I took my daughter here today because we were sick of being stuck in the house from the cold weather. My daughter was charged $10, and I was admitted for free. I read another review that the adults were charged, but this was not true of our visit. There are a good variety of bounce houses here that my daughter had fun on. There are free video games, but they are very old, and this place is so packed, you are lucky if you get the chance to play one of them. There are several areas with tables, but they were all reserved for birthday parties. I believe there were at least five parties while we were there. Kids were running and screaming. The employees should tell the children to walk because several of them just run right into people. All I saw most of the employees doing was talking to one another like they were in a high school clique. The biggest issue I had here was the cleanliness. Everything was sticky, the tables were not wiped down, the bathrooms were horrible, and whatever they use to clean the screens on the games leaves really bad streaks. Even after I washed my hands in the bathroom three times, my hands still felt sticky. I had to ask an employee to wash one of the 4 tables that they have for people not having a party for me. (Yes, they have only 4 tables for 100+ people to use, and you have to wait in line to use them.) He used Windex, which is not for washing tables and will not kill the germs. It also did nothing to get rid of the stickiness from the table. My napkin actually stuck to the table. For lunch, I ordered the nachos and a bottle of water and my daughter got a hotdog and a pop. When she opened the pop, it exploded all over her and the counters. They should not put a pop back into the cooler if it has been shaken up. The hot dog was so tiny, it only filled half the already small bun. The nachos were not good at all. Our lunch there was not worth the $9.30 we paid. I only gave it two stars rather than one because they do have a good selection of bounce houses.

I usually never write reviews but with a place this clean & organized i couldnt help but share my experience with all current/future customers. Bounce it up is the best place to bring your kids!! Very affrordable & clean & the staff is more helpful than i expected at a place like this. I have been bringing my kids in to play for a while now & finally decided its time to have a birthday party here. When i first booked the young lady who was helping me gave me all the information i needed. She answered all my questions (yes there was a lot) and gave me suggestions on decorations and food. I was very excited to hear that they had halal options for the food and was eager to see how they would be! I had dropped off all of my decorations a day in advance & my party hostess had everything set up for me before i had arrived to the party. It was very neat & i had no complaints. When the food was served the party hostess did everything A-Z & my guests would not stop raving about the food! I would really recommend the shawarma platter and chicken tenders because they were just too good. My party hostess cut & served my cake & cleaned up the whole room after the party was over. I couldnt be happier with the way things turned out & my daughter had such a good time for her bday. Tipping the hostess was not a problem because she very well deserved it & she should be rewarded for her amazing work! Love this place & would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a bday party or just going in to play!!

My daughter had her birthday party here and the cost was a little pricey but it was worth it for my baby "AT FIRST". The first problem was with the rudeness of the front desk staff. Horrible....Horrible...Horrible...Extremely bad attitudes like you owe them something and they can talk to you any kind of way. Customer service was NOT required when they interviewed for the job obviously. So sad. I cant believe this place accepts this as a standard. The "BIGGEST" issue was the gratuity added to my bill that was NOT communicated to me before I had my party. I was made to tip a young man that didnt smile, barely assisted with my food, had to be looked for, and had a bad attitude just like the rest of the staff. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will be making a call to a friend of the family, Ron...from "The Hall of Shame" on channel 2 about this business and the owner. When I tried to speak to the owner regarding my bill he went and hid in his office like he was scared or something??? How do you run a business and you scared to deal with a customer? I wasnt rude or loud. I just wanted an explanation on my contract. I will NOT be back. BEWARE of extra add ons

We had my sons birthday party at Bounce it Up today. I thought the place was nice & clean but the front desk staff left a sour impression and were downright insulting. The young girl who rang our party out asked how much I was giving extra for our host tip because she wanted to add it to my card. When I told her I was giving a cash tip, she wanted to know how much. ($30), she then proceeded to grab her calculator and tell me they REQUIRED a minimum of $49 tip on our party and that I shouldnt have a party there if we can not afford to tip our host. Our party was 2 hours long, our host helped set up our room with me, grabbed 4 pitchers of drinks, 4 pizzas and checked in twice throughout to see if we needed anything else. I served all our kids, poured their drinks, lead Happy Birthday & cake and cleaned up all the mess. $15/hour tip is more than sufficient. Telling me Im cheap and you require a minimum of $24.50/hour tip you better be following my kid around, cutting up his pizza and hand feeding it to him and wiping his mouth. Insulted is an understatement, Im appalled by the conduct of the staff and how I was talked to.

Its OK bounce house wise and enough to do for the kids..... buttttttttt December 19 2015 I had my daughters party, and for one they over charge for a lot of things... then the food is AWFUL!!!!! ALSO I WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE I COULD ONLY COME IN 20 mins before or at the time if my party, my room would be set up.. LIES... THENNN THE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE. JUST SITTING AROUND, I ONLY SEEN MY PARTY HOST AT THE VERY BEGGING AND END IF MY PARTY.. WHY HAVE A PARTY HOST IF WE STILL HAVE TO GO TO THE FRONT TO GET EVERYTHING WE NEED! AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME DID I WANT TO TIP THE HOST... NOT!!! He didnt do much.. last but not least 2 of their African American employees stole my aunts wallet.. one an older gentleman who us apart of the clean up crew, and one a younger guy with glasses who works on the floor.. when we addressed them about it, they lied and the manager covered for them without even asking them if they had done it or not! The only reason the police were NOT called is because my aunt said let it go.. I will never go there again!
