We did not even bowl! While waiting on the rest of our group to get to the casino we ordered a pizza and fries. We stood by the counter and waited. When we asked about our food 30 minutes later we found out they forgot to make the food. So it took another 10 minutes to finally get it. We were the only people there at the time. We asked to speak to the manager since it took 1 hour to get our food and that took another 30 minutes for him to come out. When he did he was not very apologetic about the bad service and said all he could do was offer us free fries. Jis attitude was very poor for a manager! We ended up leaving.

The lanes dont have automatic handicap bumpers for the kids. Their chicken fingers take 20-30 minutes to cook, and theyre over $2 per finger. Fries not included. To top it off, they dont even have sodas in the vending machines. Not to mention their workers are slow as hell. I will never come here again.

Its a fun place to go bowling, but the down side is that if your not from Nevada they charge you extra; $3 turned into $10 a game. If you want to go bowling just to ha e fun, go but if your looking for something cheep then this might kinda still be the place.

Would not come here again. Its doesnt have the electronic bumbers so if you take a kid you hard to have the bumbers up the whole time and you couldnt by a pitcher of soda unless you spent 10 dollars on food.

The orleans casino itself sucks! But the bowling alley is pretty cool, if youre local you get discounts and after 12a its half off games

You have toddlers dont take them there!! Dont have ramp thing that kods use. Bumpers suck! Never going there again!
