My son, sisters, mom and I, visited kids in motion yesterday. I have been here many times, and always seem to have not the best experience. Well yesterday was probably the worst experience we had there. We had only been there for 10 min. And my son was playing on the play structure. I saw him go through one of the tunnels and not come out. After a min of me looking around and seeing not only his feet but another boys feet dangling out of the tunnel, I then realized the other little boy(prob. 3/4 years old)was beating up my son(2 years old.) I knew was helpless because his feet stopped moving. I ran up there as fast as I could, to find this little boy was punching, scratching and pulling his hair. I pulled my son up out of there and he was completely terrified. As in trying to get my son out of there, the boy is following me, kicking, punching, pulling my hair and he even chocked me and left nail marks in my neck. When I looked over my son, he was bleeding in multiple spots. When a worker came over to see what boy it was, she was not concerned about my son at all. Never asked if he was okay, if he needed a bandaid or an ice pack.. Nothing.. When she found the boy and his father, she did nothing, besides tell him what happened. She ended up finding me to let me know the father has him now.. Didnt tell them to leave or anything. Pretty sure he was part of bday party, saw go into a party room and come out and let the kid play again. I saw a few parents go up to him, and then he eventually left. So I believe the bday party told him to leave. I understand that obviously they need to find the boy and get the problem handled, but not once did they ask if my son was okay.. He was bleeding from his face, in multiple places!! The worker even saw that! And to top everything off, the Lady at the register didnt know how to charge cards, so I had to use cash. And other workers had a terrible attitude. One was in the train room while I was in there, picking up the Legos buy she would throw them really hard into the bin, making a huge scene about it... Then a kid dropped a train in front of her(he was young, didnt know better) and she slammed the train on the table.. Thats your job to clean up after children, so dont act so rude about it.. And if you dont like it, find a different job. I would have just wrote the company, explaining my experience, but there is no email address on their website to email, and Im just so embarrassed about the situation, and cant hold back the tears when I talk about it. I definitely wont be back any time soon!

Kids In Motion is a happening place. Whatever your child is into, they probably have it here (except electronics). Excellent venue for little ones and parties, a pizza place is dedicated to quick delivery here. All indoors with plenty of open space, Kids In Motion has themed rooms for dinosaur excavation, submarine piloting, construction work, music & theatre, castle, Legos and trains. Theres also a laser tag labyrinth (may cost extra) and a very large jungle gym with slides. My toddler has so much fun here. Every 20min or so thousands of bubbles are blown into the lounge area, which has big comfy leather couches for adults to rest while they watch their kids play. Two dining areas in addition to multiple party rooms and a snack bar make this place one of the best deals in town for a tipping family outing, costing only 5-10 dollars per kid (depending on when you come in). Adults play free!

This place is disgusting. The air system was designed for an office building not to keep the capacity of over a hundred breathing kids and parents. They were extremely understaffed. We were here on a Sunday and I saw a total of 4 employees. The bathroom wasnt cared for as the garbage was overflowing with dirty diapers and the room just wreaked of feces. There is a dino dig room and a construction room that has dry beans for the kids to dig in... these clearly arent replaced often enough... Kids runny noses, drool all over. Some kid was even pouring the beans down his pants. Most of the parents were just sitting on the couches absorbed entirely by their cell phones. This was my first time here as my daughter was invited for a birthday party. Im glad I didnt spend my own money! I will not be returning. A McDonalds playground is more sanitary!

Kids love it. Sadly, they get sick EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there. Every single time they end up with a cold or stomach flu. Regardless of the amounts of disinfectant we use on our hands or how many times we wash our hands. I wish they disinfected the toys sometime, instead of just sweeping the floor. Besides the fact its getting more and more dirty, the smelly back bathroom (make sure you use the one in the front!), its fun for the kids. Also, there are NO security measures! Doors stay open all the time. No badges, no signing in, multiple doors the kids could go out, noone even questions a kid walking alone onto the foyer. So make sure you follow your kid all the time. Because anyone can just go in/out unnoticed.

Chaotic germ factory. Kids running all over. Saw kids screaming for their mother. Others running into each other. Parents basically sit on the sofa on their phones. The place is nice for kids. Tons to do. Rooms with different themes. But there is no order. Kids of all ages are running in and out. For smaller kids this isnt good as the older ones push them over or just take over. The place really should consider age ranges for rooms or certain times. There is a bubble machine that randomly goes off but stay away as some kids try to kick them and they dont watch for others. You should know to exit immediately when you sniff a whiff of pee when you enter.

I love this place but a bit pricey. I bring my kids here once in a while, they have sofas for the adults to chill back on which I like. They used to have TVs there too but removed it which Im glad because parents just ended up watching NFL games. Sometimes the older kids do get rough because theres lots of younger ones playing around. The staff is always there but I think its not the staffs responsibility to tell kids to be careful around the little ones. I also love that we can bring outside food here. I usually spend the whole day here if I bring lunch with me

If youve got a small kid (<10?) then bring them here! Awesome local place set up with tons of themed rooms for kids to play in. There is construction, underwater, art, science, theatre, grocery, and so on. Kids can jump from room to room filling their imagination, with a stop at the huge indoor playset along the way. Lots of couches and such for parents to relax at while the kids run amok. When the weather gets cold, this is a great place for your kids to burn off energy at $10/head. Good for parties too, being able to rent a room and pay by who shows.
