This was the nearest place for my brother and I to see The Nice Guys; the ticket prices seemed promising however, it was a very brief and utterly dissatisfying visit. Upon the purchase of my tickets I was prompted by the booth girl that the audio in theater 3 which hosted my film was not properly synced. In addition, I was also let known during my purchase that If I was at all displeased with the botched audio I would be allowed a refund if I felt so inclined as to leave in the next 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I would not be qualified for the refund. "No, problem". Right? So my brother and I go inside, get our stubs, and head to our designated screen room. We were a little less than 30 minutes early to our showing and so upon our arrival we were a little confused to walk into a dark and dilapidated room of trash, popcorn, and abandoned cups strewn through the aisles and in every other seat row. My initial thoughts were that the cleaning crew had yet to do their sweep and that we should wait outside for a little just in case the staff comes through. Likewise, I decide that it be a good time to go to the bathroom before the film starts and so I go to the upstairs ladies room. That ladies room was an absolute nightmare, from the first pee covered stall, to the next pee covered stall, to the sticky urine soaked linoleum, to one of the staff members telling me to walk back out, it was disgusting. So,I decided to "hold it". I met back again with my brother not even 3 minutes after and decided to go back to our screen room which went untidied and was already playing trailers. The audio quality was just sad and frankly unacceptable. Not only was the audio not synced but there was obviously something wrong with the speakers as they crackled and popped with each piece of reverberation. My brother was the first to say we leave despite the fact that he wanted to see this movie, so I agreed got up and we walked out. Our whole visit lasted no more than 15 mintues so considering what I had been informed of earlier, I made sure to check back at the ticket booth to let them know that "we couldnt do it" and so I gave back my receipt and ticket stubs to the same booth girl who sold me the tickets. An exchange of words occurs exclusively in the booth and then Im traded off to a booth guy who was not the booth girl who told me about the refund. Now Im told that my tickets had already been ripped and thus Im not entitled to a refund because we entered the theater. The best part is that this guy "saw us go in to the theater". Excellent, Im glad you saw us because maybe someone as watchful should be keeping an eye on the sanitation and audio technic quality in this facility because thats what actually matters. But I digress, it came the time to where I would take back my tickets and receipt. I was worn down by the whole experience and yet I had driven all this way out here, so I promptly drove over to check out the nearby mall. Honestly, this theater could do a haunted house every Halloween because I basically paid $7 to wish that I never even came. Disgraceful. Edit: Seven dollars is nothing to me but for those who actually need to be more frugal or can only afford a discount theater deserve a better, dare I say: cleaner, movie watching experience.

For the price ($2.50 Mon - Sat and $1.50 on Sundays) it deserves a 5-star rating but Ive given it 4 because it doesnt have the latest greatest special effects sound system and screens or the newest style seating. However, the seats are comfortable, the screens are fine and the sound is good. I didnt notice anything lacking. The best part is the place is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the popcorn is good. (Ive never had burnt or bad popcorn as someone mentioned) They have a do-it-yourself butter station and I am happy to report that it is one of the few movie theaters that I dont get sick when I eat the buttered popcorn. The next best thing is that the drinks are dispensed from a fountain in the lobby (do-it-yourself) and you can have free refills. If you buy something you can add a hotdog for $1.00. A really good bargain all-around!

Went there yesterday to see xmen apocalypse it only cost $7.50 cents for five people really cheap tickets get unlimited free refills on the drinks the drinks are a little pricy being five dollors for a large soda but thats with any movie theatre they do check your bag so its kinda hard to sneak snacks in in one movie theatre there is a visible stain on the projector but its only noticeable when the lights turned on the screen is pretty big and sound system is good to you cant beat the price you could probably see 3movies for a much smaller price at this theatre the staff is nice but just a heads up the tea was kinda diluted but other and it gets super cold I was freezing in theatre number 6 so cold

Really was impressed by the prices... ya its an "old school" theater. Worked for me then and it does now. You wanna pay $14 for a single ticket and then some with snacks? Go ahead... lol. Let us enjoy this great theater! Went on Sunday, paid for 2 movies with wife....eh, sound wasnt the THX but was good. What do you expect for $1.50 a ticket!!!! Very cool!! Overall well taken care of. Clean. Especially when so many people are enjoying this place... to all the negative folks- again.. go to the one in the Moreno mall and let us simple folks enjoy.. kudos to the theater staff n management AND owners!!!!

A good little "dollar"/second run theater. Older design (up sloping seating, smaller screen, etc.), but an excellent value. $20 got us two admissions, some snacks, and a large drink. Print quality and brightness were also great for a movie that had been out for a few months. However, the theater we were in (#6) had an overwhelming bad smell to it. Since this was my first visit I dont know if this is normal or in any of the other theaters. It was tolerable to stay there, but only barely. Except for the smell, I would have rated higher, and returned regularly whenever I was looking for a cheap film.

Went here on a Sunday and I dont think I will ever be coming back here again. This place is perfect to rewatch movies that you dont really care to see and are looking to just go out somewhere cheap but if youre actually going to pay attention to the movie, I would spend the extra few bucks and go to harkins or regency university village. The class of people here is atrocious. Popcorn all over the floor, people yelling and talking during the movie, less than friendly snack bar attendees, someone even brought a lazer pointer and was flashing it around the entire theatre. So dissapointed.

I went there a few weeks ago to see the new XXX movie and had a terrible experience. Its $1.50 for all movies on Sunday and as a result every Tom, Dick and Harry comes. Its usually pretty rowdy, but in my movie there were a group of children swinging from the furniture and running up and down the aisle. I had to leave the movie twice to complain to the management and they didnt resolve the situation. Its not worth it going on Sundays if you have to deal with this! This is not the first time Ive had to complain to the management about people disrupting the movie.
