I love this movie theater; in fact, I go here so often Ive lost count. Screens are huge, they fill wall-to-wall and ceiling-to-floor in most every auditorium. Sharp picture and weighty surround sound quality. Popcorn is tasty and theres a nice little arcade for the kiddos to enjoy before their movie starts. Unfortunately, Im only taking one star off because as polite and welcoming as the theaters staff is, the cleaners tell you "theres nothing at the end" of a movie if youre watching the films credits in a "you need to leave, even if the credits are still playing" sort of way. If I paid good money for my ticket, I should deserve to watch the full end credits, even if there isnt a post-credits scene. Thats why I appreciate theaters like the Phoenix Big Cinemas in North Versailles and the AMC Loews Waterfront 22 for being more leniant on this. Not telling people how to do their jobs, just throwing it out there. Regardless, its not a major nitpick. Ill be coming back to this theater as frequently as possible thanks to its exceptional amenities.

Terrible experience at this movie theater. We saw a pg13 movie and there were groups of unsupervised kids screaming, yelling and swearing the whole movie. They were kicking seats, on their phones and extremely disruptive. Someone asked them to stop and they screamed shut up. When I asked to talk to the manager he was uninterested in the situation and said I should have left if I didnt like it. Very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning ever and recommended not going or sending your children there.

When I went here, it was really nice. The tickets were only $4.00 and the concessions were mildly overpriced. The seats were ok but I feel they should be upgraded like some of the other movie theaters around Pittsburgh. I went to go see Spider-Man Homecoming in theater #10 and it was cold so I suggest that you bring a sweater or jacket. Other than that, I had a good experience when I went and I would recommend that people come to this theater for all their movie watching needs.

Ive been here when I saw frozen I didnt no that the seats reclined anyways the wall to wall floor to ceiling screen is awesome and the popcorn butter stations is great and the drink station Ive never been to a movie theater that you could help yourself to butter and drinks I just like having a movie theater around me so you dont have to drive 20-30 minutes to carmike 12 in delmont or cinemark 18 at the pittsburgh mills I would recommend coming here if you have the chance to

The Real LIMS

I know the mall has a bad reputation, but besides that issue the movie theater is awesome. The seats are comfortable, the theater is clean, the restrooms are smell pleasing (lol), but the movie screens are an experience in itself. Love this theater, only flaw I personally think is the snacks and drinks are little pricey but it is worth it. The positive definitely outweighs the negative characteristics of the theater. I go ever Tuesday for the discount movies. ($5.25) LIMS

The number 11 room for the late late shoe was way to hot so I called from the room and spoke to a manager and she said that she would make it cooler so for three hours it felt like 85 degrees in this room and i had this same experience last week at the 715 show in another room whats going on ? I was much impressed with seeing the Sheriffs there and they were very nice and helpful if needed. I will come again. Ty. Douglas A

I never write reviews, but this theatre is so great I just have to do it this time! It is always clean. The popcorn is great, and they give me enough butter. Thats important to me. The first showing of the day is a bargain. And finally, the screens are huge, and the staff is well-managed, and helpful. This is THE theater to go to! Love it. Good job, folks!

Always a great film selection. Decent snack selection. The theater looks very nice. The theaters are very clean and there isnt a problem with noise disruptions, despite being attached to a mall. Friendly personnel, too! On Tuesdays, they have a great deal on movies (around $6/ticket). If youre looking to avoid the crowds, go on a weekday.

I LOVE IT. Its affordable and doesnt break me to take my grandsons. LG popcorn has a free refill like the movies use to do. The only draw back are the Drinks they are to expensive so we end up only getting one. I mean $4 dollars for a water. REALLY but otherwise Its clean with comfortable seating. Great movie theater.

if i could give this zero stars i would, i went in their with my id. i am 18 years old and i couldnt see a movie with my 17 year old girlfriend because she didnt have id. the next people in line were a mom and dad taking their 8 year old looking kid in to see the same movie. absolutely ridiculous.

I really enjoy going to Cinemark. I have been waiting a long time for a movie theater to come back to Monroeville. Everyone is very nice to you, the seating is great, the sound is wonderful. As of right now, I have seen at least six movies since it opened in November, 2013.

If i could, Id give this zero stars. Went to see It with my cousin. Mom previous had an accident and couldnt take me. Got past the first ticket person with my cousin. Then the second lady told me that me and all of my friends each needed to have a legal guardian.

I tried to take my kid brother to a movie and they turned us away because I am not his mother. I am almost 30 years old! What stupid policy. My age(which I provided ID to prove) should have been enough to allow me to accompany a minor to a film.

Kids scream in movie entire time, swear, gettho. Ruined entire movie. Managers response is "you should have left if it was that bad". No ushers in any of the movies. Beware may be unsafe for younger kids, management not interested.

The pricing is great for the quality. The food is a bit expensive, but it is a movie theater so what do you expect. Since its right in the mall, you can have something to do before and/or after your movie.

Great theater staff, best in the area. Great prices. And the popcorn is pretty good. Though sometimes with digital movies, there is like a frame rate drop and that can be a little jarring.
