My groups experience at this location was mediocre at best. The game was confusing and not especially fun. We played the Virus X. I didnt feel it was worth the money we paid at all. The "game moderator" wasnt helpful and didnt pay attention to us during the game when we needed clues and assistance. He was late in answering our questions and we had to wave at the cameras for a long while and shout his name to get his attention. That cost us time and added frustration. The clues provided were not delivered or communicated well to add much clarity at all. The game wasnt especially creative, mostly repetitive locks and boring number codes that were difficult to discover. Overall, it was highly disappointing & didnt inspire a good time. I have been to Tri-cities Escape room on State street in Bristol and they are top notch and super fun! I highly recommend them over this location any day.

Our experience was alright. My best friend and I, who have both played numerous escape games, escaped Virus X in 49 minutes using 2 clues. Two people escaped a 10 person game in that time. The game was 100% linear, was very easy, and had absolutely way too many unnecessary or unused items in the room. While I do have those complaints, the theme and the room was very cool, and very exciting. Our game host, Gary, was phenomenal. Overall, our experience was alright at best

We did not make it out of the taken room, but we had so much fun we signed up to complete the virus x room the same evening. We did make it out of the virus x room. They were both challenging and fun with great game masters. Cant wait for the rooms to change and try new ones.

The staff is amazing! I cant say enough about how friendly they are. The quality of this experience is worth every penny. Our kids loved virus x in the summer. We did a date night with the Taken scenario tonight and it was so much fun! We have already scheduled to go back!

Best entertainment you can get!. 3 different rooms to choose from and they said creating new ones for a bigger rotation. Price was good for how long you are there. Game lasts about 1 and a half hours including the briefing. Restrooms on site also.

We had a group of 7 who tried to escape from Virus-X. Although we made it to the final step, we werent quick enough. The tasks were very challenging, the host was very nice and helpful, and we will be back! Thank you for a fun experience!
