It looks nicer and the chairs are nice, but they are awkward. They have the chairs in a pair kind of way and if youre in a group of uneven people. One of them is going to be in a cuddle chair (I call them that since the chairs are in pairs and the middle arm rest can be lifted up) with some strangers. So a bit awkward. Theater holds less people since the new chairs and going to a movie unplanned is near impossible. Since the movie theater makes people feel the need to get them online(which cost extra) and does ruin the excitement of getting there and finding a good seat. Food and snacks have been updated and its pretty good and makes the lines go a bit faster since its a grab and pay for the snacks and drinks, just have to wait a bit for the real food there. They seem to be kept better. Though I do miss the little games they had there to play with when you were waiting. This theater is pretty much a quick business to go. Online tickets, pay food, watch movie, go home. So if youre looking to see a movie, go here. If you want to enjoy going to the theater and gain some fun memories, wait it out and go to the dollar theater.

Edited as of 10/5/15: I still stand by my original comments below, w/one caveat: I have gone to this theater at least twice in last couple weeks. Every time, I buy popcorn (yes, at that price even). I LOVE popcorn w/butter flavoring. However, the flavoring has either been switched for a cheaper, less flavorful topping, or its being watered-down somehow, probably to stretch it. So, now the popcorn doesnt taste buttery - no matter how much topping one puts on. It just makes it greasier = yuck! I highly recommend to mgmt, since obv this is a way theater makes $$ (w/concession sales), go back to buttery flavoring of a couple months ago!! (Please!) Otherwise, youre going to lose sales... Original review: Awesomely comfortable seats!! I have pain in my back (dont most of us?) that increases when Im sitting for longer than 15-20 minutes... A regular movie seat also increases this pain, so I cant enjoy the movie. But, this doesnt happen with these seats; you can almost lie flat to watch the movie!! Its the only theater Ive found in central Ohio that is this comfortable. Its the only one Ill go to now- its spoiled me for any other!

The staff in this place are extremely nice, patient and helpful. Prices on tickets for day time show was good. Unffortunately the movie screen in the theater we were at had a stain on it. I asked front desk if I could switch theaters because i was having difficulties watching the movie. He apologized for the inconvenience, explained they were in the process of getting each one clean, and let me move, got the same chairs as previous one. We start watching the movie and Ive always gone to AMCs theater, they are the most comfy, n free refills, but I could hear the other movie next door, the vibrations of the base of that movie was extremely loud, But I was not about to get up and complain again. Ill try this location another time, maybe I was just having a crappy day, but besides that, I appreciated the staff very much!

This has to be the poorest managed business that Ive ever used or been involved with. My family and I were there on 6/15/15 for the 430pm showing of Jurrasic World. The frozen pop machine was out of order, and had been for a while, and one of the two regular pop machines was as well. The remaining pop machine provided carbonated water and ice with only a faint hint of Sprite, Coke, etc. flavoring. The pop corn wasnt fresh and tasted "off". The young man taking my order was as slow as molasses and after he demanded my money, had to be prompted twice to give me my popcorn. (I finished the evening being up most of the night with trips to my restroom.) I love going to movies but I will never return to this so called theatre. The prices for the "pop" and "popcorn" were astronomical!!!

love this place but 1 time i had a bad experience. i purchased 2 tickets online & picked my 2 seats & i got my tickets when i got there & everything was fine until i went to go sit at our seats & this couple was in my seats. the woman showed me their tickets & her ticket said the same seat & row as my tickets? maybe a computer glitch? so i had to sit in the seats next to the couple. thankfully no one came for the seats we had to sit at. i was upset the adult couple wouldnt move while i had a child with me to watch finding dory? so now every time i go here i now feel like i dont have the luxury to show up during the commercials, now i feel like i have to get to the theater early to hurry & reserve the seats that i already paid for & picked prior to going.

This place is really clean and the recliners are comfortable. Being a stubs member ($15 a year) really is worth it. Got 10 bucks off tickets, separate concession line, no online tickets fees, free refills, cheaper Tuesday tickets, ect. If you like to see movies often then this is the place for you. Food and alcohol is more expensive here but we like to eat at home or Average Joes(right next door) before hand. If you are feeling extra spendy, you can order food to be delivered to you while you order your tickets online. You dont even need to go to the kiosk to get tickets, just turn the brightness up on your phone and they can scan the qc in your confirmation email!

In an effort to enhance profit, AMC Dublin Village reduced the size of its theaters and then started booking seats in advance, like an airline. This means no more casual movie-going, folks. To get decent seats, you now need to book them days or even weeks in advance. I went to see a movie that has been out for several weeks, showed up 30 minutes early to get good seats, and could only choose from seats in the very front row or seats on the far left wing of the screen because a few dozen other folks reserved those seats days or week before. Dont let this movie theater business model expand and ruin casual, unplanned movie-going for the rest of us.

Dublin AMC theater is a poorly run establishment that refuses to take responsibility for selling tickets to underage patrons as well as selling tickets to an already sold out theater and compensating you for that fact. Their lack of surveillance for underage patrons and poorly run management staff is a result of their extremely rude and over zealous manager and by extension the entire AMC establishment. Dublin AMC, or any AMC for that matter, does not value their customers and I would not suggest watching any movie or supporting any establishment with that poor of a business practice.

We were treated royally by the manager when we arrived at the theater to see Saving Mr. Banks. The Sunday paper had listed 11 a.m. as a showing time. (We hadnt realized that the 11:00 showing was for weekends only.) We found the theater not yet ready to open. A manager Cassie James welcomed us warmly and even had the concessions pop some fresh popcorn for us, and found a way to let us view the movie. The seats are very comfortable, the personnel are very hospitable and the movie was delightful. WE WILL BE BACK!
