Disgusting. Took my date here (Big mistake) the place was empty and should have been clue number one. Clue number two was when I walked up to the ticket booth and saw a girl with her phone on the counter texting away. Not exactly professional, but whatever. Got our tickets then walked inside. I decided the use the restroom and I was hit by the smell of (best way I can describe it) OLD urine. The urinals did not have auto-flushers, so they were filled with urine and it was clear an employee hasnt serviced the room in at least 24 hours. I walked out and took my date to the movie room (I believe it was auditorium #3?) and oh my god, the SMELL just smacked us in the face. It reeked of mold. We sat down on the chairs and looked up to see the air vent surrounded by mold and dust. It was disgusting. Water stains all over the ceiling tiles that looked like they have been there for a long time. The seats also felt damp. Finally I looked at my date and told her that we should just leave and she happily agreed. I walked out and asked the girl at the concession stand for the manager. The manager came out and I explained that the movie hasnt even started yet and that the mold smell was so overpowering I would not be watching the movie. She asked if I would like a refund and I said yes. She laughed and then asked to have my credit card and asked to follow her. I walked outside to meet the girl in the booth and while having a smirk on her face I was handed a receipt showing I was given a refund. This place is really in rough, rough shape. The whole place, including the "manager" was ran by teens or very early 20 year olds. I will never, ever come back nor recommend anyone to ever go to this place.

User Friendly

This is the cheapest theater around, if youre looking for something nicer go to Bell Tower, but be ready to pay more as well. I see a lot of silly complaints like too much ice in a drink. Personally, I always ask for NO ICE, because the drink comes out of a cold fountain to begin with... As for the mildew complaints, yea, its a movie theater, there are always pieces of crap everywhere who spill drinks and sometimes even purposely "empty" drinks on seats. Its horrible, but crappy people are everywhere... I have been here 4 times this year, and really found each showing to be exactly the same. (if you get there late, you will get bad seats, if you get there early when the lights are still on you will get the seats and experience youre looking for.) If you dont want to see kids, or people running around, stay at home and wait for the movie to come out on DVD... Its a theater, not an opera. This really is just an average older theater.

If i could rate a -5 I would. We have been coming here almost weekly for months... today we went because we saw blazing saddles was playing, we figured since its nearly 50 years old, tickets would be cheap. They were the same as a ticket for a movie that just came out, 8.50. We got to the food stand and were sold a microwaved hotdog (done right in front of us... classy) and a drink which was 80% ice for 15$. We got to our theatre room which we instantly gasped... we we couldnt breathe it smelled of mold so much. We walked up to the top where we usually sit and disgusted with the smell, i put on my flashlight on my phone- and found mold all over every seat in the back row. About 30 seats. I couldnt even walk rhrough the entire top row because all i smelt was feet, mold, and BO. I am so shocked this place is still in buisness. It never has more than 3 people in it. They desperatly need renovation, updating, and cleaning.

Ok. So the first time i went to this theater, i left with a huge ketchup stain on my pants because the previous person thought it would be funny to prank the next customer by squirting sauce on the seat. I know that is not the theaters fault but it gives you an idea of the kind of losers that frequent this part of town. Be prepared. I have now been to this theater 4 times. Service and the movie are always great. However, the fountain drinks ALWAYS taste like gasoline each and every week. I drink soda way more than I should and I know what it is supposed to taste like. Thus I am giving them a highly critical 3 stars. Its a theater for crying out loud - and its $6 for a drink. PLEASE fire the person responsible for the fountain drinks.

I have just returned from a matinee at this theatre. I took a total of 5 people to see the movie which was expensive on its own. Ordered $40 worth of snacks and on into the theatre. WOW! the musty odor was overpowering! - I was with all adults and did not want to be the one to complain… Finally my daughter said…" I cant figure out if these seats are wet or if its just mildew in here"… The entire family agreed… It was musty and had mildew. I arrived home and thought… should I complain? then I realized my shorts were damp from the theatre…Hopefully they can "update" -sanitize to make it a pleasant experience.

Its a nice theatre. Friendly staff, good selection at the popcorn stand. Its clean and safe. People should be very happy to have this complex in Cape Coral. We travel a long way to see movies at home and its only two screens so you wait and wait to see the new films and you pay a lot more. A lot! So count your blessings and support your local movie theatre. Its a very nice, safe place to go and see current hits.

I came to see Guardians of the Galaxy 2 on a Wednesday. The movie never played! Something happened with the projector system. I was glad to know we were getting refunds and a free pass. However,when I came back to watch the movie (using my pass );the manager was giving me a hard time.He was immensely rude. In conclusion: Trash costumer service.

Wow! This place is like straight out of the 80s! Very cool décor. Has arcade games which my nephew loved. Small old screens and the sound system is not like the new theaters (which I liked because it didnt blast my ears) and the seats could be updated a little but still got to see a good movie at a decent price.

Only two cosmetologists scheduled to cut - what seemed to be - half of Cape Corals heads !! Unbelievable .. not only did they do a great job but this dynamic duo never complained or lost their smile! I dont think the owner knows what a great pair of workers he has - until now, hopefully !!

From the entrance it looks nice and the people there are sweet. However, the smell is awful. It is comparable to being in veterinarian hospital. The seats are old and need to be updated. Overall I would rather travel farther to go to a better theatre.
