Rude gals behind the counter called everyone "honey"... a deaf young man was pointing to the flavor of drink he wanted and was told in an "Im too busy to be helpful" voice: "I cant see what youre pointing at"... even thou/h there were just the two gals working and they were both waiting on the same customer together. After I said something, they got defensive... and disappeared outside to smoke.

Until people stop going to this dump and settling for mediocrity, we will never get a real theater in town. I heard from inside sources that this "theater" even fakes the funk on its supposed 3d. They went cheap on the equipment resulting in poor picture quality and the place is dirty. What a joke we have here in Kingman for a theater. Until the masses stop eating up garbage it will never change.

This Brenden Theatre is in an older building, its a bit small and does not have some of the nicer amenities of the new theatres, e.g. reclining seats in the theater, beer, and wine. However, Im grateful that the theater is there and available to our community. The popcorn is good and the air conditioner is keeping us comfortably cool on this hot summer day.

They show good movies here. But the sound is always at maximum, so if youre sensitive to that, be aware. Also, they really have a problem with people leaving a large amount of food & trash all over the floors & seats. Dont know if its because there is not a handy trash can inside each auditorium, or if they just have an excessive number of slobs for customers.

×well this thing hadhas been the only dump in town that we have . And its 1.50$ more than the state of the art theater with reclining seats in Havasu. Thats whats annoying its 5.00$ down there for matinae and 6.50$ up here and it seems that every cashier tells me a different price everyone i go. Some of those seats suck!

Ive been to better... very unclean and the bathrooms are horrible... a little cleaning would be nice. And some of the cashiers are very rude. However the screens and speakers are in good condition. The seats are dirty. Some are even broken. Definently needs updating.

Theater is extremely filthy. Chairs are completely outdated and in poor condition. Theres no separate place to purchase a ticket for those people who do not want to stand in line at the concession stand for anything. But then theres not enough help to go around.

One person selling tickets and handling snack and beverage orders at the same time, while the manager sat in the office starring at b his computer screen. Seats were very uncomfortable. Only 2 options for viewing while they advertise a 4 plex.

I have been going here since 2010. Nice theaters; however, not all chairs are the same. Some comfortable...some not. If a person is comfortable, they enjoy the movie. If not, blah!! No problems with staff. If grading, B+.

the sound in the theater was very loud. attendant kept opening closet to get supplies while the movie was playing. the restrooms were not clean. the price is good. i am new to the area. will try other movie theaters

High priced for what you get. Travel to Havasu Star Movies. They have $5 dollars before 6pm any day. Great seats, picture and sound. Plus you dont have to wait in a long line for snacks when you just want a ticket.

Went to a matinee of IT and got to experience the new seats. Theyre nice and make it a little more comfortable to sit through a long movie. Matinee prices are OK - $6 for adults, $5.50 for seniors.

Its a dump. Brenden Theatres can build new Theatres all over they NEED to either remodel this one or build a new one in town. The staff were friendly I had no problems with them.

Overall experience was good, but I think $10 for a small soda and the smallest bag of popcorn, is a little excessive.. Ill just make sure I dont order anything again.

I dont understand why I have to wait in the snack line to buy tickets. It would be great if you separated them like it use to be. Also the theaters are always filthy.

Have to say the lady at the front desk is awesome and all but the place is disgusting! When I went it was barely cleaned, has tons of damages and a toxic smell.
