This place is a kids arcade with many attractions like bowling, go carts, laser tag, bumper cars, bouncy house, catapult, and a restaurant. The pros of this place is that it was fully renovated head-to-toe a couple of years ago with up-to-date arcade games, new attractions, and more of a kiddy feel. I found no games that were out of order when I went on 6/23/16. Bowling was seemed very new with flat screen TVs for scoreboards. I also really enjoyed there prize selection. They had candy, plushes, nick-nacks and more. The big open area is where you would find more of the cheaper stuff like candy and knock offs. The room with bowling had very fancy jewelry cases filled with expensive and valuable prizes. The catapult was new and fun to ride. The cons of this place were the rip-offs on tokens. $1 for 3 tokens. Really? But that does make up for the bigger games only costing 3 tokens. The restaurant has cardboard crust and milky cheese all covered in grease. The "ballroom" offers karaoke and a big stage area. The room could fit over 200 people if they were squished together. The big stage had a curtain with Five Nights At Freddys character looking thingies. IT WILL GIVE KIDS NIGHTMARES. I dont care if they look cool, just REMOVE IT. The bowling was malfunctioning with the little softball-sized balls getting stuck in the back. They charge $3 per person for one game of bowling PLUS any damage that is visible. The pins were on strings, just like a cheap arcade bowling alley, but the pins always got tangled. We had to call staff 7 times for help. Speaking of staff, the lady that greeted was very nice with blonde hair who appeared to be very young. But the rest of the staff, specifically the worker that worked by the candy was very mean. She said to a little girl in front of me, "Im not going to give you this candy because I dont think you should have it." Rude or what? Another lady that worked in the prize area was also rude. She gave the guy in front of me candy and she didnt even work in the candy area. But when I asked for something at the other side of the prize area, she was like, "Get it over there. Dont ask me." I was mad that they cant move there butts to get anything. The laser tag had a dizzy entrance and wasnt fun. The go carts charged a whopping $7 for one round of slow go carts that break easily. All in all, you should definitely come here, but avoid mean staff, and the attractions.

My first google review and it pains me it had to be about this place. I used to love this place as a kid and as a adult. They always had the best prizes and games, but sadly I dont think I will be going back anymore. This time last summer we were going here at least once a week as a treat for my nephew and we spent good money every time, but now they have raised the price on games, especially the ticket games. My sister and I use to love playing the game where you dropped the ball and tried to get it in the jackpot of the spinning circle. It use to be a token and now its doubled and it seems the machine either has been tampered with, I could be wrong, because jackpots are fewer and farther between now. My mom loved the wizard of oz game that they had, but realized the 4 times we went that they stock the machine with every card except the toto and you need the whole set to get the 5000 tickets. We use to get a toto almost once a week or two. But now we havent seen one in months. We had saved up about 100k in tickets and we just recently cashed them in and arent going back. Not enough bang for your buck and paying more and getting less just takes all of the fun out of it. Usually when a place changes, its always for the worse.

Ok. In all fairness its what you expect. Mostly run by teenagers with a few 20 somethings tossed in as management. I saw one elderly man working in the strangest area. From a business standpoint, its a mess. Professionally, its a mess. Does my kid care one bit? Nope, hes there to make a mess. He gets to drive a mini racecar, ride some rides, dance and sing with a stage full of friggin dinosaurs while eating pizza that isnt bad for a kids place. He even..and this saddens me that theyre almost all gone.. got to play some of the same arcade games I played as a kid. They have a new gigantic jungle gym/ play place area that is not for the weak of heart. Kids only, but with wristband they can tool around in there all day. A bit pricy ala carte, but ask about specials and combos, theyve always been kind to us. The one elderly person was in charge of it, but its not like I expected him to climb into a tube and save my child if he was trapped, so not a big deal. Summary: It is always fun, from lazer tag to bumper cars to worthless tickets youre kid will absolutely be willing to take the life of a fellow child to obtain more of.

I did my Birthday Party for my daughter today. I would say. It was horrible. The guy at the Go Cars was so rude with a nine year old child. The kid got crashed with car, so the one of the employees, which they didnt tell me the name because he is under 18 year old goes to my daughter and told her to get out of the car. So after I spent a lot of money, and I have been doing the Birthday parties for so many years , he didnt even say excuse me,0r please or anything like that, just get out of the car. He made the kids cry, and he ruined her birthday. So Enchanted Castle find the right employee to deal with kids , not teenagers that are very rude with kids.If I have the chance I should put 0 stars.

The staff is nice, the things to do are fun, but the price is way too high. Games cost $1+ per play, and you barely get any tickets. With about $20, I was able to play for around 30 min trying different games, and another 45 min going to the "attractions", and got around 150 tickets. For comparisons sake, I spend a lot less then that for Dave and Busters or nickel city, and get way more tickets. I would not go back unless the prices came down. I have no complaints of the quality or friendliness of the staff, I just do not feel the prices are reasonable.

My kids were invited to a birthday party here. They really had a lot of fun games and rides. The party started out in a dinning room where a dj helped facilitate the birthday festivities with games and karaoke. The kids had pizza served by the restaurant. It was similar to Chuckee Cheese. There was a dragon show, where robotic dragons sang songs and performed. There was lazer tag, bumper cars and a carnival ride included with the birthday party. Each child was given tokens to play video games. It was a good time and a fair price.

Ive been going to this place for years i love it my kids love it. But last week we went and the new card system replacing coins and tikets is for me not good.. It takes away from the joy of hitting a jackpot and watching the tikets come out. My kids were disappointed when their tickets were just loaded to the card. The prices for games was also a set back .30 cent .70 cents and 1.00 . 1.30 games leaves you with less games to play when your on a budget.. Dont know if ill be back.. My kids will decide..
