If I could give this place 0 stars I would . We booked a party 4 weeks and advance with a Steven . We have email confirmation and answers to our questions . Our biggest question was for extras which we were told that we pay for them day of party which we were fine with . This is my 12 year son bday party btw . So day of party we have 2 extra people (me the father and my girlfriend ) we are then told they dont have the equipment which is not the info we were given prior to setting up the party . We had our table changed from what was in the email . Seth a manager and the director john made no attempt to accommodate any issues that we had . I received the worst customer service ever . I really will never come to this place again . I have no interaction with my son on his bday . Worst feeling ever and my first time here . I cant believe we have email proof of wrong information or inaccurate info given yet we still get zero customer service . It it wouldnt ruin my sons bday I would ask for the 400$ dollars I spent plus the money I spent on the beers waiting and games to occupy kids . Only reason we paid for that stuff was because they were running over 45 minutes behind on the scheduled time of our party . Still no customer service to accommodate any issues . Indoor tag in burien wa is a way better place even without some of the stuff this place has . Customer service is everything . Especially for the price paid and the extra we were willing to pay . DONT SO IT !!!!!

Came here about 2 months ago just to hang out with friends and do the Icombat Laser Tag. I love the system where it keeps your stats from matches, and builds up the competition with other people and friends. I would give 5 stars because the experience and gameplay was great, but the fact that they said on the game package it was 90-minutes, it really was not 90 minutes of overall play. More it was 30 minutes with 60 minutes of prep from the last match, so that made me frustrated about dropping a lot of money for what I thought would be a hour or more of various gamemodes. Also one of my friends ended up on the enemy team, who were a bunch of kids that were slow and often slammed into him in the dark or just teamkill him, so it wasnt good to know that we were divided and one of us were not having a good time, and sadly, he does not want to come back at all. Its still a good lasertag, definately want to call this one of the best lasertag that gives the atmosphere of you being in a actual skirmish of airsoft. The guns are also M4-modeled CO2 blowback action laser-guns that have a realistic weight to make it feel "authentic". I will definately come back again just to try and top the kid whos Number 2 at the tip of the leaderboards here(No, seriously, if you check the leaderboards at the site of the place, theres a kid in yhe top ten players leaderboards!).

This place is undoubtable FUN. I would rate it with 5 stars but I want to give some more feedback... Compared to our other laser tag options, go here. Its worth it. Hands down. I went to Zombie (I was one of four) and I would say that it was fun but Im not super into the zombie thing (i.e. walking dead...I dont have an opinion either way) Maybe if it tickles your fancy, you might appreciate it more. They told us that there werent a lot of zombies on that night (they apologized for it and had given us the heads up) but I dont think that was so much the problem as that zombie hunt is very fast. For the amount we paid...wow I didnt think it was worth it. The normal blue against red team. THAT was a blast. Every round is a different challenge. That was super fun. I was literally out of breath trying to win our challenge. That is what I would return for. You might be waiting longer than you think to play...but if youre over 21, enjoy the atmosphere! Grab a beer at the bar. If youre not 21, there are a few arcade games to enjoy. Either way, they definitely provide a lounge type of atmosphere to chill until you go in and play. Its definitely worth checking this place out. Definitely on the expensive side, but way better than the other laser options in our area.

The last time I was here was back in January, and I have not returned due to my last experience. We had booked a birthday party for my son and from the beginning, the whole processed was very unorganized. I was working with two different people to book because I was referred back and forth between the two, which was not at all efficient. After booking and on the day of the event, the facility was running maybe 2 hours behind on games. Our game was scheduled to start at 8:30pm, but we didnt end up leaving until close to midnight. We didnt even receive the full package that I paid for, but was so upset, we didnt even bother following up for our photo, t-shirt or dog tags. Management was even aware of this as they responded to my Yelp review, but made no effort to contact me directly to resolve. All my information would have been on file from the birthday party. If they ever have a Groupon or we are invited to an event here, we may attend, but full price, they are not worth the hassle, headache, and high blood pressu.re

The concept and game play of Virtual Sports was cool. Like playing COD. But, the organization of the event was HORRIBLE!!! My kids took me there for my 50th birthday, so we were really excited to play. Our appointed time was at 4 pm as we had dinner reservations at 6 pm. We waited for an hour before we got processed and started playing about 5:30 pm. After we played one round, play stopped and we had to wait for about 15 minutes while about 12 other small kids were added to our group! We ended up only playing one more round and then had to quite because the restaurant wouldnt hold or move our dinner reservations. My kids asked for a refund since it wasnt their fault we had to leave early, but the owner only gave them partial credit. I am very disappointed in the organizations response and we should have not had to pay a dime for 15 minutes of gameplay............ I will not return. The price for what get is way too much. Very disappointed!

Virtual Sports Laser Tag is the coolest laser tag place Ive been to. The layout is elaborate and decorated to set an awesome environment. The guns look and feel real and even have CO2 powered kick-back, which is legit. The different game modes (team death-match, domination, snatch and grab, etc) make the experience very dynamic and it doesnt get boring at all. Plus while youre waiting for the game, there are all kinds of things to keep you entertained from air hockey to portable gaming systems. The only negative things I can think of would be the sweaty vest/headbands, and the guns sometimes stop giving kick-back. Overall, a great place to have a fun time with a group of friends. I highly recommend it.
