The bartenders need to have a better communication line and better understanding of what is allowed and not allowed. I called in a week or so ago to order salt and pepper pork chops. I was told from a newer bartender that to go orders were not allowed. And I would need to come in and order. I was a little irked but I quickly explained that this wasnt my first time ordering through the phone. But she insisted that no to go orders were allowed. A few days later I call again in hopes to get a different bartender but no I got the same one. She explained the same thing over again. But then asked to put me on hold. While I was on hold I could here her discussing with a waitress that she was told by so and so it was allowed to take to go orders. The waitress, who is jenny by the way, told her she does it all the time. At this time jenny got on the line and gladly took my order. When I came in I tipped jenny 10 bucks for taking my order and not giving me a hassle. When patrons here no you cant order to go its a pain in the ass.

The place use to be cool untill they got a new manager. He is a drunk. If he is at work he is taking up a poker chair and drinking wine. He has fired nearly every one that worked there. One sweet waitress that was there 15 years! he fired because she wasnt pritty enough. She was the only hard worker that got every ones meal right everytime and knew people by name. Use to be a cool place to go where people knew your name. Now its all new faces and will be new faces next time because he fires every one. Dont expect the dealers to know the game cuz they are always new. watch your money they will accedently take it when you win!!

Work Hard

Great place for someone looking to be disrespected, ignored because the employees are busy gambling, or just looking to give away your money. Ive seen employees asking customers for money, Ive seen people coming in demanding employees to pay them back money they let them borrow ( the employee was a short Cambodian girl with glasses and a fat neck, sorry thats the only way I can describe her) I asked for her name but she reused to give it to me and when asked to speak with a manager she said she is the lead. This place is a mess and an embarrassment.

The new manager chased out or fired all the good employees that he didnt like. He has a long history of employee abuse with Evergreen Corp. but because of nepotism (best friend is one of the owners) and the "at will work state" of WA, he gets away with it. I recommend going to one of the other many Mini-Casinos in the area until they figure it out and get rid of him, once and for all.

We played slot machine and when I went to take money they said they will go on my account like credits and I can only use for drinks and restaurant and one of my ticket they said its duplicating. I will never go to this place again it was first and last time ever...

Service is fairly ok. The five deck spanish black jack 21 tables r rigged 2 skip suiteing your own hand a lot, so u miss winning quite a bit of money n there r 2 many GODDAMN. ASIANS
