I want to love this place. Its about 20 minutes from us, and my son loved playing there. Our recent trip leaves me wondering if we will return though. The facility itself is pretty nice. It features a few different pool areas. There is a splash pad area combined with a shallow pool (labeled 10", but I would estimate 14") for toddlers. It features several small water slides, water sprayers, geysers, and more. This small area is fenced in to keep little ones from wandering. It is a good thing, because parents didnt seem to be paying much attention to their children. We saw one boy pull his swimsuit completely down and urinate into the water. Another man, referring to a child as his grandson, was encouraging the child to pee in the pool. Fortunately, the child seemed to know better and refused, making his mother take him to the restroom a mere 20 feet away. All of the pool areas had no chairs available. The park was very crowded. The guests were generally rude and would bump you, run into you, or just cut you off without a word. The larger pool areas were full of people, and the childrens play area in another (featuring an alligator and a log) were completely overrun. The lines for the water slides didnt look bad. The facility features lockers for your valuables and clothing. There are signs everywhere indicating they will sell you a lock for $7, but when I inquired, they were out. We did find small lockers for valuables, that were a quarter with a removable key. The bathrooms were disgusting, every toilet in the mens room was covered with urine or worse (several looked to have feces smeared all over them). The locker room side, was okay, but my wife reported that the womans locker room floor was covered in brown water. All in all, this place has potential, but for $12 per person, I expected more.

I am amazed with the staff of this water park!!! Im a Mom of 4, and decided to go down the faster slide today. As I got to the bottom, I opened my arms and hit my left hand on the edge of the bottom of the slide. That hit knocked my diamond out of my engagement ring ! I immediately knew what happened... Devastated & almost in tears! The lifeguards stopped everything! They asked if I was hurt. I told them what happened. They turned the water off to the two big slides. People surrounded the pool, everyone concerned. The lifeguards were on their walkie talkies with each other, and one jumped in with goggles. This all seemed to me to be an hour process, but it was probably only 10 minutes. I thought for sure my diamond was GONE! THE LIFEGUARD WITH THE GOGGLES POPPED UP WITH MY DIAMOND IN HIS HAND!!! I burst in tears and hugged him several times! I wish I would have got his name, but I was still in shock! We will be back every summer!!! Thank you so much to every staff member there and every adult & child that watched, just hoping we would find it!!!

Very reasonably priced. My daughter played for hours and hours. Perfecr for a 4 year old. Not too big and overwhelming. She felt so lucky to be able to use one of the bigger slides because it landed in shallow water, so she didnt need to know how to swim in deep water. Life guards at all times managing the flow of children. Adequate snack bar though more healthy options would be appreciated. We ordered a saltless baked pretzel. Great activity pad for the smallest children - plenty to see and do. There were some things that my child could not take advantage of because she was either too small or cant swim with confidence yet. But it didnt matter. She was totally content. Bring sunscreen. I can tell that when she gets older shell still have what to do and enjoy because there really was something there for everyone. Loved this place. If it had been bigger like a major water park it might have been too overwhelming and not as nice. This felt perfect. One of the best days of summer.

Took my kids (4 and 6) here to try a new water park and we were very excited. The line was long but moved so no complaints there. However, after paying $64 for a family of four, we were very disappointed once inside. The facility was a let down. Most of the provided chairs are broken and moldy. The population of people were very rude, lots of cussing, even at their children. The bathrooms were horrendous. Someone threw up in the adult pool. This resulted in a lifeguard using a net to remove the chunks and then adding more chemicals and removing swimmers for 30 minutes. Needless to say we never had a chance to use the adult pool or the water slides. We were not going into that pool. The kiddie pool area was good. But could have spent $5 for my neighborhood pool to enjoy this area of the park. We will never go back, the biggest waste of money ever. Just beware, the waterpark is overpriced and disgustingly dirty.

$10 to get in on a weekday. Theres basically a kiddie pool area, a big pool with splash decorations and then two bigger waterslides. And then theres the regulations ... Not that Im against rules, but this borders on the ridiculous. The slides are based on size ONLY, not the actual ability to swim. Little kids arent allowed on "bigger" kids stuff, but big kids can totally dominate the stuff little kids could enjoy. And if youre sunburnt and want to wear a regular t-shirt, or vest, well, you cant because it "doesnt meet regulations". You can definitely tell youre in Montgomery Dem county. And the lifeguards seem to be primarily made up of high schoolers who are incapable of, or otherwise not allowed to, make any realistic decisions in a given situation. And they can be downright rude. Ill stick to my local Howard pools thank you very much. At least the weather was nice that day.

This is a fun place for children of all ages to go. I read the reviews and regulations before coming so I would not be surprised. Its on their website. Id say only 1 lifeguard was a bit overzealous yelling at the children but everyone else was very pleasant. One lifeguard had to jump in to save a younger child during our stay. He was super fast and on top of his job. The only gripe I have about this place is the lawn chairs. Now, how can you upgrade the Waterpark and not the chairs. They are old, raggedy and need a permanent visit the trash! If you can bring your own beach chairs, I would advise this. Just call first to see if its ok. Otherwise, this place is great. Cant wait to come back!

Great place. Beside the water park, you have the skate park, the golf and the community center providing some activities. In the water park, it is not allowed to come and go. If you want multiple entries, you have to pay an additionnal fee. So be sure to have all you need with you when entering. Your bags will be checked at the entrance. You can buy a locker to secure your personnal items for 7usd and youll keep it when toi leave. Free lounge seats available and tables also around the pool. You can bring all you need to have a picnic there or buy food and drinks at the facility available. A pool for the toddlers available. Safeguards are there.
