The costumer service was HORRIBLE. The lady working the front desk looked down at us for not having proper shoes when we first walked in, which I knew we would need shoes. Once we started bowling, we were only using 1 ball. (A pink ball) and they shut off our lane when we would throw it. And we had to approach the manager, asking what was wrong and she told us not to use the pink ball, but soon after another worker approached us asking which ball we were using and we said ONLY THE PINK BALL. And he said okay. And took the others from us to put them away. We continued playing, and they shut off our lane again. We asked why? And they said the same thing about the stupid pink ball but there were no others available to us. Then the police approached us and the manager never left her stupid desk and smacked her lips at us and kicked us out. VERY RUDE AND NASTY MANAGEMENT. Used to come here all the time and never had an issue like this. DONT COME HERE.

The two women in the front are rude and bitchy. Absolutely awful service, especially from the fat lady. Do not understand why she always has a attitude, no matter what time of the day you go. Every time I go, she always has something to say. She had the audacity to point me out and complain about me using a pink ball and kicked me out. Although she never told the men beside me using the pink balls as well. If you are going to restrict rules count them towards everyone not just certain people. Will never be going here again. Do not recommend coming here, it is not welcoming and not a family environment. You are better off at Oasis paying a little more with great family memories.

The bar is good for dancing on a Friday night but the bowling alley is horrible my family was enjoying having a good time and they cut us off when we were almost done with our game because of my son using the pink #8 ball to their ridiculous management they were extremely rude and would not give my sons ID back I hope they go bankrupt their bowling lanes are crappy Im filing a complaint with the better business bureau they didnt ask if my son had a reason he was using the lighter ball. We will never go back. I do not recommend going there to bowl go to oasis they are better.

Suggestions fire everyone especially Paul the manager!!! Apparently this location doesnt have good customer service. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place, and if this place is ever in a financial bind its due to Pauls poor management skills. All employees have an attitude and are rude, also they dont know how to wash their dishes.. GROSS! And if I havent said it enough they need to replace the manager! My family and I will never return to this location again. P.S dont feel special that I gave you a star, there wasnt an option for no stars.

The lady at the desk is childish and rude. I was wearing shoes with white bottoms and she made me rent shoes. When I got up to bowl with a pink ball one of the lane guys came and said I cannot use that ball. Then she immediately came and said in a rude manner that I need to put the shoes on now as if she was my mother. Then we purchased a pitcher of beer and someone else came and insisted we needed to show ID. Grow the hell up and run your business without being rude to paying customers you primates.

Really rude staff. A lady with pink glasses had zero patience and was being flat out disrespectful. She charged us 6.95 per person (which Im pretty sure she over charged us) which came out to 50$!!! Last time I checked bowling was suppose to be good prices and not as much as an amusement park ticket. To add to the horrible experience; the burger tasted awful and the bartender was yet another rude lady with the biggest attitude. Stick to Frankies my fellow El Pasoans!!!!

Used to be really nice place. We used to play 3-4 games with 16 people and Give them $200+. They hired some new staff l, and thay lady is so rude, she gave us only 2 lanes for 16 people. Even when I told her that we can play more games if you give us more lanes. There were 10 lanes available and still she refuses to give lanes. But, that lady dont know how to run bussiness. I am coming here for last 5 years and never had this rude behavior!!!

An El Paso staple. The day staff are friendly and help with your needs. The evening staff are also friendly, but mostly high school aged employees. They can sometimes be unintentionally rude, but I cant fault them for that. They have two fully stocked bars inside and a pizzeria that also serves other food items, like nachos. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to take in some recreational fun with the whole family.

USED to be a great place to bowl, tons of memories, but the staff is EXTREMELY rude, and we are definitely taking our business to Oasis Lanes. What a shame! Theres a reason that Bowl El Paso is not very busy, not to mention run down...theres only so much terrible customer service you can dish out before we choose to drive farther for a better bowling experience.

Horrendous Service!! Management needs to look into their current employees because every single employee is rude. The ladies at the front desk are horrible. They are extremely rude and not helpful in anyway. My daughter is currently in transition and the front desk made a big thing about him using the pink ball, I found it so disrespectful.

The prices are reasonable and the food is decent, but there are a few things that can be in a need of a good remodeling. From the carpets to the poor lighting. I get there is suppose to be a neon light/music night but I dont know theres this old dingy feel to Bowl El Paso that I know once fixed theyll get more people to come in.

Came in to enjoy some bowling and instead got some of the most horrible customer service i have ever experienced. Luckily i work for a certain department for the city of el paso and im most certainly make sure that food and health inspection is reviewed this week to ensure that this horrible staff is not poisoning anybody.

Well the lanes work? Its easily the least developed bowling alley Ive ever been to, including California and Oregon. Would suggest to go to Fiesta Lanes instead. Employees excitement about working there matches with the upkeep of the building. Careful when driving at night their light up main entrance sign was broken.

This place was not very nice. Seemed very outdated. Some native El Pasoans told me about this place and said it was the best bowling place in el paso but I completely disagree. The atmosphere was very boring and the staff was not very welcoming. Glad I tried it though because it made me realize Oasis is much better.

Fun for the whole family! Put the kids video games away, take away their phones, and take them out for some good old fashioned fun. Plenty of bowling lanes, a room full of pool tables, game room, restaurant and snack bar, and for the adults a bar. Everything you need for a great time.
