this is the first time ive been to the newest renovation and its really awesome! everything was all high-tech, if you buy the tickets online or on your phone, you may either use the qr code on their app or you can check in from their 3 window screens right when you walk in, you can print out the tickets. but whats also good is that when you do order the tickets up front, they will show you some seatings on their window, which seats are good for you, so you cant just sit anywhere. yup, your seat has a #.... i just wish we can apply the tickets on our passbook/wallet on our iphones. please apply that feature if possible. their rewards card also pays it off, if you use it more, i believe. as i checked-in, i told the host that it was our first time coming here, before it was the old run down cinemaster. so the guy lead us to our seats, showed us how the inclined chair works. i was all drop jawed, bec. everything was so nice!! i think i even fell asleep on parts of the movie bec. the chairs are so comfortable. as for the snacks and beverages, they also served wine, sparkling, or beer, how cool is that? i do wish we can control our own butter on our popcorn ;P BUT this is now our go-to theatre, good for seniors, im glad i brought my mom here on her birthday and we both enjoyed our stay. also before the movie presentation, a staff would talk to us concerning for those people who have alcohol, giving us the info if we needed assistance, i think overall their customer service is top notch. everybody was so helpful and friendly. good job guys, and keep it up.

Really 4.5 stars but Ill round down. Friendly employees. Seats are amazing. Reserved seating. Marquee is very vibrant at night. We have gone here for the last 15 years and really enjoy these new upgrades. Cinemastar was getting run down so perfect timing. 2 suggestions. You need to have popcorn salt instead of regular salt. The flavored salts are popcorn salt but the regular salt is table salt. Difference? Popcorn salt is fine and sticks to the corn. You sell alcoholic beverages which is great, but you dont offer coffee. While i dont drink coffee, I have heard several people request it when Im in line. That aside, its a great movie expierence that ,for the comforts, is still less expensive than going to an AMC.

Today I went to a PG-13 Matinee. I will avoid using this theater for this type of movie again. There were seven of us watching this movie. One was a 4 (approximately) year old boy. The movie had profanity and sexual content (mild), NOT APPROPRIATE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN!!!! At other theaters I have seent he attendant refuse to sell inappropriate tickets and bless them! This child was not particularly disruptive for a 4 year old, but he did speak loudly at inappropriate times and asked questions WHEN THERE WERE INAPPROPRIATE SCENES. Also DO NOT buy the popcorn here. It is the stale, stale and taste horrible. If it is an action or family film I would return here, but no wonder there were only 7 patrons in the theater today!

I came here for a matinee showing and was pleasantly surprised! I remember when this location was a Cinema Star, but it looks like it was newly renovated. There was at least one construction crew that was still working when I was there. Ultimately, it looks like the renovations are paying off. The seats have been replaced with luxury leather recliners and there is a small table for your snacks as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, however, the prices were a bit high for my taste. Ended up paying approximately $12 for a medium popcorn and medium drink! Plus the matinee was $9 as well. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely consider coming here again!

By far the very best luxury theater in ALL of Southern Southern. The seats fully recline and dont stop at that awkward angle. They are also plenty wide dont leave you feeling cramped. I was expecting this place to start charging around $20 per person, but no. As of 11/20/2016 they are still only charging at most $15.75 if you did a normal screening plus DFX or 3D, otherwise its $12.25 for regular screenings of $10.25 for matinees before 5pm. The beer choices can be improved on, as Im not a fan of what they have on tap, but that is literally the only negative thing I can think of. However, you still cant beat the quality of seating you get for the price.

Love the experience of a real luxury theater. When you purchase your ticket you get to choose your seat, so get there early to get the best seats. The theater seat area is more limited than a regular one. The reclining seats are larger and super comfortable with cup holder and swing out tray. Suggest looking into getting the app to purchase tickets and getting rewards. Super friendly staff and very clean facility. I like that they have beer and wine but $$. I will make this my movie theater to see quality movies and enjoy it in super comfortable seating. $8.75 matinee is a bargain for the amenities you get.

We drive to the theater after we check the movies on internet and the schedule was totally different! So movie starts one hour later than they show. We decide to back next day and check at the screens of the theater, they said the movie start at 12:10 and 5:30 so we decide to back at 12 to watch the movie we want! When we back at 12 on the screens show that the movie time is only at 8:00 pm... I give one start because I have to give at least one... bye bye "luxury" theaters not coming back again, tired of waisting my time!!!

WOW!!!! I LOVE the new seats!! SO roomy - wonderful pushbutton adjustablility. Wide armrests, swing table trays with BIG cup holders. LOTS of legroom! Lots. Sooooo comfortable! I dont like being squeezed by heavy people sitting next to me. Im compassionate, but I want to be comfortable and enjoy the film. These seats are HUGE and very obese people surely can sit comfortably in them. Sitting next to a very large person wont be a problem, Im sure. Employees are helpful and friendly. Fantastic theater - my favorite!

This movie theater has brought a new luxury experience to the movie theater for the surrounding areas. The seats are all leather reclining seats with plenty of space for all body types. The food selection is huge and the overseers l prices are very good. The Dolby DFX ATMOS rooms that they have are entirely worth it and compete with an IMAX theater but with amazing sounds that IMAX cant beat. The employees are very nice and as a plus they sell alcohol like wine and beer on tap.

Love this theatre! It surpasses all other luxury theatres in that the chairs recline even further making for a more comfortable experience. They do serve alcohol but it is not a full service bar. For instance they couldnt serve us a jack & coke as requested. It seems they have a certain selection of beer & wine. A great selection in my opinion because they have my favorite, "Not Your Fathers Root Beer"...so I always leave a happy camper :D
