at party and spoke to Cindy, who said the VIP room was available (a weekday evening). We got a great price with no hidden fees and extras, the VIP package included all the food, drinks, and all the special little touches! And there were a lot! They paid special attention to all the little details- called in advance to see what her colors were and the theme of our party (it was just a candy party, for the love of sugar!) they had balloons set up, a cotton candy toast with mini champagne glasses, an ice cream with candy topping s (lots!); in the room we had access to the overhead Wii’s, arcade games, they provided goodie bags with tokens- oo ya and the bowling! Did I mention the dance floor?? Great venue ample size to host many special events!! This is not the Bedroxx of the recent past, these new owners of the last several years have clearly worked hard making noticeable improvements and most improved is their customer service!! Thanks so much for making the evening special! No clue the issue with other reviews on here- not affiliated or related to these folks, we ended up at Bedroxx after a friend won a party at the school auction (after have tons of free passes went unused with the Bedroxx reputation), all the moms raved! Several friends are already checking availability for future parties! Cindy and her crew were the best- for the first party we arrived earlier than the bar opened but she went behind the counter to make us a special margarita concoction, amazing!! I could absolutely see myself hangin with Cindy! lol

Ive had mixed experiences at this location. My son wanted to go there for his birthday party, so we made the trip (its a far location for us). I have always loved their feature of gutter rails that only come up for certain bowlers, and their comical vid displays are great. However, their customer service and quality have suffered recently. The desk seemed over whelmed the day of party, and there was only 1 other group there at the time, for a total of around 12 people. The lanes would get stuck frequently and it took quite a while to get assistance to reset them. The wax was also poor and it was impossible to slide during release without wrenching your knee out of joint. Hopefully the place will invest and bring back the quality and thus the business before its too late. My next visit hopefully wont be my last, as I have fond memories there.

I wasnt going to write a review on this bowling alley but, after seeing the other posts , I know how correct I am. The new owner is awful. Cindy is the least personable person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and dealing with. Just because you own a bowling alley, it doesnt make you entitled to treat people like garbage. She likes to talk over you and insist she is always correct...GET WISE TUCSON , dont go there , half the games are broke down , your always trying to find a attendant to fix the games and, the food tastes like crap. There are so many more places to take your family to, Vantage Bowling Centers Golden Pin Lanes Brunswick Bowl Peter Piper Pizza World Sports Grill Why give your money to some snobby person that doesnt care at all about you, only your money. DONT EVER GO HERE!!!

Showed up at 5:57pm for the Monday night 6pm $30 special which includes shoe rental and pizza and we were told that they didnt run that special anymore. The kids wanted to bowl so we spent $38 for the rentals and only got an hour to bowl. Then shelled an additional $20 for the pizza that should have been included and soda. We brought it up again and the worker said that since we checked in before 6 we didnt get the special, but that next time to mention the special, which we initially did already. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere. The worker didnt even offer the special. We felt taken advantage of. Too bad cause its a good time when youre not getting ripped off.

My wife was at the counter about to make a purchase for bowling...she had a coffee from Starbucks. An employee told her they dont allow outside food or drinks and she would have to finish it outside. I get it, they want to sell their own food and drinks but this still doesnt sit well with me from a customer service point of view. Not like we brought in a six pack or a bunch of food. They actually made my wife go outside and finish the drink. They gained nothing except a negative review. If I had it my way we wouldve left and not given them a dime. We happened to be with 4 kids so I had to put my principles aside but we likely wont be coming back.
