Great concept but run very poorly. The way they run the go-karts creates waits of two to three hours, pretty ridiculous when youve paid for all you can play. Not to mention that the go-karts are way too fast for the age group of kids that are predominantly there. I went on the go karts twice, the first time they had to come onto the track multiple times to explain to kids not to press the brake and the gas at the same time. The second time a ten-year-old boy had to be taken off the track bawling his eyes out. The laser tag was run to get as many people in there as possible so no teams only free-for-all. Free for all laser tag is not fun. Will definitely not be taking my nephews there in the future.

It is one of the older indoor go kart tracks in the Milwaukee area. Their track is small and prices are a bit high. Other new places are featuring high speed tracks which require a helmet, and their tracks are longer and dynamic. Our small school team party was treated nicely and played laser tag. Not much else here except some arcade video games. I guess this is better for older kids and adults than Chuck E Cheese or Stone Fire Pizza. But they dont serve food.

I went to lightSpeed on Saturday. Did some carting and tag. Wasnt sure how I would like the place but after being there, I loved it. The work people were really great. They really walked me through on how to do the go carts and laser tag. Only thing I wish was different was that the races were alittle longer. but other than that I had a blast and will be coming back again hopefully soon! Thanks LightSpeed for the fun time

This place is a ton of fun for the kids. It can be a bit expensive, unless you plan for a longer stay, and buy an unlimited package. It is well worth the money though. There is an indoor go cart track, with different cars for older and younger kids. A lazer tag zone, with all the cool blacklights and other fun obstacles you would expect at a lazer tag arena. and an arcade with a bunch of cool games, and prizes.

do not take a date here... not worth spending money if you are 16+. The arcade is too small the go cart track is depressing and the lazer tag was filled with children and go carts and lazer tag would have about two rounds per hour which made everything slow and not enough games in the arcade to occupy our time. Would suggest Dave and Busters if 16+ much more fun and worth it.

This was the first time we were here and it definitely wont be the last. As enjoyable as the go carts and laser tag were, the service was some of the best we have experienced. The staff was constantly offering great suggestions to maximize our fun there, and were very personable. The prices were a great value, especially when you use the Groupon.

Today being my kids first time playing laser tag I must say that they had a blast. Go when its slow if you really want them to really wear themselves out lol. Go-karts where also a good time however its tight but the kids thought it was all great. Great customer service as well so no complaints here. I will most definitely will be return soon.

Absolutely AWESOME! They were so easy to work with when planning my sons birthday party. Our party host David was great with the kids and made sure that everyone had a good time. Entire staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the party was a success. Highly recommend them for kids parties or even a quick play date...

As an adult I have always dismissed lazer tag, and indoor go karts how fun could that be... I was completely wrong I havent had so much fun in years way to go guys! The staff was nothing if not accommodating, and they seemed to have as much fun as anyone. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

Had a blast at Lightspeed. The workers were very nice and helpful. The go kart track is perfect to learn how drift. Lightspeed is a VERY family friendly place to bring your kids. I am planning on going back next week and racing and tagging again with my family. I have no complaints on Light speed

Prices are extremely reasonable, staff is incredibly insightful and friendly, facilities are clean and well maintained. Walked in with a group of five and had an absolutely wonderful time. A must go for people looking for an affordable and extremely fun afternoon. Will definitely be back.

I spent almost $300 here for the manager to allow some teenagers to continue harassing my children, calling my special needs son a retard repeatedly. Absolutely unacceptable. I wont be returning. Also was repeatedly harassed by management after placing honest review. Unprofessional.

Clean, friendly, safe, well maintained. The employees running the go karts are great with kids and great at explaining how to work the karts. Wish you were closer to home, but a great perk to our Milwaukee get away.

Get a Groupon. Expect a long wait for the go-karts so sign up right away and kill time playing laser tag. Staff is accommodating for all. Laser tag is super fun. This was fun for kids and adults.
