This is a REALLY nice bowling alley. The lanes are always in good shape. The oil is pretty consistent from day to day. Not the friendliest staff Ive ever encountered. There is one lady that usually runs the register who lacks people skills. Shes not horrible, but just slightly unpleasant. Luckily you only need to deal with her when youre paying. I wish they would put the schedule for leagues on their website. I asked them if they would and that seemed like too much effort for them, so best to call ahead. The pro shop is also very nice. The gentleman that runs it is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a decent selection. Prices are reasonable. If they could get someone that was really friendly to ring you up and start posting when open bowling is available, Id give them 5 stars.

I did a bowling league through this place and i was supposed to receive two bowling balls as part of the completion of it. Two months later, still no balls. We were told throughout the course of the league thaf our bowling balls had arrived but we werent going to receive them until we were fully paid. Two months later we still havent received them and ive talked to the manager Chris multiple times about a refund and he basically told me too bad. I asked to have the GM call me and of course, he blew me off too. Im taking this to the corporate level. This place will not hold up their end of a deal. Waste of hundreds of dollars. Take your money elsewhere.

I had a very fun time bowling until an employee, Bernie yelled at not one, or two but three families about personal reasons in front of the entire bowling alley. We had an encounter where she could have choose to speak respectfully about the policy, but choose to speak disrespectfully. It was very inappropriate and made us feel very uncomfortable as well as many others around us. After we talked to her about how we didnt appreciate her actions she was not apologetic, she just walked away. Although that disrupted our experience, the bowling itself was very fun and the other staff was very kind.

I am sitting here as pleased as I can be! There are so few places that have superb customer service, but this is one of them. From the second that we walked in, Marck was extremely helpful and respectful. We had a minor issue, and he was very proactive and took care of it immediately. Other people around him were also eager to help out. Additionally, the staff made every effort to make our afternoon wonderful. My family and I will be back as often as possible.

This place was our favorite bowling alley to go to for five years. Over the last year it has declined and the service has gotten worse. They refused to open the snack bar during the day and the the personal device of the staff is lazy. I would not recommend this place anymore. Which makes me sad since this is our local bowling alley. I would recommend fat cats by the Westminster Promenade 24 for their deals are just as good and the service is way better

A Private User

A decent alley, but my biggest complaint is that all of the coupons they send through their Bonus Zone email program are for Sunday-Thursday only. Absolutely no discounts available on a Friday or Saturday unless they happen to be running an in-house special. Price is currently $5/game on Saturday-Sunday, cheaper on other days. Seems a bit high (though not totally outrageous, Ive seen worse at other alleys).

I love this bowling alley and the staff! But Mark/marc, however you spell it. He used me league card without my permission on the man who was paying before me. And when I went on a Wednesday I asked if could get a lane for 9 oclock, to this he responded with "we dont do reservations", 2 minutes later I hear "*name* your lane is ready". Oh yeah, no reservations.

Classic bowling, old equipment doesnt score right. Misscored a spare on 3 of 4 games. Some regulars said thats common if a pin falls late. You can edit the score on the computer but what a pain. Other than that, great alley. Clean. Friendly staff.

The wait (for a Saturday night) was reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great service at the bar for how busy it was. Facility was overall more clean than I have experienced in the past. Keep up the good work! Will come back in the future.

They had a great deal for Thursday, 10 dollars and some change for two hours including shoes. The staff was nice, but they had to move us lanes 3 times. But for being as busy as they were they did a great job accommodating us.

Love this place. The only bad thing is they havent updated their Web site. Drove down there for the early bird special on bowling, and they dont even open til 12. The Google hours are wrong for the summer season.

This was a great place to bowl! The staff was friendly when we had problems and the equipment worked well. It can be a bit hard to find with all of the construction in the area.

Nice bowling alley. Lanes are waxed, balls and shoes are stocked. Pleasant staff. Little wait times mid week after leagues. Sign up for them to email you deals.

Snack bar is a bit slow on league night but of course they are busy. As for annemarie and her experience with bernie. Maybe you shouldnt be butting in.
