After waiting a year to see the latest Hunger Games "Mocking Jay" at Brenden today. We purchased our 2 tickets, a bag of popcorn and a soft drink from the theater manager (on duty on a Saturday). After waiting for the movie to start about 10 minutes happily munching on our popcorn... Once it started it seemed to be a little dark.. Star Wars dark... but the movie opens underground and in a hospital. after about 25 minutes we were convinced something wasnt quite right about this film or was it the theater? My wife went outside and asked if the film was supposed to be so dark and was told one of the projector bulbs was out causing the movie to be darker than it should be. She spoke to the manager "Steube" and said HE should have told us when we purchased the tickets, popcorn and drinks. we wanted our money back - and he told he would check out the projection room. The usher came through and told us to see the manager if we wanted our money back Well after watching 45 minutes of the movie and still eating and drinking their stuff - and the movie was already spoiled for me, and continued watching the remaining 1/2 of the movie (otherwise I would not return to see any of it) When the movie was over the Manager "Steube" refused to refund us and was a jerk as well. Told us we should have gotten up immediately to receive the money back. Or we could wait around another 1 to watch it on another screen therefore making our Brenden Movie experiance nearly a 5 hour ordeal. NO THANK YOU Brenden - here at the river we have other choices to enjoy a QUALITY movie experiance The Riverside or the Outlet mall. NEVER - EVER returning to a Brenden property.. lost me as a customer for life! Thanks for ruining the movie for me Steube - you could have told me going in the movie quality was so POOR.

Every time we go there is a problem, we went to go see Sausage party and its rated R. I am 23 years old, my wife is 22, her two sister are 17 and 15. Once we got there we were told the 15 year was not aloud in. Everyone has to be 17.......it seems they need to go back a reread some stuff cause it states: For R-Rated Films: Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian (age 21 or older) and 25 years and under must show ID. And children under the age of 6 are not allowed after 6:00pm. We have launched a corporate complaint against them, cause this is the 3rd time with these people and every time its something different.

We have a non verbal son with autism, we had been staying at the Avi Koa and wanted to watch finding dori. We talked to a staff member and told her about our situation and wanted to see if the 12 oclock showing was going to be packed. We were about to leave and the manager Amy came and found us and gave us our own theater to ourselves. She was amazing and literally almost made me cry! Ive never been to a theater and been treated so good! Thank you, I will absolutely recommend this theater to anyone!

Asked three people if there is set times they are open and closed, and there isnt. Monday through Thursday they are open 11ish to 7ish. Friday Saturday and Sunday they are open till like 11pm. Use Fandango for movie times as google gives out show times while they are closed during the week. Theater is nice and untill 6pm the tickets are 7$.

3 time now.. showed up 15 minutes early to see a movie, all I want is a ticket, no drink food, snacks.. only to be in line past the start of the movie, not talking preview but the movie. They have no " just ticket line " you get your food, drink and ticket same line. This happened last Sunday..... Great place to watch.. if you can get in.

I love this theater, the best (and only) in the area when it comes to stadium style seating and you cant beat the 2 for $22 on Tuesdays. I mean $22 bucks for two massive drinks, a huge bucket of popcorn and two movie tickets. Thats a deal right there. Thanks again to the Brenden Theater staff for always making our trips there enjoyable.

If youre not from the area finding the theater inside the casino is a little tricky, as is figuring out that they sell the tickets at the concession stand. Tickets and concession were fairly priced, theater was nice and clean, but the staff were less than welcoming.

Aksanna at the counter was completely rude and needs major training in customer service. Not a hi, hello, or welcome....just straight chastised because the kids wanted to see a R rated movie.

A Great Theater that my family has enjoyed for years as local customers. They keep it clean inside, the sound system is set up very well, and the staff is always friendly.

We love it here.....a little far to travel from Kingman but always clean, comfortable seats and the least crowded of the theaters in area.
