Dont do it. If you are looking to book a Birthday Party , JUST SAY NO! I booked my 11 year old sons birthday party a month ago. I provided all paper goods, cake and other decor. Now I did not have to do that but cheap Styrofoam for a party not good. When we arrived they took all my decor to set the party up. Then told my kiddo. Go jump! Well it ended up so crowded. They had over booked birthdays so the place was too full. They booked all these parties and then still were open for everyone else. 1/3 of the tramp floor was broken and removed. So the teenage whistle blowers were incessant. Instead of closing it off there was a traffic cone and anyone who was too close. You guessed it whistle. How can they not get close. Its all one big room. Then its Dodgeball time. WOW we had kids show up we didnt even know where there. This was due to the teenager who checked them in saying " ok go jump". So there was no organization. Then we get to party time. They have a big room with a few tables. The HOST did a good job with what she had to work with. There were no chairs, benches or anything for anyone to sit on. So we all lined the walls and tried to stay out of the way. Then ok time to go. It was like they herd you in... you eat open a gift or 2 then the herd you out. The they announce Party Expired. You get all this for the cost of about $400.00. Then they said " are you going to tip your hostess". I said " umm yes she did her best". The girl at the cash out said " well if you pay on a card she only gets half". Really I ask where the other half would go and she said Corporate. You have to be kidding me. SO if I did not pay a tip in cash the poor kid only got half. I paid her tip in cash. This is the single most waste of money I have ever spent for a Birthday Party. I saw one adult there. Yes she had a whistle. The music was so loud in the jump space AND in the party room no one could hear her whistle. No one could hear anything. So we all stood in silence or screamed while our kids were rushed through a birthday party. WOW DID I ever waste 400.00. You can send me your email to discuss it. Just as you have all the others with bad reviews. Obliviously the discussion did not help as this place stinks. WHAT A HUGE LET DOWN AND WASTE of time and money. I will never be back. I heard that from more than 1 set of parents headed out the door. THUMBS DOWN

We attended a party here and the kids had a blast. We went on a weekend and to be honest it was really, really crowded. There seemed to be way more kids than there were referees but for the most part the kids in the park were well behaved and vigilant of others. We would go back, I would probably choose a less busy day though. The staff seemed like they had everything together, most were younger adults or teens so the kids responded well to them and we had a great party staff. The birthday section was pretty cramped and there wasnt much separation from the next party but it didnt cause any problems for the birthday girl so it wasnt a deal breaker. We enjoyed the jump time and the party so all in all it would be something I would consider for my kids birthday in the future. I was told that they used a groupon for the party and that helped out for the costs. I believe the pricing was on the high end but we didnt pay because we were part of the party so Im not 100% sure of the pricing. We filled out our waivers online before going in and that saved us a few minutes and the hassle of doing all of that while the kids were trying to run around. Inside there is a really cool ice cream shoppe that offers custom sundaes and ice cream options that looked really good. We didnt try any but I certainly would on a future visit. The drink prices were actually really reasonable for a place like this so when the kids got thirsty it didnt break the bank to buy a powerade. Parking was crowded but do-able considering how busy they were. I think the set up for the party was cool because they actually reserved a time for the party to use the doge ball section for 15 or so minutes without outside guests so even though it was crowded we had our own time to play dodge ball with the rest of the party. Very cool. Try this place if you havent yet, just shoot for a day that isnt so busy..

I had my sons 2nd birthday party at the Arlington location on yesterday. This is not the place to have a birthday party especially one that is large. Everything from the time we walked in was very unorganized and I was placed with a hostess that was dry and truly wasnt capable of handling a party with 20 kids. My party did not start on time. I had to set up and decorate my own table since the hostess didnt have a clue. I had to help serve the food and cupcakes for the party and pretty much guide on how things should flow. She didnt inform me of the agenda of how everything suppose to go and it made the experience horrible all the way down to how she told everyone when to sing happy birthday. This is the second time I experienced this at this particular location. The manager Laurel was not helpful and very unfriendly. I tried to do all my waivers ahead of time to prevent all that I witnessed at another party I attended here this year, but yet still for some reason they couldnt find them and it once again caused a huge delay to the start of my party. My guests were told to come to the party desk when they first walked in and then told to go back to the waiver desk. The staff is not appropriately trained and this also caused a delay for some of the kids to jump. For the cost, it was not worth it and especially having to deal with an inexperienced staff. I do not want anyone to have to deal with all that I dealt with on yesterday. Luckily, my son is only 2. The manager that was great help and truly tried to rectify the situation and make it better was Tamara. She was great. Overall, think twice about having a birthday party here because I would hate for anyone to experience all that I did especially since the same incidents happened at another party we attended there this same year.

I am very upset with the poor customer service. I have 3 daughters that attended your teen night on July 22nd with one of their friend. It was from 9-11, which included yogurt, pizza and jump time. My daughters wanted to get the most out of their jump time and get the yogurt close to the end of the night so they could enjoy their jumping, cool down at the end, and not get upset stomachs. NO WHERE did it state that the cool zone would shut down @10 because it was slow. So when my daughters and their friend went down to get their yogurt that was included @ 10:40 everything was already cleaned and shut down so they were not able to get their yogurt. I called but was told sorry we shut it down because it wasnt busy enough, and we have to clean the machines because it takes a hour. Well sorry just doesnt cut it!! I paid for a service from 9-11 not 9-10. I have worked in the service/restaurant business and I know what it takes to close and clean, but if someone walked in at 11 or the closing time, guess what, WE SERVED THEM!!! This was very poor customer service. I paid for a service and didnt get what was guarenteed. When I called the manager told me she didnt work last night so there was nothing she could do and that there should have been an announcement made. WELL THERE WASNT!! So I guess now is the part where I tell you IM SORRY that we will not be back at your establishment again because I refuse to pay for something 4 times (my 3 daughters & friend) and not receive the full arrangement. We will take our business to your competitor and make sure that all our friends know what kind of customer service they receive for going to your business.
