Looking for a place to have my sons birthday this year someone recommended bounce to me but I remember my experience I had with them for my sons 5th birthday & this is my review for Bounce: Was looking for a place to have my sons 5th birthday checked out bounce & loved it so I decided to have it there & immediately put money down to hold the Birthday room & date also was informed that after the party the birthday child could get wristband to stay longer after party was done. The day of his birthday party everything in the beginning was going well until it was time for pizza & to sing happy birthday the party host had the kids come back to the room where we nearly waited 45 minutes or more for the pizzas to come when she informed me they were already done that time we where waiting the kids could have kept playing. Then after that another party host kept telling me I needed to pay immediately like I wasnt going to pay when before the party started I asked if I could pay then what really upset me is the same party host kept taking me away from my guests & were I missed my son opening his gifts had the nerve to keep pointing to her watch saying time was up. I was very upset with how she treated us especially when I spent a lot of money at that establishment well over $400 for my son birthday. Then when I tried to call to give my feedback on the customer service I received at there establishment they didnt even bother calling back. Nice place but service wasnt great especially when you spend a good amount of money!! Never got the wristbands to stay after either. Very disappointed!!

My 12-yo has enjoyed coming to Bounce Milwaukee since it opened a couple of years ago. She loves it, as do her friends. And its an easy "yes" for me. The kids can enjoy inflatables, rock wall climbing, old school arcade games, air hockey, and the best lazer tag arena in the area IMO. And for me, I can sit back upstairs in the bar area enjoying an adult beverage while I "supervise". Or I could also play some unlimited old school arcade games myself or watch one of several flat screen TVs. The food is quite good. Very good, in fact. Especially the pizza and tots. And the unlimited refills of soda is super nice. It can be a busy place at times, and loud, but its a kids play arena... that is to be expected. Ive seen a couple of other reviews that are on here, and respectfully I just dont get it. If you want quiet... go to a park. If you want bar service within 1 minute... go to a bar. But if you want your kid to have an awesome day, and to be wiped-out-tired later from play... this is the place to take them.

Had my birthday there. The staff was awesome and very friendly. The only thing that kind of ruin my night was when a group of disruptive ghetto people came and were making as scene every 10 minutes!!!! They complained about the price, food, everything!! Trying to get their money back after they already played for over how many hours, after they already ate all their food, and had their time in all of the attractions! They were constantly starting fights and arguments with the staffs and pushed all the food and drinks off the tables when they were leaving! Extremely rude and ghetto people who should definitely be banned from there forever! Over all, we had a good time and were even able to stay in our private room after our party time was up! Its a fun place to just have some fun and burn some calories and drink lots of alcohol!

I have been to bounce multiple times, it is always super fun! The laser tag arena is amazing, they have full body massage chairs for the adults, an awesome bar area with fantastic cocktails and a great local and international beer selection. The kids absolutely love jumping around in the bounce houses and rock climbing! They have air hockey too, which I love! The food is delicious, I especially like the pizza! My fiancé and I had our baby shower here and a great time was had by all! We heard from multiple people that it was the best baby shower they have ever been to! The staff was super attentive and the owners made sure everything was perfect! This is an incredibly fun venue!!!

My fiancée and I had our baby shower there. The owners made sure to get a clear understanding of our wants and needs. They provided pizzas and cupcakes at a very reasonable cost. They assigned a specific staff member to tend to our, and our guests every need. Several guests said that it was the best baby shower they ever had been to. We made it co-Ed and the guys enjoyed the bar area and barcade as well. We even encouraged the guests who had kids to ring them and they of course had an amazing time as well. I really couldnt have asked for a better experience or a better staff. My fiancée was so happy she cried several times that day.

Bounce Milwaukee is a super fun place for both kids and adults. The inflatables are tons of fun. The laser tag arena is amazing! Post-apocalyptic war zone, anyone? The barcade (bar+arcade!) has tons of options for games. Thats free play, by the way! The food and drinks are great. The baked potato pizza is highly recommended! Oh, the Purple Door ice cream is also very highly recommended! I like to support local businesses and I think its awesome to see others do the same. Bounce Milwaukee is all about supporting local businesses from ice cream, beer and cheese to the logo and the wristbands! This place is all about the community!

Myself and various family members have been to Bounce in the past two years. Both in a kid capacity and during the after 9pm adult time. At various times with differing groups of people; everyone had a good time. The pizza was good and the selection of local beers was appreciated. I would recommend for a special kid or adult occasion. But remember, a building full of screaming kids having a great time is loud. Come to think of it, a building full of adults having a great time is loud! So if youre game for a goofy fun time, Bounce certainly fits the bill.

Bartender didnt know how to make a HOUSE cocktail. Pizza was bland. Way to many people for the size of the building. Had a few parties going on and was not very considerate of the kids not part of the parties. All my children got to do was jump in the bounce house and climb the wall once. Drove all the way from Fond Du Lac for nothing!! What a waste of my hard earned money and time! My husband emailed the facility and they tried to give us a free lazar tag!! Are you serious, we will never go back why would we want that?!? Go to Dave and Busters instead.
