I am disgusted with APRIL KUEBLER from the Elegante venue. She was an absolute b**** when I met with her to discuss my wedding. We are having a small party of about 50 and apparently thats no good.. HAVE YOU HEARD WHATS HAPPENING IN THE ECONOMY??? not everyone can AFFORD to invite all 300 relatives. So she proceeded to try to tell me that If I seriously wanted to have my wedding on a Saturday I would have to squish my ceremony and reception in while someone else was having theirs. Its supposed to be my special day, do you really think I want to run into another bride there? Then after explaining that this is a reaaaal hassle.. and whispering to the "manager" about what date they could SQUEEZE me in.. she didnt even come up with a date. She told me she would email! but never did. Oh.. and we arent having alcohol..for religious purposes mind you, but you shouldve seen the look on her face when I mentioned that. Funny that all she cared about was $$$$$ when the hotel just got bought out by Starwood. Good luck keeping your job. Wouldnt recommend wasting your time with this judgmental brat

Avoid the Mothers Day brunch like the plague. They added on a 20% tip ($50), which I would be more than willing to pay if the service wasnt terrible. Check was given to us and expected to be picked up exactly 4 minutes after we were seated (had just got our first plates). Water was only filled once throughout our stay (8 oz. glasses, too). Only water and tea is included in your meal, mimosas and even soft drinks are an extra charge (on top of the $40 + 20%)...the desserts are store bought and there was (quite literally) one 6 table of them. Maybe 5 different things to choose from. Every single one of us threw ours away because it tasted so dry and foul. The food was Applebees quality, at best. Its an absolute embarrassment of an event; ANY other reputable hotel in the area does a much better job and I highly recommend you try them first or youll be sorry.

Amazing hotel! I only live a few blocks away but wanted a night to myself so I booked a suite here. The staff was really nice, was given a hot cookie when I checked in and who doesnt like cookies lol. The room was to die for. It was perfectly clean, the furniture is beautiful, the bed is the most comfortable thing Ive ever slept on and the tub I could have fallen asleep in. I stayed on the first floor at the end of the hall and heard no noise at all except when the door across from me closed but if i was home id hear that too. I would love to stay a weekend in the larger suite with the four post bed and whirlpool tub but I cannot afford it at this time. Hopefully ill get to do it for a romantic weekend when I can save up. Thanks for the amazing stay and your hotel is beautiful

I booked my hotel at 11pm on a Thursday for my stay in Gilbert on Friday and Saturday. My flight was delayed until Saturday so I wasnt going to make it to Gilbert on Friday. I talked to the hotel manager about changing my reservation and he told me I needed to give them a 24 hour notice to change the reservation. The problem is I booked it late Thursday night and so it was impossible for me to cancel within 24 hours. The manager said "well if you dont like our policy dont book through Hilton anymore." Awful customer service, the guy wasnt helpful at all and extremely rude.

This was one of the best hotels my husband and I stayed in during holiday season. The service and ambiance were impeccable. Christmas decorum with trees kept us in that special holidays spirit! Being familiar with the area we could easily reach any area around Phoenix and Scottsdale. Big Shopping mall across the street with restaurants, cafes and shops could be easily reached by foot. Our sons family resides in very close proximity- just 5 min drive. This hotel is a perfect solution for grandparents visiting their families without risk of overstaying their welcome. Aaah

Our room was not ready when we arrived. Took them 30 minutes to finish it and when I got to the room the door wasnt activated, so they moved me to another room. The maids do not stock any supplies in the room and i am constantly asking for coffee, and towels. They do not use fitted sheets, so when people wake up they are touching the mattress and the sheets are off to one side. The internet is terribly slow, and as if the $160 a night wasnt already a crunch on peoples wallet, you have the option to purchase internet for $5 a day. This Hilton is a ripoff.

Here for a conference. Space was clean but would have appreciated more support from the house manager (I was not organizer but have been a house manager so know what it is like being on the ball). Room had a couple of hundred people there and it got a bit hot, mics were giving feedback. Event had a 2 hour break so that attendees could go out and have dinner. When event re-started person from the hotel was refilling water containers......come on, you had a 2 hour window to do it where noise would not compete with speaker.

this place SUCKS~ the rooms are VERY poorly decorated, what furniture they do have in them does not fit in the room...and every room had the SAME EXACT pictures..and the same pictures were in all the halls...the room LOOKED clean but after spending 2 nights i had bug bites EVERYWHERE!! the pool was TINY as was the jacuzzi..they dont like you smoking but they also dont mind if guest bring hookers to hang out at the pool with them and they are discriminatory against people who use cannabis as medication!

This was an horrible stay!! My husband and I stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was disgusting first when we came in there was a cricket in the jacuzzi and a animal cracker under the table after I nicely asked them to clean it up my husband and I go to get in the bed only to find PUBIC hairs all over the sheets after letting the manager know she came off very rude and they offered us a whopping $50 off our bill WOOOOW

It would probably be a bit better here if they werent understaffed especially in the restaurant. And try not to stay on the top floor, the acoustics are weird. We were in bed and could hear someones TV or them having a loud phone conversation either next door or below us. But if you stuck your head out in the hallway you didnt hear anything so we couldnt even figure out who it was to ask them to tone it down.

We went to the DoubleTree Hotel by the San Tan Village Mall. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The rate was very reasonable at this time only $100 and night. We love the pool and the amenities the hotel offers. They had a Spa, a gym, and a restaurant. The pool is very clean, and theres plenty of parking. The location is also ideal, there is lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

A very spacious room and well-laid out bathroom, except for the location of the TP. The bed & chairs were comfortable. The wifi didnt work for the tablet from the second day; nor could we get the laptop connected. The treadmill was broken nor were the advertised weights in the fitness room. The toilet seat was loose. The usual 2nd tier breakfast starts at 6am for a flat fee or a la carte items.
