Horrible experience last time I went 07/15. Lots of things went wrong, but the MAIN thing is if you are an adult looking to bounce around with your kid DO NOT COME HERE. I purchased time for my four year old and myself and went and started bouncing around with him like I had two weeks earlier and was approached by one of people that worked there and was told my son needed to go into the toddler section. It is the smallest section w/8 little jump squares. Thats when they dropped on me that I was not allowed to bounce with him at all and that I needed to sit along the side or go to my own section which is clear across the other side of the building. When I asked for my money back, since I really wasnt allowed to jump they refused and said all jump sales are final. Like I said, two weeks ago was fine, had a blast running around with him. Dont know what happened, but I wont be ruturning.

The 2 stars are because this establishment is fun but today I took my little sister there. We hadnt been there in about a year and they recently put nets up which is fine, to section off the toddlers. We did not know that and the young man attendant came over and told us " you guys need to get out and come over here" rudely and began to walk away. I had to stop him to ask if it was reserved and he kept saying " huh", "what" and finally said its for toddlers. Thats fine so we continued to jump in the main area where we were patrolled for 20 minutes and then were asked to move to the smaller netted area to the right to avoid the little kids. My sister is a little kid and she couldnt even have a good time and was just over it before it began. Just an FYI nobody else there gave us a hard time and I would have been fine if he would have just said hey this sides for toddlers sorry. Wont be back.

We went for Toddler Time and its a great deal. Was very unhappy with disorganization in the place! Website states under 6, but there were 11-12 year olds jumping next to my 2-year old. They wouldnt let me sit near her to make sure she didnt get trampled and told me I have to jump in my own square, but due to medical issues I cant jump as long as she can (even without issues, can most adults?) so I really couldnt keep the bigger kids away from her. And theres not even an area for parents to sit and watch the children. Theres a chair. A. Chair. Which Im obviously going to allow the nursing mother to use, but there was my daughter, getting bumped around by preteens. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my daughter loved it and toddler Time is a great price. There could be more separation and a safe place for parents to watch their toddlers.

Went on Friday and since it was later in the evening, only looking for a quick half hour jump for my grandson. ($12.00 per website) It was "Glow Night" we found out when we arrived. After we registered, we were told there is no per incremental jumping on Friday. And even though there was less than 54 minutes left, it was full price of $27.99 for him to jump. What? There was NO banner or asterisk (*) or notation on the pricing page to advise of special Friday pricing. If there had been, I wouldnt have driven all the way there and had to leave disappointed and discouraged. I have limited time available to be able to enjoy our time together and a very simple notation on their site would have precluded us from wasting our time and leaving disappointed in a wasted drive. Beware of being lured in by their insufficient information.

I LOVE Sky Zone but today, my birthday, and our first visit to this location was disapointing. It seemed under staffed. It took too long to check-in because only one staff was available. My son purchased beverages and the manager had him pay at the front counter where he had to wait in line again. Most concerning was the very young children jumping while their parents sat out of sight of their children in the lounge area. The staff seemed frustrated and uncomfortable with re-directing the children. I was unaware that Sky Zone offers day care services! And this is at the expense of the other full paying customers, which is first concerning and then annoying. Well try this location again, however in the evening.

My review is 1 because theres is not a 0 if you have a child under 5 dont go they dont have this figured they moved the toddler section around and seriously made it terrible big kids were jumping where the toddler where suppose to be when I tried to pick up my kid and move her the 16 year old employee yelled at me and said "dont pick her up you cant" that happened twice more! And we left after 15 min I know the employees/owners dont care that i had a awgul experience but. I get its probably fun for bigger kids but if you have kids under 5 I wouldnt go. And the staff is rude I have been before about a year ago and the staff was nicer and it was set up better

A bit hard to find but the lil dude always has a good time there. The snack bar is a little pricey but I expected that coming in. Theres a little area with some tables of you want to sit and eat. Other chairs/benches placed around so you can follow your kids around. Mine spent a good portion of jump time trying to show the new American Ninja warrior inspired warped wall thats kinda hidden in the back. A good way to spend time time on a rainy day.

DO NOT TAKE ANYONE YOUNGER THAN 6 Here. I dont know how this place got rated so highly. Basically run by teenagers who do not want you to have fun. There are so many rules you feel like you are in prison. We had to leave after 15 minutes. My son is a toddler and needs assistance but there can only be one person on a trampoline at a time so I couldnt even help him. We basically donated our money to this place.

IT WAS FUN FOR KIDS TO JUMP AROUND BUT, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO PAY THE HOUR AND NO MORE IF YOUR A BEGINNER OR IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF MONEY. Also, eat before getting there, pizza is delivered from hungry howies and they charge $15 for a large. last i check hungry howies large pizza was $6. AND no place to sit and eat if your not with a party group. Plus customer service was not that great.

Kids always have a blast when we go to birthday parties here. My only real complaint is that they dont enforce the safety rules for the family toddler section. Ive seen multiple times where big kids just go running through and make the small toddler size kids get bounced high and end up landing very awkwardly... Its amazing no serious injuries have occurred due to this.

They have great staff members they are always helpful. My kids love coming here. They split them by age but you can also request that your younger children be with older siblings, I have a daughter with autism and they always let her be with her sisters and their friends, which makes it nice. THANK YOU SKY ZONE FOR CARING ABOUT KIDS WITH DISABILITIES.
