I went for a matinee to see Rogue One. Its a nice facility and they have great recliner chairs with assigned seating. Very comfortable chairs. It is disappointing to still have to share an armrest with a stranger, but thats nitpicking. The theater has an ok size arcade for the kids. The bathrooms are upstairs. One word of warning, they dont seem to have very much in the way of good, informed employees. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the ticket person told me I had to stand in line outside to get my prepaid tickets. When I got to the ticket counter, they asked why I didnt just go inside. Apparently, someone new manning tickets. There was no hot dogs or pretzels ready, we were told that it would beat least a 10 minute wait, so they were unprepared there. I asked for a medium coke and they brought me popcorn, then made me wait while a manager was called to rectify what should have been an easy problem to fix. I was annoyed by the time I sat down, but the quality of the sound, seating and picture quickly made me happy. I would give a full 5 starts for being a good theater if it werent for the really crappy service.

I love this theater because its never very busy. Located in the back of the Cerritos Towne Center, youll pass a Starbucks, Rubios, an ice cream place or two, maybe pizza... I guess how empty the place feels is a blessing and a curse. Hopefully this theater makes enough money to stay in business. I have a feeling that most of the crowds in the shopping center as a whole are at Trader Joes, TGIF, Mimis or Macaroni Grill. Anyway, back to the theater. I dont like that the bathrooms are upstairs, although there is a one seater downstairs tucked in a corner... regardless Ill stick with my 5 stars. They dont allow outside food... BIG SURPRISE!

Horrible experience had a rude guy named Brian Ruiz scan our tickets my bf is 18 and we assumed we can watch a R rated as it turns out we had to be 21 which was a bummer,but he was not understandable when we asked for a refund since the tickets were already paid for he just straight up said no, so we went to customer services and the lady was nice and told us we can get a refund so he basically lied to us saying there was nothing he can do about it and moved on with the people behind us,never going back again this isnt the first time Ive had a rude employee either. Go to amc

The theater is nice however after I did order a medium coke and tasted it, it had tasted funny so i asked the person behind the counter for a new one (he happened to be Bryan the manager) he proceeded to go and taste my soda, tell me it tasted perfectly fine but he would still get me a new one. Now i work in customer service and I know for a fact that is not how you handle that type of situation. I will never be going back to this theater and will recommend to everyone i know not to attend this theater either.

Comfy seats. Cashier gave us wrong time and we ended up in the wrong auditorium. There isnt movie sign so you dont know if it is right or not. She also showed seats on the her computer screen which were mostly taken but when we got in the theater, it was not even half full. Another guy checked and tried to fix it. But clueless cashier.

Great deals on Tuesdays (family night discounted tickets). Unfortunately, the staff does not seem like they love their job nor want to go that extra mile to put on a smile let alone help you. So we drive 15 minutes farther to go to Harkins in Cerritos rather than Edwards only 5 minutes away.

I always watch movies here and can always count on short lines, friendly service, and stadium seating. Its perfect for dates and has a lot of restaurants located in the area as well. If you want to go to large theaters with tons of people, then this theater isnt for you.

From my many times of going here it was a good experience. It was getting a little dated but they recently remodeled and the seats are much better. The thing that I always liked was that you could come on the opening day of a big movie and it wasnt packed.

Seriously the most comfortable movie theater seats I have ever experienced. They recline. Only see action films or comedies or horror films. If you see a drama or a documentary you may fall asleep. That is how comfy the seats are.

Loved the reclining, Spacious seats and that we could select our own... my only negative would be the staff being rather cold and not as welcoming as the cinema itself. Would have been a 5 star if the staff was just as pleasant

Seats wayyyy to close together.. inches away from having someone recline on my lap && seats inches from the floor.. just overall terrible seating! && previews were 20 minutes long!! Will definetly not be going again..

Half-priced tickets all day on Tuesdays & Sundays! This theater is small but clean. The main restrooms were upstair so that was kind of inconvenient. Parking usually isnt an issue here. Comfortable location.

Went to see Dr. Strange. Plenty of parking front and back, great location for eating and shopping on the side, great service from the staff, and the seating is the best of any theater Ive been to get. Well done.

I hate thia and all the new rules at any theater because reserved seat Is no more spontaneous to said lets go to the movies now you need to plan the movies with 3 day before if not there is no space for you

clean, lots of movies to choose from. Well taken care of and safe. Lots of places to eat before or after. Daytime matinees are less crowded and parking is easier. Evenings can get crowded.

Good theater nothing fancy or special though. Other than its size its a great place to watch movies, Great spot to. But the size of one room is very small compared to other theaters.

Nice out door shopping centers with alot of major retailers. Be aware this is a hang out for local kids. This place tends to get crowded on Friday nights or holiday shopping times.

Cool theatre to go to they renovated to some new seat which are reclinable and have wooded floors throughout the rows of the seat which is a nice touch overall happy.

Audio was perfect and the reclining seats make the experience even more enjoyable. The option to reserve seats online is truly a plus and the popcorn was delicious.
