Dont give this establishment your money. I went to the theater with my younger brother and had my bag on me; with a $1,000 laptop, and other contents. They said you cant have a backpack or large bag, in the theater." I understand if they are worried about that, so I offered to have them thoroughly check by bag, to see if I had any weapons. I explained how they may check my bag, but I wasnt going to leave it with them. They said "Either leave it with us or youll need to get a refund. This is a sexist policy, being that another person next to me had a same sized bag with one strap, but because she has a vagina, shes allowed in. So I went to the theater regardless ignoring there sexist policy. Security came before the movie stared and took I and my brother out, I wasnt going to hand over my bag and its contents so we went to the counter for a refund. I called them mindless goons that didnt have the capacity to reason, at which point leader of the goon squad, said "no refund" followed by physically escorting us out. I dont care if your offended by what I say to you, you owe me my money; they didnt supply me the paid for service, thus they literally stole my money. This is America, its called freedom of speech, you cant keep my money if you dont like what I call you. I went to watch a movie now Im banned from the property, faced sexism, and I had my money stolen from me by the establishment. I have video evidence of the event and my claims which I will update in due time, after talking to my attorney. The Orleans Theater, on Tropicana, will allow bags in. Sometimes they ask to check my contents, after checking my bag they allow me in, they dont care if the bag has one strap or two, if it hangs on one shoulder or two, or if you have a vagina or a penis, they let you hang on to your bag and its contents. Go to the Orleans they use logic, when it comes to situations.

The only reason I still come to this theater is because of their true IMAX screen, if it wasnt for that I would have stopped coming a long time ago. I personally like attending movie premieres, that means waiting in line for hours to make sure that I get my favorite spot in the theater. The customer service here is what kills it. I like to make sure everything is planned ahead, as I have even gone to the point of requesting a day off of work to attend certain premieres, I want to make sure its worth it. There was one particular time where I came in early and presented my ticket to the ticket taker and was told the line would not begin until 6:00 and it would be formed inside the theater. I waited inside the food court until then and when 6:00 rolled around I proceeded to enter and to my surprise there were already multiple people in line. I was pretty upset that I had been waiting for several hours and the same ticket taker that was there allowed several people in before the time she said the line would begin. I ended up speaking with the manager and he completely brushed it off by telling me that there wasnt a large group of people before me. Very rude. Absolutely never rely on anything the employees tell you there.

The theater is fine and comfortable and a decent place to go and watch movies. Just wish I didnt have to go through a casino to get to it. 1 Star removed for not being exactly easy to get a hold of someone there. They have a customer service number other than their public number and thats not easy to find. It should be listed at their official website and at the Palms website but its not listed at either website. I had to contact them through Facebook to get the number, and there are a couple of 3rd party sites that list it. Also, it took about 2 tries and 40 rings before somebody answered. Granted the person was helpful when I finally got a hold of somebody, but it was frustrating to spend almost an hour actually getting to the point where I could actually talk to someone about my problem. The person who I communicated with through Facebook was also pretty quick about responding to me, so Im grateful for that. Basically, I think they just need a little bit of improvement with customer service availability. Mainly just making their customer service number easy to find and making sure somebody is available to answer that phone number immediately at all times. Other than that, its a good theater.

Ive come to this theater for years. But after a rude experience with the staff, this will be my last. Im taking my nephew to watch The Good Dinosaur and I literally have my hands full. The girl insists on seeing my ticket, the ticket I bought, the ticket thats in my wallet thats in my back pocket. (Just so you know, you cant get to the concession stand without showing a ticket to the staff at the ropes) My hands are literally full with popcorn and drinks plus my nephews jacket and toys. Im just curious how would I know which theater to go to and what time it starts if I didnt have a ticket? Smdh. So because she is basically accusing me of stealing, I hand her the food because theres no place else to put it. I show it to her and she insists on ripping it. I tell her that I dont want that can of some kind of chemical near my food. Shes like, oh its not, Im just ripping your ticket. Really?!! The straw to her can almost touched my soda. Not to mention my popcorn is in the same box. Smfh!!!! If I didnt have my nephew, I would ask for a refund for everything and take my business elsewhere. But instead, Ill never come here again. This isnt worth the trouble. Im done with this ignorant service.

Downhill From Here. This movie theatre use to be One of my favorite movie theaters to go to, but recently they have changed a lot of things that made this movie theatre So Memorable, From 5$ Monday "ANY" movie, to 20$ combos. Apparently their policies have changed drastically and Horribly, Charging for cups of water, yes, cup of water not soda, not ice tea, WATER, To get a empty cup with NOTHING, it costs you 60 Cents.. ive never in my life been to such a Cheap Movie theater, and trust me ive been to a lot. And cheaper movie theaters being more Humble, and generous, getting a large drink, with No Free Refill, very amazing how cheap they can go. And 5$ Mondays apparently have become Some movies, NOT "ALL"! I am never ever, setting foot in this Disgusting, cheap Movie Theater, you People should be ashamed for giving such horrible Service and Customer Generosity, i paid 40+ Just for tickets, which shouldve been 20$ But apparently False Advertisement now a days are very tricky... Who ever has time to even read this Review, BEWARE! is all i got to say. Also, thats the famous 60 cent Water. Enjoy!

DONT COME HERE! Their costumer service is on the floor. They say they open at 11:00 a.m. but their employees are not there. I was here to watch a 12:00 p.m. showtime movie, I wasnt allowed to even cross the path to buy food or get my tickets. I had arrived 2 hours prior and I was first in line. People were shouting and demanding free tickets or free snacks. We tried talking to the manager to know what was wrong but she just hid from everyone. I was allowed in the theater until 12:20 but 12:50 came along and the movie still hadnt started. Its completely unacceptable to have costumers waiting like that and give no explanation. Before the movie started at 1:15 my family and I were moved from pir seats because they were "reserved" if they jave reserved seats they should place something on or around them to make sure no one gets displaced and to let others know those seats are off-limits. The lady wanted us to sit separately, how can small children sit away from their parents and in between strangers?
