I had my sons 3rd birthday party at this place and it was GREAT but this year when I had his 4th it was a DISASTER!!! A majority of the staff was very unorganized and they were more interested in the friends they had visiting them than the paying customers!!! They close at 9pm but wanted to close my tab at 8pm, which was fine but if you want your customers to leave than you should give them the utensils they need. They brought me my sons cake and cup cakes and I had to track one person down at a time to get a knife, cake server, plates (both for the pizza and cake) and forks. They were only able to give me one pitcher of pop at a time but they sold me a package with 8 pitchers. They were rude to the kids. My nephew was trying to ride the bull and before he was able to get on and the ride started he fell off and the manager, who was running the ride, told him his turn was over before he had a turn. At 8:30 pm while he was trying to finish using his tokens one of the employees turned the game he was playing off on him and he said I have more tokens the reply was "What do you want me to do about it". I was sold unlimited wrist bands and they close at 9pm. My suggestion is if you dont truly want to allow the kids to have unlimited wristbands, dont sell them or have a staff member dedicated to each unlimited attraction that requires a staff to operate it. Also, if you want to close at 9pm your staff should know that doesnt always mean you will close and leave at 9pm. I completely understand if they begin cleaning and closing up prior to 9pm but not if it is in a manner that will affect the paying customers that are in the establishment. I would like to give a compliment to the man running the front desk and a staff member that was off but celebrating someones birthday they were great and very helpful but it takes more than 2 people to run a 20,000 SF childrens party place.

I had a groupon and thought this would be a fun place for my son birthday. The groupon was for 4 and I am a single mom of two boys. The manager was "amazing" he gave us tokens for the 1 untment wristband since it was just the 3 of us. This place has EVERYTHING I was just hoping for a fun 2 hours but we were there for 5 hours. My son just turned 5 and he said this was the best place he has ever gone to, this means a lot because I take my boys every were. I found myself having as much fun as my boys. The staff there is well trained. We went on march 19th and this was the middle of the week and every staff member was great. They were Friendly, Patient and Positive. Each staff member treated my boys and me great, from the young man helping us with laser tag and the other young man who was teaching my son how to ride the bull. I can not forget how great the manager was with all of us he had glasses. Im so sorry I cant remember names. We have been making Party time Palace our special place to to have fun now. Keep up the great work everyone!!!

This is a hidden gem on the border of Des Plaines/Mt. Prospect. It is a great alternative indoor activity to Legoland in Schaumburg. The parking is a breeze and the owner is very friendly. Mondays it is only $2 per attraction, making it a wonderful day out at a LOW price. Especially important when you have multiple children to shell out for! I cant believe this place isnt mobbed all the time. I think most people think its a party supply store, or a venue just for parties. Thats what I thought until another parent filled me in. I go there knowing the little ones will bounce off a ton of energy in a safe, clean environment. My review is only four stars as I feel the train rides should be unlimited, instead of $3 a pop. They have something for everyone. Theres a baby section with tot toys, bouncy houses, a mechanical bull, mini golf, slot machines and laser tag for the older set. My review is only four stars as I feel the train rides should be unlimited, instead of $3 a pop. My children NEVER tire of this fun, fun spot!

I fell in love with this place. I booked the place before I had ever even been there. It was a risk that paid off. If you have a party. They assign a person to you to help you with everything. My hostess was amazing. She cut the cake, politely kept the kids from using all the tokens at once... no small task. She kept everyone on schedule. Well anyway the fun aspects. They have a big and a small bouncey house.. (I snuck in a couple times) the big one has a slide. Wee! and LASER TAG WAS AMAZING. THe room isnt huge but there are enough ramps and hiding places to make it really fun. There are arcade games to fill in the time. Lets see what else? The mechanical bull was fun and challenging. The darn thing flipped me over. All in all I had a blast and so did all of the kids. Their ages ranged from 2-12 plus the kids at heart. Really and truly fun for the whole family (and friends) I definitely recommend the place. The pricing was extremely reasonable given all that they do for you. I just LOVED IT!!!

Better to stay away from this place.mangment is so bad.i booked birthday party for my son during booking i requested for specific room and was confirmed however when reached to party they simply change it without any notification....when i asked staff ..They were not at all willing to listen you..And when I try to reach to manager no one was there only staff with their own rule.. I was asked wheather you want to start party on their condition or not? ... Imagine you have all guest at place and you were asked if do not want party then you can cancel with no refund... Even after party started service was so poor you have to run to staff for every single thing...Food was delayed...No one is there to start laser tag or train ride...the only thing was serve on time , your bill... Overall worst experience....
