Brought a group to see two different movies. The welcome and service at the window was tremendous by Marquelle - who rebooked six of us for a more youngster-friendly movie after we initially got tickets for the first, and later asked us how we enjoyed the movie (unexpected, classy and very thoughtful). Mary was diligent at the ice cream/cafe counter, delivering the theatres best food/drink product deal: Dreyers Ice Cream 2-scoops. Roma also asked how the kids enjoyed the feature, making sure the theatre was safe and clean as we exited to the hallway. Mohammed was friendly to the kids, as well, and made sure the video game room was in good shape. THANK YOU ALL> a rare review, especially for a theatre, and a 5-star review at that.

The movie theater itself has nothing wrong with it. I dont have any complaints about the theater, but the staff is another story. Unfortunately, I locked my keys in my car after getting out of a movie at 10 pm. My mistake of course, but make sure you dont have it happen here. My 12 year old brother and I were stuck in the parking lot until 1am. During those 3 hours, we were not allowed inside to wait. We were shooed away rudely. This place treats people in need of help like trash. I will NEVER EVER return to this establishment.

The snack bar is very extensive with Starbucks, scoop Ice Cream, as well as all the snacks you would normally expect and hate yourself for eating later. The theaters are an average size, and kept clean. The other customers have never caused drama while I was there. Parking lot is usually packed. They have security roaming the lot which is nice, but also means theyve had a problem with break-ins.

Great place to watch a movie. If you want to watch the movie the first day in the big theater its ok. I love the fact they offer international movies. After about a week they have tiny theater screens. They could improve by keep the concession walkthrough clean, its always sticky and feet just get stuck. Clean the theaters fully before or after hours please.

The staff is always incredibly awesome and the facility is clean. The only reason I put a -1 star is the parking. There isnt much to begin with, and I understand a lot of that is there just isnt space for it, but their disabled section only has 4 spaces that I could see, which for a theater that holds at least 15 screens, is not nearly adequate.

Awesome place to see a movie very clean facility plus the staff is pretty friendly I like to give you a free refill on popcorn but usually parking lot very full and have to park up above where the dollar store is and Ross about a 3 minute walk if you have time after the movies Id recommend checking those stores too great bargains

This movie theatres parking lacks any form of security. If someone smashes, vandalizes or even hits your car. Theres no way for them to even say we cam help you find who hit your car... let alone keep guests feeling safe here... Go to Century 20 Daly City, at least they monitor what the heck goes on.

Ive been going to this theater since I was a kid, now Im smoking a cigarette before a movie. Never had a bad experience here, come watch a movie or chill for a bit with the arcades. People are friendly place is clean. When going to watch a new hyped up movie, do show up early or youll get crappy seats

Its not much different then the other century theatres Ive gone to and I watch a lot. My first time there they had security, so to me it came off more strict then the others. But interior was similar and not dirty or tacky. Was very well clean and the price is cool for a matinee showing

I think this place has fairer priced food than other theaters. Its around the same price, but a lot better. They have games as a sort of waiting room, and comfortable seating. It is basically a public market of movies. Competent staff, Nice food, sit back and enjoy

Drove from across the bridge to be told by a gleeful employee that they had closed early, but for some reason 4 people were just standing in the booth with the lights off... This was the premire of one of the biggest releases of all time...

Nothing fancy. Alright movie theater. Sometimes youll get kids who will play around in the theater or teenagers who wont stop talking or get off their phones. Prices are high. $11 for general admission.. But in Tuesdays, its only $6.25

Same as all the other century theaters. Usually park up the stairs in the lot by the 99 cent store to avoid having to drive into the theater parking lot. It seems more regularly patrolled and the lighting is much better.

Went on a Sunday expecting a lighter crowd. No. "Lights out" was packed. Staff was nice and fast. I would not visit this theater again due to the constant talking and heckling during the movie. Good food options though.

Limited seating but I always have a good experience here. Show up early to beat snack line ups and get a good seat. They always show the newest movies here and other customers are always nice.

This theater is nice. The location is a bit out of the way, but that just means there is a little less rif-raf and you can get in to see a movie without having to buy a ticket a day in advance.

It was discount Tuesday , but the theatre was not very clean. The carpet needs cleaning, the bathroom smelled, the snack line was very long, they should have opened up the second snack bar.

Service is always okay BUT the ghetto patrons that TALK, use flash during the movie to record to snapchat, and allow their kids to talk through the entire movie makes this place disgusting.

I would not go here. The place is run by kids LITERALLY KIDS. The manager is like 15 has absolutely no customer service skills and talks about her problems as if it is the customers fault.

The screens arent the biggest but at least they have plenty of movies playing. Prices are compatible with what movie theaters charge. Food is expensive just like every other theater.

The parking is awesome. There are two levels of parking, the bottom lot is usually full so just head to the top lot. Great sound and friendly staff.

Good place to go watch movie, have discounted tickets for Tuesday. If parking is full - use the parking lot on plaza, which is right next to it.
