Its not that the admission is expensive. I go to expensive places and feel no buyers remorse at all. Its that you pay $30 per person for 1 hour only. Rip off. Also, I have never seen such dirty and disgusting concession stands in my life. We wanted to buy tropical smoothies and lemonades but after seeing how dirty it was, I only got prepackaged Good Humor ice creams that I knew werent made THERE. There was ketchup and mustard crud on the ground, on the counters, the Texas Pete bottles were cruddy, the counters where you order food (not even where you pick up the food) were sticky and visibly DIRTY. All of the tables were dirty. Bees were swarming the trash cans because sticky sweetness had probably been in there for days. There were 3-4 employees in that stand but not even one of them was creating a clean, family-friendly environment for their patrons. I saw one sitting down on a shabby metal chair messing with her phone. Swarms of bees, and unsanitary conditions? Really? I paid 150$$ for my children to be around this? I wont even start on the bathrooms. Forget about racing. The go carts all look run down. Some of them run fast, but some of them run how they look.. so if you win a race it will really be because you got lucky and had a good-running cart not because youre a good racer. The concrete observation deck swayed back and forth in the wind and made me sick. It doesnt feel safe. It should be noted that all of the employees are either immigrants or tattooed/pierced. Call me a hater but its a fact and facts arent hatred or bigotry. This is what people notice. The only people who would want to go to this place again are teenagers (who find disgusting stuff cool) or kids (who just like the carts and dont "see" shabbiness).

Lets start with the positive things... LOTS of different tracks for all ages. Different rides that everyone can go on, and theres miniature golf too (2 courses). The woman we bought our bracelets from explained that we had an hour to ride as much as we wanted ($30 each). You can go on each track three laps, so an hour is plenty of time. She even informed us of the tracks that werent operating due to the rain. [YES, IT RAINED RIGHT AS WE SHOWED UP--NOT COOL] Negatives-- The customer service woman did inform us of which tracks my 10yr old could ride, and which ones were open even with wet tracks. What she didnt tell us was, some of the tracks have different types of cars depending on height requirements. When my son and I went to ride one of the tracks that a) he could ride and b) was open with a wet track....turned out the cars for my son werent allowed to run, because THOSE couldnt run during the rain. So we paid $60 for two tracks. Oh and the best part (sarcasm) was when we got on the two tracks, the cars dont have mud flaps of any kind. So ALL the water from the rain that had fallen was splashing up from the spinning tires and onto us and our clothes. Dirt, tire particles, and nasty water splashing into your face, everywhere. NOT HAPPY! We ended up playing mini-golf then going home. Not a place to go after its rained....rip off. I realized it rained, but dont have people spend money to get mud and dirt slung onto their clothes.

If I could give this Place a negative rating I Would. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If you like to waist your time and money( ALOT OF MONEY, $300 for 3 hours for my family) this is definitely the place for you. The staff was extremely rude, 3/4 of them didnt speak English well, so explaining safety rules to The kids wasnt happening The tracks were extremely bumpy and the go karts were in horrible condition, the majority of them stalled out during your laps. The staff stops cars on the track when the race is finshed which makes its extremely unsafe when cars are flying around the corner and smash into you when your stopped. The staff doesnt care if adults are slamming kids into the guard rails during the laps even tho your on a kid track, and the cars clearly state NO BUMPING On the back of the cars and on the rules of the track. Putt putt was fun but the course is neglected and needs to be fixed. The bathrooms were SO DISGUSTING, the changing table fell on top of me when I was washing my hands, when I told the manager she said " I know its broken, it fell on a little girl not to long ago. We duck taped it up but I will put in a work order to have someone fix it" I DO NOT RECOMMEND This place for anyone especially families with small kids, my 3 your old couldnt do 90% of what was there/what they had open. Biggest Disappointment of our vacation to Virginia beach.

Im giving Motor World a 2 because it wasnt what I expected it to be. We went there to give the kids something to do. At first it was a little pricey but we came down to buying 2 sets of 50 tickets. The cars on half the rides didnt work. All the 36 and under rides had no body working them. On one track the turns were too sharp, I almost flipped out of my cart plus the vibration from the cart gave me a headache and pain. At the end of our fun we had 23 tickets left over, so a lady at the ticket booth said we only do refunds if you have 50 or more tickets. So we asked her can she call a supervisor or manager. The manager said " sorry, we dont do refunds". What we find out is that some of us had more tickets. We end up with 50+ tickets. As we head towards the exit we stop to ask for a refund again. They call the manager back hes all like you guys again, whats the problem now. My father say," We have 50 dollars worth of tickets that we dont want use and dont want to keep". They already took 150 from us today. What we get back was a, "For the last time we dont do refunds". Wanna know what we said, " We aint never coming back here. For the first and last time this is disappointing."

If I could give this place a negative store I absolutely would. Came here with a family of 11 people to enjoy ourselves on the go carts for a day. This is by far the biggest disappointment of our entire trip to Virginia Beach. This is an absolute tourist trap. It is foreign owned and is in the same condition of a gas station on the side of a highway that you are forced to stop at. Wife said girls bathroom had more flies than the portapottie on the beach. FREAKING NASTY!!! Warning: DO NOT USE THE FAMILY TRACK!!!! I warned the staff after my first lap I smelled burning oil and the kart wouldnt go. AFTER 2 laps my kart on the "family track" my kart bogged down and stalled. The staff left me on on the track 3 laps. Finally my brother in law used his kart to push me to the "pit area". The offered me a free ride, however because my entire family wasnt going to ride a 2nd time, I declined to run an entire race while my family watched me drive defective go karts. SERIOUSLY RUN FROM THIS PLACE! $100 for 5 min! WHAT A JOKE! Save your money and go somewhere else or a nice dinner. Youre NOT MISSING ANYTHING!!!
