I have been coming to Warren Theatres ever since they opened and I usually have a good experience there, it is a little pricey but it worth it considering the nicely decorated atmosphere, spacious rooms, comfortable seats, professional staff and superb cleanliness. Today was not a good day, I tried to find show times on the warren theatres website today and it was not working it directed me to a Regal Crown website and I realised the ownership had changed and the website was a mess. I tried to call the Movie Hotline number and it directed me to a 1-800 line with a choppy automated digital voice that was hard to understand. We get to the theatre and purchase tickets, they were different looking like a receipt. Then we head to concession stand and realise they have Coke products instead of Pepsi, and the cups and popcorn buckets were very different looking (kinda cheap looking). These were just small observations I made and not deal breakers just giving a very detailed review of my experience. I noticed some of the seats had stains on them and their were a couple of people that were on their phones constantly. The attedants never did a walk through during the whole movie. There was a man behind us that was making strange sounds, at first I thought he was reacting to the movie because there were alot of scary scenes and I was a little jumpy myself. I then realized he was getting louder and making some moaning sounds , which freaked me out and prompt me to turn around and look at him. I couldnt see exactly what this person was doing but he was bent over in the chair with his face close to his phone. This person made me very uncomfortable but I tried to ignore this and pay attention to the ending of the movie. When it was over he immediately left his sit and was walking very fast, I tried to catch up to him so I could point him out to management but there was a large crowd in front of us and he had vanished. I didnt bother telling an attendant of the situation because he was already gone. This ruined the movie for us. I really hope that the manager and owner see this post because they need to realize that this theatre was great under Bill Warrens ownership and if they try to cut corners and cheapen the experience you will lose alot of customers. I understand that it is your business but the reason why so many people love these theatres is because they were always so beautiful, clean and very professional. I havent decided whether or not I want to come back to the theatre or not I may have to go to another town to watch movies from now on. This is my honest review and I hope that Regal Crown will take advice from it.

Its very clean and the ticket lines go quick. I also like that they have a cry room for tiny kids so you can watch the movie without disturbing the other viewers. I would also like to say that yes the food is pricey but the only time I have been to a movie and the food was not pricey was at a super crappy discount movie place so you cant really give something a bad review when every other movie place is the same. I am not there to get my a## kissed I am there to see a movie so the service is just fine. I have two small kids and I have been there with both at the same time. If you go to the movies with small kids eat before you get there because you only have two hands and you can only carry so much. Its not their job to help you. I am only saying this because I really like the place and it seems that people dont understand that reviews online can make or break a business now a days so to post a bad review about things that are just nit picking or trashing someone for not doing something that is either not their job or worse yet making a fuss that they didnt get you out of a mess that was caused by your poor planning is just wrong. We are all adults here so post a real review and not just whine about stupidness.

If youve never experienced the magic that is WARREN THEATERS, you cant even begin to fathom the quality. Ive been to theaters in casinos where the casino theaters is said to be one of the major attractions of the entire city (over the casino itself)... No... Dont be proud of that "projector+screen combo" take a page out of "Warren: a warlock in premier theaters!"... Youll be glad you did. These theaters have the most amazing sound quality! The concessions are well kept and served. The auditorium are well maintained and have only incurred the minimal amount of wear that an attraction that entertains so many patrons can hope to receive. Additionally, the World Class IMAX is the most amazing thing Ive ever had the pleasure to lay my eyes upon. Its not just watching a movie... its experiencing an alternate reality. Its submerging yourself in an entirely new universe! Mr. Bill Warren your 21st street location is heaven! I cant explain to you how much I love your theaters! You are a Cinematic Magician.

I used to hate on the Warren but after being to theaters in other cities I have a new respect for the place. They do a good job keeping the place clean. I have been to other theaters that say that the screen is larger than an IMAX but I dont know if its the shape of the room or what this one feels larger and more premium. The only thing I cant stand about this place is the stupid light show they feel the need to show in the IMAX before every movie. They walk out there and talking about the movie and light show like it will be the best experience I have ever had the pleasure of enduring. Its not. I have put in multiple complaints on the FB page for them to get rid of it. I have been to multiple movies in the IMAX and not once have people cared about the light show everyone still talks and chats as if its not going on. In summation the light show sucks get rid of it,

Very expensive for a movie theatre, but Id like to think the experience/quality is worth it. Very classy establishment, great restroom facilities, music and decoration resemble glory days of cinema :) The IMAX is glorious! Seen MI3, Hobbit 3D, Skyfall. Over-priced mediocre-quality restaurant ($9 burger, $12 chicken salad, that sort of thing), plus like $8 for large popcorn, almost $20 for large combo. As of my last visit, this theatre uses the LED 3D glasses, meaning it alternates opaque/transparent every other frame so each eye sees what it needs to, but you only get about 80% the intended brightness of the image. Cheapo polarized glasses actually get you better image quality, even with the increased reflections.

Dear Mr. Bill Warren, Will you please buy back your theatres? Tonight we went to the movies for the first time since it was taken over by the guy that bought it from you. I will let you know I had some burnt popcorn, which ruined the whole bowl of popcorn. That would have never happened under your management. Thats not all. It was extremely hot inside the theatre itself. We were very uncomfortable. Personally I felt like it wasnt the same without hearing the voice of the theatre before the movie started. I like the way you ran the theatre. And wish you had not sold it because it would have been a better experience. Sincerely A once upon a time happy customer.
