Their customer service is awful. My family went to see a childrens movie the day after Thanksgiving for a 3:30pm showtime. They kept us out of the theater until 3:35pm. We waited in line outside the movie theater with small children for 25 minutes while they took forever to clean the theater. Apparently they did not have enough people on staff. I dont know how you are understaffed the day after Thanksgiving. Youd think theyd have enough employees ready to go for a big movie day. The manager I spoke with was not very helpful when I asked him why we could not get into the movie theater a few minutes before the showtime. I tried calling them a few minutes ago to see about getting tickets for an IMAX 3D show coming up in a week & a 1/2. After going through a phone tree I got their voicemail (on a Monday afternoon). Then I was hung up on. I love this theaters physical set up & location. However, due to the poor customer service I may never go to a movie here EVER AGAIN.

My grandfather and I were extremely disappointed when we went to a matinee. I tried to buy tickets in the handicapped section and I was told those seats were only for people in a wheelchair. I tried explaining to the employee that my grandfather uses a cane, has trouble walking on stairs and has a hard time seeing in the dark but the employee wouldnt let me finish talking and he kept telling me "you will have to wait until the movie starts then you can get those seats" then he told me to move to the side so others can buy tickets. I was so upset and embarrassed but for the sake of my grandfather I stayed calm because I knew he wanted to see this movie. When we finally got our tickets it took awhile for my grandfather to get to his handicap seat because he has trouble seeing in the dark. Fortunately he made it to his seat without getting hurt. After the film was over I told my grandfather we are NEVER coming back here again and he agreed.

I did not like how they handled (didnt handle until a customer proclaimed that this was not the roadshow version we all drove to see). Hateful 8 in full glorious 70mm was what 5 of us drove 2 hours to view on Christmas....the only theater in the area with the Roadshow viewing on film. BUT they showed in digital version which fell short....no overture no cool visuals. Disappointed that I took my family out on Christmas night - 7 pm and there was no announcement prior to playing the movie to allow customers to opt out. I could have watched digital at home when released on DVD. The point was to see in GLORIOUS 70mm.....THEY FAILED! Where am I ever going to view this movie in 70mm they didnt offer to come back and view in 70mm....I guess their projector didnt work. DID THE PROJECTOR EVER EVEN WORK or was this all a scam to get us in for the spectacular roadshow event?

What happened here? This used to be my favorite theater. We came in to see Fate Of The Furious on Monday night, 4/24. The ticket lady looked pissed, All the screens in the concessions area were off. Employees behind the cashier counter were talking amongst themselves, were on their phones and were not attentive. There were NO employees behind the concessions area and we had to ask for someone to assist us. The whole theater is filthy, trash in the cup holders, paper in the hallways and popcorn everywhere on the floor. It feels as though it hasnt been cleaned in a year. Not to mention, the power recliner wasnt working on multiple seats. Very disappointed, likely wont be back. Save yourself the filth and drive fifteen minutes down the road to AMC 28 in Olathe.

Not impressed. The cleanliness of the whole theatre, concession area and bathroom was rather appalling. I can not believe I paid $120 between tickets and concession for my family 5. I wasnt sure we would make it to the movie because the floor was sticky at the concession area thought we might get stuck. The freestyle machines were nasty as was the area around it. Trash was overflowing. It was just gross. Came into the theatre all lights were on and the floor was filthy, my husband has to clean chocolate off his seat. I am super disappointed. I would think with the corporate office and the remodel that AMC invested in they would take care of the theatre.Think I patronize my smaller local theatre from now on. AMC is greedy and filthy.

Jan 24, 2016 and no showing of The Revenant, Star Wars, or The 5th Wave (just released this weekend and my son wanted to see). Oh, but theres still Mad Max???? Only saw that in theater last JUNE. Star Wars just released about a month ago and Revenant recently released. Only two of the highest grossing and in demand films right now. Nah, lets not show them. Makes sense. Inside Out and The Martian. Yep, those are fresh and new considering I can order On Demand at home now or rent at a Redbox. Dont forget about Spectre still showing as well instead of Star Wars or The Revenant. Never fear...theres 100 showings for Ride Along 2. Who runs this place? Terrible decision making from revenue generating standpoint.

AMC experimented with reserved seats a few years ago and I didnt like it. I am very distracted by people texting and talking during shows. Generally, I go to the less popular times so I can move if I need to. With the reserved seats, I felt that I couldnt move and was stuck. But now, AMC has put in the recliners. The only people I have to worry about are the ones to my immediate left and right. If someone has their phone out in the row in front, I cant see it. The half walls between rows mask the talking too. So now, reserved seats are a plus. I love the recliners too. I am 6-3" and I have never been all the comfortable in theater seats. The recliners are great!

I love the theatre seating. So comfortable and dont have to look at the back of anyones head. The prices are very reasonable for the great seating. I also prefer the reserved seating. I HATE buying tickets and then getting bad seats --and dont like having to go 30 minutes early to get a good seat. The concessions are very reasonable because they are not skimpy with the portions. Ordered the nachos and there was plenty for two people. Anyone who does not like this place or complains about the seating - well, you must be working for competitors or you dont get out enough to know what other theaters are like. LOVE THIS PLACE.

When they first started it I hated the reserved/assigned seats, but now that theyve remodeled and most theaters have large recliners, I like having the ability to order tickets in advance. That way I can show up right when the movie starts instead of having to go early to get good seats. I think lately theyve been understaffed, the concession lines are too long so sometimes I skip giving them my 9 dollars for a bucket of soda. They have a new stubs premier only concession line that never works because they either dont enforce people to have a card or everyone has a card.
