One of the best small venues for love music anywhere. Unfortunately, in desperate need of some renovating and updating. The old theatre seats have no cushioning left so youre forced to ensure sitting on springs. Also, apparently theres new management who are much younger, and have put some new very odd rules/policies/procedures in place, and havent learned how to properly enforce and deal with the people who will either make or break their business. They could use some sensitivity training and common sense on when and how to BEND! (ie, when theres a sold out Benefit Show with multiple artists-that are donating their time and energy for a cause, some traveling across the country for the event-DO NOT cut off their microphones, and not let them at least thank everyone for their donations and say goodbye! Let alone, not let them perform an encore because its 11pm, and the new management decided to install a curfew, and apparently doesnt want to pay overtime? I had been to MANY shows there prior to this newer management, that had run well past midnight)

I recommend McNears for guys that need to let loose after a day of refinement and wine tasting with their wives. McNears is what I expected: drinks, decent food, and decent service. I didnt expect to be wowed here, and it was just...good. Which isnt bad. The food was good, the Apple Cider was cold and good, and my husband said the honey-mustard dressing was excellent. The walls are covered in quirky stuff which is busy, and distracting, but I think thats what they want, and they accomplished it. There are too many items on the menu to be excellent at any of them. The location is very good, and the atmosphere is fun. So if you are looking for drinks, pool, loud-fun atmosphere, check out McNears.

Wanted to see yellow man as I dance across country third year but although cancelled I got ticket to The wailers minus one of the greatest Bob Marley. As usual was first up to dance remembering dancing next to Robin Williams who humanity tragically just lost, i think I could have helped him as a en ex-stream of consciousness free associative palindromic epigrammatic concentric, though didnt have his success of family to fall back on when betrayed as "alcoaaa alanon" as My codependent dying father I cared for warned.My dancing brought attention to Madoonas crossover song to mainstream "Holiday"

Try and stop by on Wednesdays for the Blue Plate special. The chef makes thee best turkey and gravy in town and the staff know how to make it a great meal. Full bar and a game room upstairs for the teens. Outside, tables invite guests to dine by the sidewalk for a taste of our great little town. The wood oven in the kitchen also makes great Pizza.

Nice venue, polite staff, comfortable seating. It seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers who dont really know what they are doing, but I had no complaints. The parking is weird since I have absolutely no idea what the confusing signs mean, but I parked in the front lot all night for free and didnt get a ticket so that works.

Love this old theater, they offer excellent entertainment, fun atmosphere, bar and attached restaurant/bar McNears, which has excellent food and drink menus... Used to attend the midnight showing if Rocky Horror Picture Show back in the mid-seventies. Always good memories!

This is an intimate venue so youre never far from the band. Weve been coming here for years and have always enjoyed it, but I was disappointed that the same broken seat I sat in five years ago is still there. This theater is in need of some TLC.

Love this place. Havent had the food, but the atmosphere is fun and laid back. It has several places to order drinks, places to shoot pool, and a fun place to get the party started! Ive heard good things about their food too!

Friend and I split a full-size Pork Lovers Mac N Cheese and felt stuffed by the end of it. Fun stuff on the walls, if a bit busy. Great central location downtown.
