Absolutely the worst experience ever. I only gave it one star because I had to in order to do a review. The lady at the counter have a ridiculous attitude over a valid question. Then offered to get a manager as if she didnt want to deal with my family and I. The manager then came and it too seem as if she didnt want to help us. I wasnt going to strip the movie from my children because of unprofessional people so I paid and went in. The ticket lady was prepared to take our tickets and point us in the direction of our movie and made a racial comment towards my family and I then laughed it off. This was the worst experience ever. I never thought taking my kids to see a movie would feel like the 1800s. After all we are " urban" as the ticket lady stated. Made myself, my wife, & my brother feel so uncomfortable that we will never return to this theater. I work in a customer service field and never have I treated anyone the way we were treated. Never again will we return to this establishment. This theater deserves -100 stars

The Cinedome is really a mixed bag. It lacks stadium seating, so everyone is seated at nearly the same height (Ive never had problems, but it is a bit annoying to be peeking over peoples heads at times). The seats are decent, but ultimately nothing special. My biggest gripe, however, is their inconsistency between theaters. Some have pretty dang nice picture and audio quality, but others have subpar picture and unimpressive sound. I normally want to go elsewhere because Im really snobby when it comes to sound, but I actually end up here really often. Turns out that $4 Thursdays and $5 matinees with $7.25 general admission every day is too good to pass up, even for the ho hum theater experience. I vastly prefer going to the infinitely better quality Regal and AMC theaters, but, for the price and distance from my house, its hard not to give the Cinedome 4 stars. Its a decent experience for an unbeatable price, and your experience might even end up being really great if you get the right theater.

Ive been there twice and I likely will not return. The Hobbit was playing in the theater next to the film we were watching and the sound from the speaker system from that movie was interfering with ours. It was very annoying, since some of the dialogue in our was intended at normal voice and it was drowned out. I approached one of the ticket guys to see if that was complained about by others. He said that he had never heard that before, so I asked him to step into the theater and see for himself. He declined and shrugged his shoulders with an "I dont care" attitude and said, "Nope, I dont need to." Well, that does it for me and my family, we will not be back. Others behind us complained out loud too during our film, but few people say anything. They need to fix that. Paying a cheap price is not good if the theater is poor quality and you an hear the sound from the next theater.

Theres this rude old lady with straight gray hair thats always there and she has been extremely rude to me in the past. I accidentally ripped my ticket in half before I got inside and she gave me so much trouble for it saying "would they let you into a regular concert if you did that? Would they?" Extremely rude. I already felt bad because it was an accident and I didnt know what to say. Then she went on to tell me that because of me doing this, she might get her hours cut and was trying to make me feel even worse. Now every time I go there and see her Im reminded on how rude she was and how horrible she made me feel all because of an accident. i tried to tell another staff member but nothing was really done. Hopefully someone talks to her and tells her to not be so rude to customers!

This theater is great! It may not be the new, high tech "we got a bar" type, but its what I like to see movies in. Staff is friendly, the snack bar food is great ESPECIALLY their popcorn (refills too) and its just an old school movie going experience. The screens are digital so they look great too. Prices are fantastic...$5 for a movie is what I like. Ill admit they have high priced snacks, but most theaters do and thats how they make money to survive. And as I mentioned the food is great, you dont mind it. An old theater (no stadium seating), but it feels nostalgic in a good way and reminds this kid from the 90s what it was like to go to the theater back then.

These are the best movie prices in town! If it werent for Cinedome 12 we wouldnt be able to go to the movies as often which is very important for us to get away. Gwen the door greeter is the best! She remembers you and asks you how you liked the movie etc... A huge asset to this theater. Makes you feel like your in a small town. The facility isnt inside a crowded casino and its clean. What else do you need?

Ive been going there for a while now, but i wont be returning because not only were me and my friends being followed from the snack bar to the bathroom and then to the movie theater but, we were kicked out with the reason of "we looked suspicious." Now i know not all teens are up to any good but we paid for our movie and we expected to have a nice night

The staff is friendly and the price is cheap. Great for bringing my family of 6. Theater has always been clean. The only downfall for me is that the seating was redone from its original seating and the seats tend to lean to far forward on the down slope. I just sit in the middle where the floor slopes up toward the screen and its all good.

Just rediscovered this theater. I love it. The prices are about half of most of the other theaters in town, yet they have figured out how to keep it fairly nice and cozy. Its good for families with small children, so expect them. They dont have amazing concessions like fresh chicken wings, but they have good hot dogs and nachos.

Its a good movie theater to go to for those nights you want a cheap experience. The consesions are overpriced like any theater though, so dont expect a discount there. The theaters all very pretty drastically in side from tiny personal feeling theaters to rather large dome ones. The seats though arent the greatest, but will do.

This is a great place to take the family. They have all the latest movies at really affordable prices. No one in Las Vegas can beat this place. There snack bar is a little pricey but it is delicious especially the popcorn. They offer a refillable bucket at a low price as well. Like I said unbeatable all the way around.

LOVE this theater! $5 first-run movies for seniors, any time day or night! NOT stadium seating as advertised though, but an older style multiplex with video games in the lobby. Participates in the $3.50 Cinemark refills program, so only $3.50 total for your senior popcorn AND soda when you bring your buckets:)
