The theater was average as far as theaters go, however the pricing has changed in a way that is confusing and leaves you wondering what you just paid extra for. They have different tiers of prices based on what actual screen you are seeing your movie on. This was a surprise to us when we showed up at the spur of the moment after dinner to catch a movie. There was an extra charge of 2-3 dollars per ticket because of something special about that particular screen or sound system (I still dont know what was special about it). I had been in the theater before a few years earlier and didnt notice a single thing different about the experience. The chairs are uncomfortable even though they look nice. Our backs were aching within the first 10 minutes. Bottom line... I wont be going back until they turn it into a discount theater. Id rather spend a few buck more at Cinetopia and enjoy the movie or go to the $3 theater and know that I am getting my moneys worth.

At around 2:51PM, my wife and I had two Cinetopia tickets that we wanted to use for the Hunger Games showing @ 3:20PM on December 26, 2015. We were told that they were sold out. So I asked about the 6:20PM showing, we were told by the lady inside the ticket booth that the ONLY " two seats" she had available was the very first front row--in front of the big screen and corner seats. So we ended up saying, "no, thank you" to this offer. I told my wife to never buy cinetopia tickets again as gifts. It was a very busy day for this place with a very long line to wait on and they only had one gal working a day after Christmas. My customer service experience wasnt all that great for me for this place. I gave this place one star for poor customer service and customer treatment. I am not coming back to place ever again. Portlands cinemas are way better treating their customers.

My fiancé and I always go to Regal Cinemas at the Cascade 16 location. Great seating, havent had any issues or bad experiences with the staff or other customers. We love getting our movie passes from Costco. It guarantees well have a date night, the only frustrating thing is when a lot of good movies come out, all around the same time. Then theres usually a time when theres nothing out worth watching. Obviously thats not the theaters fault! I highly recommend going to this theatre! I love the comfy chairs and the fact that the arm rests lift up so I can lay against my guy and put my feet up (if I feel like it, so long as it doesnt ruin the view or experience for other customers.) Having back problems makes it a big issue to have comfortable seating. Cant rave enough about this place!

I know your biggest money maker is the concession stand! I wish you would not give out the large plastic bags for popcorn. My last experience was horrible. I was the only person in the theater when a group came in and sat one seat down from me. They brought food from outside, and beer, as well as candy and popcorn from your concession. The rattling from the rappers kept a constant noise going...so loud that it drowned out the quiet parts of the movie. I come early because of vision issues, otherwise Ud have moved. Texting...a joke...they hide their phones when the attendees walk through. Clackamas Mall theater has a terrific statement prior to the movie...check it out! I know you cannot do anything about other individuals rudeness. Thank you for listening.

So it was the middle of December, I was cold and a little bit tired so I wanted some coffee before the movie. Unfortunately their coffee machine wasnt working. So I hopped across the street and got a cup of coffee elsewhere. It was in a plain white paper coffee cup, no labels and had a lid. When I went in the manager on duty told me I couldnt bring in the coffee. I explained to him that their coffee machine was broken and that I had already tried to purchase coffee from them. Still he wouldnt let me bring in the coffee. I ended up having to chug my coffee in front of him to get in the theater to watch the movie I had already paid for. What a great way to keep your customers happy. Never going back. Cinetopia has my money from now on.

Its too god damn expensive to go to a movie nowadays. You are better off investing in a Amazon Fire stick. Then downloading Kodi and exodus. I mean seriously, I just spent $36 for 2 tickets to see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2. Not to mention another $19 for popcorn drinks and candy. Thats $55. For $39 you can buy a fire stick. Thats not including tax and shipping so maybe it would end up costing you more like $49. With minimal programming experience, you could watch a YouTube video and then turn around and be watching Guardians of the Galaxy 2 in the comfort of your own home!

The movie was so dang loud I asked the Managers twice to turn it down because it was in a smaller one of their theaters. They didnt. I had my granddaughters with me and my youngest also had to plug her ears. There is NO reason that the movie needs to be that loud. I had to leave the show and had a horrible headache for two days. NEVER will I go to that show again! Netflix is my new show! My popcorn is not $6.00and I can adjust the volume. There is a theater over by Chucky Cheese that only charges $1.00 for you poeple that must sit in a theater.

Every fancy display to sell upcoming movies and remind you its a giant chain. But yet theres one person working the cash register and 40 people in line to get tickets. Walked in, told manager his help needs help. Never sent it. Walk inside to buy expensive concessions and its same way. Come an hour early... This place is like a cruise ship, full of lines and lots of waiting. Manager should be ashamed. As should regal.

Very nice place to see a movie. But be prepared to give up your first born man this place is ridicules with there prices but its the world we live in. But with that said its a really nice place also very safe to bring tour family. Oh also my daughter had her 9th birthday party here and i have to say it was really cool you get to really see behind the scenes to me it was a really neat place for a childs birthday...

I can give this place two pros and one con. Pro: With 16 theaters to choose from, you have the best selection of movies around. Pro: They offer $5 Tuesdays (IMAX and 3D extra) and $2 small popcorn on Tuesdays (Medium and Large a bit more) Con: The IMAX screen is big, but if Im gonna pay extra, I want my IMAX to be HUGE. Save your money and see a standard movie (the same goes for their RPX).

Lots of movies and times to chose from and the new RPX with improved seating are one reason we choose this theater over other local Regals. It is also close to two restaurants we like. Concessions are average and overpriced but we order the biggest popcorn that is refillable and share with four. Bring your water bottle. They have a lower price on Tuesdays as well as matinees.
